Birthday Twin Powerz Meetup - Day One
Sarn here. ^^ So Scar arrived around midnight Sunday, so we're going to count it as Monday because it sorta was anyway. My mother and I loitered in the airport and then he was there and we were hugging and laughing and making silly jokes with each other. He met my mother and she drove us back to my flat. After dumping our bags, I made Scar pizza and a cup of milo and we chatted and huggled some more. It took a little while to get used to each other again, but when we were, we just climbed into bed and fell right asleep. <3
Scar here x3 We finally woke up around 9 am or so but I was pretty tired and went back to bed. When I finally woke up for real it was to see Sarn with a big smile and the smell of bacon, pancakes and maple syrup drifting in from the dining room. Suffice to say I was pretty pleased /)^3^(\ We had good food and good company too because I got to meet Hannah's flatmates, both of whom were very nice. After breakfast we decided to bus to the nearby mall for some sightseeing. Of course I had other plans for the trip too for even before the trip I was scoping out nearby restaurants, picking the best one for our first date :3
Me again. We're alternating paragraphs if you haven't noticed. x3 So anyway, I had no idea what my lovely man had in store for me, but I wasn't going to find out for a few hours. We walked up and down the mall and looked at all the cool shops, stopping at the local game shop and a few book shops, too. Scar got us a Chill-o to share - it's a kind of ice smoothie with awesome flavours like white chocolate and raspberry. So anyways, I said I was hungry and Scar took his cue. :3 He took me to La Porchetta, a fancy gourmet pizza restaurant. =D! It was our first real date and it happened on my 21st birthday. <333
We ordered chicken satay pizza and wedges with sour cream and while waiting to be served we decided to have thumb wars ... and slaps ... and started quoting Kei$ha Fabo. Yes we were ridiculous xD The food finally arrived and it was surprisingly awesome. I was a gentleman and served her slices of pizza and such :3 Sadly we couldn't finish all of it and bagged it to eat later D: Still, it was an amazing lunch and we spent most of it fawning over each other ^_^ After I paid the bill, we decided to hang out at the arcade just down the row of shops. There we played basketball, which was pretty dangerous xD as well as Time Crisis, which you arcade geeks will know as a laser gun shooter. Sarn was actualy pretty good at it and I marvelled at her high score ... even though she ran out of ammo all the time xDDD Finally with our remaining store credit, we decided to play those old school crane games. What a rip off -_-
He was gonna try and win me some CANDY. But it wasn't to be, so we just walked back to the bus stop slowly, hand in hand and giddy with the joy of being together. We rested for a while when we got home, snuggled and talked to a couple of people, and later my flatmate Iain called us for dinner. We all chatted as we served ourselves pasta, and when dinner was done, my other flatmate Irene came out with a huge pavlova covered in strawberries and bananas. It was divine. =3 After dessert we were pretty tired, so we settled down to talk to Robyn. :333 When we were done for the day, we both got an early night. ^_^
More updates when we can extract ourselves from one another. <3

Birthday Twin Powerz Meetup - Day Two
Scar here and I'll be starting this one :3 It all started with breakfast which consisted of leftover pancakes with bananas and syrup. After that we headed off to the nearby mall to find something for Sarn's swap gift partner. Feeling rather peckish, we bought sushi and sat down to nom and compose a letter :3 (It was a joint Scarn effort!) Anyway, we sent the package and Sarn decided to show me around the university and surrounding areas.
We walked around for a while trying to find a bus that would take us to the Antarctic Centre whichis where we were going to meet my friend Murni for lunch. In the process I managed to show Scar a lot of the neighbourhood. ^^ We ended up getting a packet of mini doughnuts to share and finding the right bus stop. When we finally reached the Antarctic Centre, I let Murni know we were there and we sat under the trees on the soft grass until she arrived. ^_^ Then we all got drinks and ice cream and went to sit in the sun again. =D
White chocolate and raspberry btw :3 We sat and talked for a bit but unfortunately Murni had to go back to work (it was her lunch break) so we headed back to the bus stop to catch another bus. Since we didn't really have much of a lunch, we decided to stop by the very same shop where we got mini doughnuts and got fish and chips :3 We needed a place to eat and thought, well, it was a nice day so why not head over to a field next to campus to relax in the shade and eat our food. It was a mini picnic in a way and it was made even more romantic by the feathery seed pods floating down around us like snow ^_^
Scar's forgetting that the entire place was a nature reserve with gorgeous plants and chirping birds. =D When we sat down he was a perfect gentleman and we took silly photos and I rolled in the grass. ^^ On our way home it was stiffling hot and made us both pant, but there was a cute ducky that cheered us up. x3 So when we finally did get back to my place my flatmate Irene handed me an envelope. I turned it over and read who it was from - KRIMZ! She'd sent me a Christmas card which I tucked into my back to open later. See, it was nearly time for my father, Mark, to pick us up to stay with him. Only we were really tired and wanted showers and rests, so that when he pulled up the driveway, I was rubbing Scar's back. xD; We hurried to get dressed and pack a bag and then went out to meet him.
I said hello to Sarn's dad and huriedly made excuses to help Sarn because parents are intimidating xD; Anyway, after we packed and dumped our stuff, Sarn's dad drove us out into the countryside to the little town he lived in. It was my first time seeing sheep and cows. (well the traditional ones from movies etc. All we have in Malaysia are buffaloes) Anyway, we got to the place, unpacked and it was soon dinner time. We had roast chicken, salad and potatoes and after we had finish the meal we decided to head out for a walk, mainly so they could show Sarn and I how to get to the local bus stop.
Well after the walk home we watched a bit of TV and then retired to my room to compose the writeup for day one. When we were done we were quite tired, so Scar kissed me goodnight and we scurried off to bed. It was kind of lonely, but my Scarry left me with lots of kisses to last me the night hours. ^_^

