Luster stopped in her tracks for a fleeting moment and shook her head. "I would love to but you wouldn't want to be associated with me..."

Harryd turned to Moira. "She has made her choice; we cannot choose it for her. In any case, time is of the essense!" He turned forward. "I need to go. Whether you come with me or not is your choice." He got out of the cage and started to run.

Moira paused for a split second, but then realized the captain's men were beginning to head towards the cage angrily, so she jumped down and followed Harryd, glancing back at Luster every once in a while, worried.

Luster peered at the departing group and sighed turning away from the scene for good and searched for the nearest exit from the village. They had been quite nice actually, but another reason to keep them out of harms way. Noticing it was still quite late and she was far too tired to attempt travel she found a small alleyway and curled up under an old tin awning to keep out of the rain.

Moira continued to follow Harryd persistently, but at one point she had reached her limit.
"Harryd," she panted, gasping for breath. "Can we stop a minute? I feel like I might faint at any moment."
Moira looked around. She had no idea where they were; it seemed they were far from Galen by now. "Where are we going?" she asked, finally catching her breath.

Harryd stopped. "I have friends in the North. We can seek help from there."
Harryd panted, greatful for the rest. He was just as tired as Moira, if not moreso. "Come," he said. He walked to a nearby rock that was shaped so that you could hide under it. "We're safest here. Be on the lookout; they may be looking for us."

Moira nodded, grateful that this mysterious man knew people who could help. She had nowhere else to turn, after all.
She slipped under the overhang of the rock and lay down so she was facing outwards and was able to see any passerby. Soon her eyelids began to feel heavy and she was drifting off...

Harryd noticed Moira's drowsiness. "Go ahead and sleep if you have to; I'll take watch. Just be prepared for me to wake you if I feel it's been too long."

Luster was awaken from her light nap by the sound of crunching and shuffling of gravel. A young man held his hand down to help her up. "You really must stop pulling off elaborate stunts like that. This place is now swarmed with the king's soldiers."
She took his hand and pulled her hood back over her hair. "Well what would you propose we do now Nigel?"
"First of all we'll have to get out of here via rooftops. But afterwards I have a place up North if you're up to the journey."
Luster scowled and searched for a makeshift ladder. "Pfft, that's the story of my life at this point..."

Moira nodded at Harryd and whispered, "thank you" before completely drifting off. She really was thankful for this nice man. If it hadn't been for him, she would probably be on her way to Typhon by now. If she had been awake she would have shuddered at the thought.

Luster quickly tired of trying to find some sort of hoist and instead rubbed her palsm together then quickly swung them in a circle around her. An invisible force bulged and hurled the two upwards who then slowly drifted down onto the rooftops. Nigel blinked and clutched his forehead "You know force waves always make me naucious and moody."
The girl just shrugged and began leaping gracefully from building to building with extrodinary weightlessness. "You'll just have to deal with it if you want to get out of here soon enough."

Moira had a dream that night. She dreamed of the girl from the inn leaping across the buildings with a friend at her side. It was a beautiful dream, until it became a nightmare. The girl turned into the captain and was suddenly chasing Moira! Moira tried to run, but her legs felt so, so heavy. The man was just about to catch her, his infamous knife held at the ready, when Moira fell off a building and fell... She was falling, falling, falling...
Moira gasped and sat up, ramming her head into the rock above her. She swallowed and continued panting a little, wiping cold sweat from her brow. It was just a dream, she thought, glancing over at Harryd. It doesn't mean anything.

Harryd turned to her. "Woah there! Watch your head!" He drew a little closer. "Nightmare?"
