With a little grunt, Reina let loose a huge jet of fire spinning and creating a blazing trail in the sky towards the witch. She keeled over and seemed to be falling back onto the ground.
"You two can finish her off now," she said with a sigh. "All that magic really exhausted me."

"My Moon Charm doesn't work well here," Kaythar said quietly to Surdith. "Would you do the honors?"

'Gladly,' Surdith said, with relish in his voice. He took the glowing throwing stars and threw them as hard as he could towards the witch. They hit her, one by one, first on both her hands and then her head. She fell back, and burst in a cloud of green light. The grass instantly stopped moving just when the six were about to fall over the cliff. The Devilpuss feathers fell over into the pit and as they touched the Devilpuss they disappeared in an eerie red light.
'That was close,' said Clayri, looking over the cliff where the Devilpuss were and staring down towards the rushing river that was underneath. They were standing just above a gigantic hole which was spewing water as forcefully as a waterfall. It appeared to lead off to the East: towards Thetra Town! 'I suggest we ride the waterfall down to continue with her way. There's no point of staying here anymore.'
'That doesn't sound like my style,' said Surdith, as one of his throwing stars began to enlarge. He stepped on and faced the others. 'You can each ride one of my stars if you like,' he said as the other three began to shine and grow.
'But we cloud just give up the trek there completely,' continued Surdith. 'There's always the Lost Hills!'

"You people decide," said Kaythar softly. "Wherever you go, I go, as long as it's not somewhere completely suicidal." (Yep, you're probably thinking, when does Kaythar say something loud when he's not yelling at Junkyard?xD)

"As long as we don't have to hurl ourselves off cliffs," said Reina, twirling her Sun Dagger. "What Kaythar said."

Throughtout their journey, Junkyard was had not attacked once. He was too scared to. He watched the others defeat the monsters. "Er, yeah, what they said," Junkyard said when they were deciding where to go. "Except for the suicidal part."

'If you haven't noticed,' began Surdith impatiently, 'Everywhere we GO is suicidal. Strange, rock-like creatures live in the Lost Hills; within the Green Plains there are no rivers and goodness knows what other creatures live there; to the north we would have to go through the swamp and we'd probably sink and die when we try to sleep, and towards Thetra Town thugs and bandits roam everywhere.'
He forced a smile at his fellows. 'I suggest we might as well go there, because it sounds like the safest place compared to the others. We still could use the training.'
'You're right, Surdith!' said Clayri, climbing on to the star that was now hovering slightly above the ground. He beckoned for the others to climb on to the other two stars that had grown, and then went over the waterfall without looking back to see if they had followed, and zoomed above the river towards a large windmall far near the edge of the mountains.

"None of those are suicidal," said Kaythar with a very slight smile. "Because we can handle them all." He cautiously stepped onto one of the stars.

The stars all zoomed them down the river until they finally reached the town.,It was morning, but one look at the crowd around the Inn told them that they'd probably get murdered in their beds if they stared there.
'Well, we might as well do something,' said Surdith. He pointed his tanned finger towards a gigantic building called, 'GYMNASIUM'.

Kaythar hopped off the star, folded his arms and leaned against a nearby building, waiting for the group to make a decision of some sort.

A gigantic man with bulging foreams a chain necklace with a ferocious-looking humanoid skull came towards them. He surveyed them distinctly.
'I run this joint,' he said, pointing around him. Surdtih shot an inquisitive look at him.
'So?'

Reina glared at the huge man and grabbed him by the collar. "Lay off and we'll lay off you, chump. I'll have you know I aced the kickboxing lesson when I was ten. Kapish?"

Surdith stepped up towards the man. 'I'll have you know that she might as well be right, because things tend to get rather... explosive around her, if you know what I mean.'
He smirked at Reina, but before she had time for a comeback a little girl in violent purple robes and a patched magenta hat came running down the cobbled street.
'And who are you?' said Surdith, looking down as she stepped near the group.
'Nani,' she said in a squeakish, cackle-like voice.
'Nani... hey, wait a minute-'
But before whatever useless junk Surdith had to say came out of his mouth, Nani had reared into the sky in a purple blaze and faded into the grey clouded sky.
Suddenly, a gigantic meteor like the one that had hit Aslgo Fountain came shooting down and landed where Surdith was mere moments ago. Terrified, they all backed away, but something purple came out of the hole.
'You killed my mother,' the creature said in a voice barely a hiss. 'Now I want to run this joint!'
And in a girlish motion she reached towards the chained necklace with her transmogrified fingers, but Surdith stopped her.
'We might be able to get this guy's trust if we finish off the witch,' he murmured the others.

Kaythar stood in attack stance, and instinctively got his Moon Charm out. However, he noticed that it was daytime, so he decided to snap his fingers. The sun quickly went down and the moon rose in its place. Although he didn't like using the ability, believing his threw the nature of the world off-balance, he decided that this was enough of an emergancy to do so. He reflected light off the moon and directed an attack toward the witch.