Birthday Twin Powerz Meetup - Day ThreeHeya folks, Sarn starting this one off today. ^_^ We're trying out best to keep on top of these, but we're having so much fun that it's hard to set aside time to just sit and write. xD But since we're writing about our shenanigans, it isn't so bad. ^^ So day three started quite slowly, I woke up early with a headache, tried to go back to sleep, found I couldn't and got up to give Jon snuggles. We had a small breakfast and then I went off for a shower and a lie down to help my head feel better. Scar here and I wasn't feeling too good either. My sore throat had upgraded to unpleasantness and sadly I took it out on Sarn by whimpering and whining  Anyway, while Sarn was taking a shower I actually mustered up the courage to ask Sarn's father for permission to take his daughter out. What ensued was close to an interrogation but I was well prepared for it and I think it went fairly well ... I hope  After that we spent the rest of the day relaxing on the couch in the living room and watching TV. When we felt more well rested we decided to dress up nice and warm and head off to dinner with Sarn's friend Jason. We took the bus back to church corner and to my flat where we grabbed jackets, gloves, etc. I gave Scar my big snow jacket to keep him nice and warm and then we bussed to the mall where we shared a lovely mango chicken curry. :3 The three of us then bussed to Alpine Ice, the skating rink. Poor Scar was so freezing cold and his first two pairs of skates didn't fit him. D: Then when we found ones that did, they were hockey skates instead of figure skates, which are harder to balance on. I changed them over for him and we all tied our skates and set off on the ice. Scar actually did really well for his first time, at least compared to me. xD I fell over so much when I first started, but Scar didn't fall at all, he just went slow and steady around the barrier, occasionally holding my arm for support. ^_^ It was scary! Scary but fun! /Pipqueak the Pirate. I had a better time controlling the skates after switching from hockey to figure skates but I still slipped and slid everywhere so I gave up eventually to let Sarn and Jason skate. I was shivering and more than a little grumpy but I didn't want that to get the rest down. Sarn noticed however and we eventually settled down for some hot chocolate. When we were sufficiently warm we started to head home, but the buses were really slow and we got into town really late. Seeing as it was far too late to head back to Sarn's dad's place and we were both sick and exhausted we decided to head back to Sarn's flat instead. At the bus stop we met this friendly but opinionated old guy who talked to us about how the world was a crappy place xD We soon boarded the bus and headed to the flat. The ride was eventful in that a drunk guy tried to board, which caused the driver to facepalm before moving on. It didn't take long and we were soon back at the flat, in bed and out like a light. Poor Scar was really tired and sick, so I made him a cup of hot blackcurrent juice, got him a hot water bottle and gave him a nice backrub before tucking him in. We both snuggled down for a good night's rest. ^_^

Birthday Twin Powerz Meetup - Day Four
Just me, Sarn, writing this one. Scar's busy playing Bully on my PS2. xD So anyway, neither of us slept very well. Scar was sick and snuffly and kept tossing and turning, and I couldn't sleep with him rolling about. I must admit I was pretty grumpy when I finally woke up, having had maybe one or two hours of sleep. Scar wasn't much better and his illness soon made my grumpiness disappate as I did want to take care of him as best I could.
He lay down for another rest while I did some housework and made him some tea. When he was ready, we both headed out to get some lunch from the local mall - Turkish Kebabs - and then headed back to the flat. My friend Elizabeth turned up and the three of us did our little Bible study thing together. We're working our way through 1 Timothy which was really awesome. It was great to be able to study the Bible with Scar face to face, and he blew me away with how much he understood, which is a great sign of his growth, and mine, too, I think. ^_^
Anyway, once Elizabeth left Scar and I had to head back to Lincoln and my father's house. He ragged on us a bit for not coming home, but he didn't have much time to get snippy because we just retreated into my room, set the laptop up and talked to our Skype frenz. xD Krimz kept us company until it was time for us to head off to Mark and Robyn's homegroup social dessert and game night.
It was actually a huge blast. xD Once we got over the awkward introduction and casual convversation time, we found some really nice people who were easy to chat with. Scar chatted with a Malaysian expat named June while I got down to an impromptu musical session with a couple of the other guests who sang and played together with me. <3 We played Cranium and hilarity happened. =D
When it was finally time to go home I was singing and dancing and all bouncy, and Scar tucked me into my bed before heading off to his own. <3
