Has anyone noticed the little warning about using profanity, etc. popping up a LOT lately? Even telling someone that "Something is wrong" will cause one of those warnings. i submitted a bug report.

Yup. I've gotten it a lot these past few days. I wonder what's going on?

Yeah. Apparently drawing on maps and the homepages of Ixis are considered profane now. XD

Strange enough I encounter those problems mostly with my English neomail, when writing in German to my mother, I mostly never encounter the problem and she can write Neomail all the time without them being rejected by the filters.

I was trying to send a message last night and couldn't get it to go through no matter what I did (that still laft the meaning intact) to it. Hopefully whatever's wrong'll be fixed soon.

I've been experiencing it for at least a week.... coincided with habs going down so I hoped it was linked to it, but that was not the case.

Yeah I've had a couple times recently too. I was determined to track the problem with my latest neomail and discovered the problem word was: ..................."Wristwatch"
...now, I'd wondered if there was some sinister uses I was simply not aware of, but it seems to me the filters are having issues.

I admire your determination to track the problem word down. It makes me wonder what word it would be in my NMs as I never used the word Wristwatch.

*ahem* I think I've.... kinda figured it out. I don't think its that the filters are broken, per say, but more... they made them more extreme. Please excuse me if this is against the rules. Any mods that happen to see this, please do edit/delete. My apologies. (don't open this if you cannot handle bad words) The most annoying and common one I've found; "something." And as for the above one... wristwatch. (sorry if it seems like im being over precautions, just being on the safe side. ) I, too, have been very annoyed by this excessive filter, and whenever I try to send a message to my friend that ends up being filtered, I experimented by sending messages to my sides. I cut off sentences until the filter stops, then I do it word by word until I find the problem word. Then I look at that word closely to figure out why its a problem. >_>;;

-.- I found two more problem words. This is getting a little ridiculous... I don't even need to spoiler them because I don't even.. Sorry if everyone already knew about these, you have to understand that I live under a rock sometimes. First being.... freeze-happy. That's just kinda... I love TNT in all, and I wish to give them the largest amount of Mr.Coconut plushies, but that just kinda proves that they can be a little bit over-sensitive sometimes... sorry guys. :S Second has to be the worst of them all... facepalm. Face itself is the problem word and I have no idea why. Is there some kind of drug that has the street name of face..? No idea. This makes the facepalm smiley completely unusable (that's how I found it out) and im hoping they'll fix that soon...

Neomails have suddenly been going through just fine for me including those words. I think this is a sporadic glitch because just last week, "Azzie" and "Birdy" with no other text and "hello" in the subject line wouldn't send. It might be different for everyone.
Someone has suggested the Petpet Park filters are mixing with the Neopets filters. I don't use Petpet park so I am simply passing on something I heard.
Hope this issue is corrected soon though. It's hard not being able to talk to friends.
