It's the opposite for me — this story is teaching me for the first time how good I had it back when I had a more gender-balanced cast. xD Wordle now makes "SAM" take up almost half of the entire collage. Sam deserves a collage. ... And here is when I glare at myself for making all my mainfolk menfolk yet again. xD My Worldle makes delicate towers of character-names, along with the usual mess of lookeds and thoughs and somethings and littles. But the poor things look kind of squished beneath the character-names.

...I'm kind of afraid to attempt a Wordle at this point. I'm pretty sure I've used the word "something" about a thousand times now. >__>
And "expression." Dear lord the expressions...

Most of my characters are male this time around. >> I would have liked a more gender balanced cast, but these ones just feel male, and forcing in female roles didn't seem like a good idea.
The only time I've ever used Wordle was part of a school assignment. << I've never tried it otherwise.

Maybe you all mentioned it before and I just missed it but...
What's wordle?
And yes, multiple genders is helpful for avoiding repetition. Hes, shes, its, and maybes all help.

I almost forgot about wordle ^^ Checking it with my text I find that at least wordle recognizes immediately the main characters

I actually have a kinda balanced cast, although my main characters are all male. One of my female characters is a ghost and can't actually communicate with anyone but Adam.. and now she won't talk to him. xD

I have the opposite tendency... usually my characters are predominantly female. XD This time I'm going for a more balanced cast, at least with the main four characters. I'm pretty sure every other named character so far is female... OH WAIT no there's that guy who has like two lines. =D
*tries Wordle*
Oh dear Lord, my cloud is dominated, in HUGE letters, by "Peter" and "Starbell." XD ... And also fairly huge are the words "just" and "one." 0_o Odd. XD

Wordle has showed me that I need to standardize the way I type SpiderBot, since there are like 5 entries with different capitalizations.

Wow, just wow. Forest (name, not the word forest) seems to be the largest so far and he's one of the secondary characters. I guess the fact that the majority of the characters that I have is interacting with him in some way, so I guess that makes some sense.

I finally started this after eight solid days of procrastination! ;D Go me? (Oh, and I tend to have gender-balanced casts... but also very small casts. For example, in my story so far there's exactly one guy and one girl, and I have no plans to expand the main cast for a while.)

Worldle is quite awesome. xD My top words are (from biggest to smallest): Violet, Indigo, head, back, eyes, around. Works out as expected, since Violet is the main character followed closely by Indigo.

Wordle is fun. *bookmarks it* My number one word in my story so far: People Followed by Sandy, which is my main character. Maybe, once I'm done, I'll use that and print it to put it on my wall. Then next year I'll do the same and see the difference

*tries Wordle* Good gosh, apparently I mention the MC and his friend a lot. XD There's a giant "Piet" right in the middle and a large "Nathan" on the side. *knew that would happen* Other than that, I have weird words like "instructor" (another common character, hurr), "training" and... "back"? I don't even know. XD
Oh, of course Elena's in there, too. Hoohah.
EDIT: herp derpity I just spotted a rather large "oh." I'm such a word genius. :U

I like Wordle. XD It makes me realize just how much I use the same words over and over again. >_>;
