"We would be risking serious injury by jumping," said Kaythar. "Perhaps you are right."

OoC: I'm sorry, but where exactly am I supposed to be right now? Getting cornered by the shadow bandits in the HQ -------------------------------------- Surdith looked through the hole in the window where the tiniest strip of moonlight was shining down. At the bottom, at a strange angle away from the window, was what appeared to be an extremely squishy, gigantic sofa. 'I'll go first, if you guys are really that serious about not getting hurt,' Surdith said, smiling. Ignoring the warnings of the others once more, he climbed into the window and prepared to jump towards the couch, when a hand gripped his shoulder and pulled him back to land. Clayri had appeared and jumped down. The coach suddenly became a large net, and the girl was caught in it. Some shadow bandits from behind jumped with happiness and took the net with the captured, struggling girl and threw it towards the other three that were already captured. 'Well,' said Surdith, looking towards the accusatory looks of his fellow warriors. 'At least she found a way down.' (OoC: I just realized that Clayri never came to the Dark Alleyway to fight the shadow bandits so I had to have her end up captured somehow. ) '...but I'm sure there must be some-way down...' He looked up to the see the stars and the moon glittering from behind the mountain. Perhaps... 'If we could ride the moonlight down towards the ground, maybe we could get in undecteted!' said Surdith. He grabbed the length of moonlight, and as his powers were of the cosmos the moonlight slowly began to turn solid, but not enough so that it could support their weight. He was about to release his hand when Kaythar stepped up and also grabbed it. There was a large, bright flash of light and the moonlight became a glimmering, shining white rope. 'We have a rope now!' Surdith said, and without further ado he tied it to a nearby tree and threw it down towards the ground. It seemed to have a mind of its own and extended by itself, just like moonlight would. They all climbed down to the ground, and slowly began to sneak up to the large mass of shadow bandits...

(I don't mean to be rude, but you're sort of controlling our characters. I, for one, don't like that. Especially since Kaythar's character is so... unique. You might find it hard to figure out how he might react to certain situations.)

Junkyard blinked, and the next hing he knew, he was staring at a group of people. Some of them looked around his age. He watched silently as they all climbed down into the Bandit HQ. When Junkyard was alone, he felt scared.
Junkyard bit his lip, and decided to climb down into the Headquarters also. He ran towards the rope and climbed down. Once he was safely (well, not exactly safely; he was in a Shadow Bandit HQ), on the ground, he ran down towards the others, trying not to make a noise.

Kaythar turned around and got his Moon Charm at the ready, getting in defensive stance. Although the person seemed young, this was a Bandit HQ, and he couldn't think of any good reason this person would be here.

Junkyard looked to Kaythar. "No, wait, no, don't kill me!" Junkyard hissed. "I'm like you... I think." An idea clicked in Junkyard's mind. He pulled out his Glowy Sun Ball and showed it to Kaythar. "See, I told you."

"See, I told you." OoC: Sorry for power-playing then, but if I do find a big change that needs to be made to the plot, then I may do something a big rash. ---------------------- Surdith watched as a new person with a pretty Red Orb went up to Kaythar, who had drawn out his Moon Charm, and they were both twinkling pleasantly, even though they were away from any sorce of sun/moon. He turned back to the large crowd of shadow bandits, but they had all disappeared; every last one of them. Two of the prisoners had also disappeared too. He looked up at the window where the Moon Rope was still glimmering, tied to the tree above the ground. 'Let's get out of here,' he said, beckoning to the others. (OoC: See? I had to get rid of those two players because no one's controlling them yet. They'll be re-united as soon as more people come. ) Here's a run-down of who's left: Surdith, Kaythar, Junkyard, Lysander, Reina, and Clayri. We're also rather close to the mining town of Mitris, where the Shadow Bandits HQ in Under Asglo is.

Kaythar put away his Moon Charm, sighing. "Fine," he said. "You can come with us, but do anything to make us not trust you..." He decided to leave the subject alone, thinking that the newcomer had gotten the message. Although the sun and the moon might be rivals, he knew that neither were truly evil.

Reina touched the rope suspiciously. "Look, are you sure this thing's safe?" But her question didn't need to be answered, seeing as some of her comrades had gotten down safe. Shrugging, she grabbed the rope and made her way down as well, making sure her dagger didn't burn the rope.

((I did show up. I was watching. But whatever. I'm gonna be gone for two weeks at least, so you can just make my character go along with these things while I'm away.))

"It was made by moonlight," said Kaythar simply. "You'll find the moon rather dependable in my world."

"I see," said Reina. "I have grown up in a world where the forces of Fire and Earth mold our destinies. So, what next?"

Kaythar glanced up ahead. "Onward." He then walked on.

It was dark before the six of them finally reached Mitris. (there's nothing else interesting, they HQ and the town are only, like, a mile apart ) Quickly, they checked into the Inn and got a little food down, but Surdith had snuck away from the others and out of town towards the Clokend Mountain Mines. He would be back before they noticed he was gone. As silent as he could he stole away in the mines and began searching the walls for a sign, a symbol of any kind. When he had ventured as far as he dared to go, he sighed and began to creep back to Mitris before he noticed a sparkling amtheyst just casually stuck to the wall. He used his throwing stars to chip it off, and pocketed it. This would pay for the Inn.
