Neomails have suddenly been going through just fine for me including those words. I think this is a sporadic glitch because just last week, "Azzie" and "Birdy" with no other text and "hello" in the subject line wouldn't send. It might be different for everyone. It's just super sensitive. " Azzie" common censor bypass for donkeyword " Birdy" lul " hello" Nothing new to me. MapleStory's chat filter was like this. XD |

Yeah, it didn't used to be that sensitive and Azzie and Birdy go through fine now. Now it also blocked Geo, which is really hard to explain. I still say something is haywire given that Carolyn couldn't Neomail for like a week but it works now.

Bleh... yeah, I hope its fixed soon. :/ Petpet Park mixing with the Neopets filters kinda-sorta seems logical... I can somewhat see why those words might be filtered. Azzie... I guess to try and block the curse word that sounds like that in case someone was trying to avoid the filter. Birdy... I dunno...  I guess in case someone tried to say "flick the bird"? Dx Hello... well, I can actually see why this one might actually be blocked, but its still pretty crazy. |

I tried to post on a Neoboard about skin care routines. I got hit with an Error: Do not post content containing profanity, sexual terms, or other inappropriate content (including religion, politics, cheats, hacks, and password scams) on Neopets!
I can't find the problem :/ Here is my post:
Every night I immerse into a comfortable environment- surrounding myself with candles and fallen rose pedals. *flower* Soft music gives ambience. First I start by washing my face clean with soap. Now the face is ready for prepping. I crack open an untouched, brand new jar of Nutella hazelnut coconut spread and fill each hand with an ample amount. I then VERY slowly rub my cheeks for 30 minutes while shouting tribalistic chants. Keep the cat away. The tongue is rough. *cloud* *light* *dreamy*

I don't understand the filters. I got the warning for saying "document", but the other day I saw a post that just said 'crap' outright.

They make me not want to post. It would be super helpful if someone made a Neopost checker. Copy and past a message to have it checked for profanity. |
