*gleespazzes* This is starting to feel seriously real. I'm not sure my brain has quite figured out how to handle NaNo in July. XD I'm trying to figure out how to work camp-aspects into my actual novel writing, but I'm not really sure how to do that either. xP |

I finally wrote up a proper synopsis for my profile over on the campsite, huzzah! (teehee, campsite) Although I still have zero conflict for my story other than "Sam does stupid things" XD July is gonna be fun.

Anyone else trying to write way above quota the first day to make up for possible future slacking? XD I explained it to my roommate as "if I can write way more the first few days, then after that I can *feel* like I'm slacking while still meeting the quota! Brilliance!" Of course, this is a theory from the girl who has never won NaNo. >.>
Even so. A little over 3200 by the evening of the first day isn't too bad!

Haha, yeah, I've done that in past years, but I'm not going to today. (I mean, I'm over the quota, but only by a few hundred words.) Maybe I'll be able to over the weekend, though. There was one year that I wrote, like, 10k in the first day...I can't remember whether that was the year I won, though. xD
