How does Wordle decide what words not to include? I mean, if they really included every word, our clouds would be drowning in "the" and "a" and "said" and stuff like that.

*just tried Wordle* That is awesome. xD Though so far, everything I've tried has resulted in the main character's name being the largest word in the cloud. Seems like that's just a side effect of focusing on a main character.

Okay, you know you're pressed for words when you type a commercial break into your story. xD Mine consisted of a very epic dream I had last night that has nothing to do with my NaNo.

It's so unusual that they'll be unable to stop reading it without curiosity pulling them back! And it's so bizarre they'll wonder what the- just happened and try to find out by continuing to read! It's the most BRILLIANT marketing scheme ever!! *Suitcase'd, brick'd and lawyer'd* @.@ ... Dang, they apparently found out that lawyers make better projectiles now.

I seem to be stretching out my non-dialogue writing as much as I can. (I still stretch out dialogue at times, but I try to keep it fairly realistic.) Last night, I wrote a vague description of airplanes that takes up roughly seventeen lines on the page in my word processor.

By the way, am I the only one whose NaNo widgets don't seem to all be working? For example, the My Month chart shows all blank spaces, and I can't seem to find that table graph that was on the site in previous years (the one that looks like this.)

My calender was also showing all blank spaces. I signed in late (due to the crazy lag), so I assumed that that had something to do with it. I haven't looked at my chart(s) yet, though.

Wah. My work day is over but now I have to get moving for NaNo! Yesterday I had a nice break because I had written two day's worth on Wednesday, but today it's back to the grindstone! *sets up play list*

I wrote 1000 words in my break at Uni, got home and then fell asleep for 18 hours! *Is ashamed* Ready to try and get back to it today, though. I think i've been Week Two'd!

Heh, don't worry about taking a break, as long as you're still writing there's plenty of time to catch up I made my quota today. I'm going to be off for a dog walk first, then I might consider working on another buffer zone..

It is not fun lacking a buffer. >_> I started out with a full day ahead, but it's been slipping lower and lower. I'm probably going to use up what little buffer I have left tomorrow and then just write like crazy at the write-in Sunday.

I'm so behind but I just don't have the time/motivation to write... my brain is too busy with other projects, it needs mindless procrastination in between and doesn't want to focus on NaNo. Silly brain.
