Yet Another Medieval/Fantasy RP...

"Wait a second, now that we know what's in there, and that it' just a dead end room with a couple wizards in it who may or may not be able to turn us into goo with the flick of a finger, WHY are we still trying to get in?"

[OG Loc]

"It's a start," pointed out Kairon. "These guys seem as if they could be the leaders behind our capture. We have no clue how to get out of this maze anyway."

[Kengplant]

"I have a half clue. I have been here for the past few years of my life. I could lead us back twards where they hold the guard animals and get my bearrings from there. If not, it would be safer to stick a knife to a guard's back and make them show us the way."

((Sorry if I'm messing thins up Sam, but.. well, she HAS been there for a while and is sorta comming out to be a rather logical thinker.))

[OG Loc]

(Yes you are messing things up. But it can be made up for later on, so that's okay.)

"Alright," said Kairon. "I suppose you have been down here a lot longer than we have. Lead the way."

[Kengplant]

((If you really want them to meet those guys now, they could come out of the room on their own.))

"Alright then. Back this way, the way we came. Then we take a left." Jaszun got up and began walkig, still on all fours.

Lini followed.

So did Kairon.

"Tharzak?" asked the man sitting at the desk.

"Yes, Kathar?" said the man studying the scrolls.

"They are just behind the door," said Kathar.

"Indeed," said Tharzak thoughtfully. "What shall we do?"

"We shall meet them," said Kathar simply, a small smile appearing on his face.

Suddenly, the door was thrown off of its hinges and flew across the tunnel, nearly hitting Kairon. Kathar and Tharzak walked out of the doorway, staves in hand. (Note: Staves is the plural form of staff. Few people know this.)

When a door randomly flies off it's hinges and crashes against the wall, it tends to make one jump. There is one expression that puts it as "scarred out of one's skin." this is almost precisely what Jaszun did. In literal terms. She jumped, a good few feet in the air, and when she landed again on all fours, she was very, very furry, and had a tail, again. She'd been spooked right back into panther form, and the panther said run. Which she did, to the further end of the hall, and around the corner.

Faustus in her fright turned into a cobra, and hissed menacingly as the two men stepped out.

[OG Loc]

Out of instinct, Kairon fumbled and drew his sword. He also reached around on his bealt, but remembered that his "Lucky dagger" had been stolen by their captors. So he had to do with his sword.

The two dark-robed men stepped out somewhat leisurely. Kathar used his staff to create a fireball, which he threw at Kairon. Kairon barely managed to dodge it. Tharzak created a lightning bolt from his staff and threw it at Lini.

[Zylaa]

Faustus slithered forward like lightning, intending to bite the first wizard she came to.

Lini like all the others was very surprised. Fire jumped up randomly as the door flew. When the wizard threw the lighting at her she ducked out of the way. Then she threw a ball of fire at the wizards. "Why are you attacking us?" she said.

[OG Loc]

Not answering, the two mages continued to attack, seeming reckless and not caring. Kathar created another fireball, this time throwing it at the snake form of Faustus.

[Zylaa]

As she slithered away fast as possible, she shape-shifted again, and turned into a phoenix. The fireball didn't harm her at all as she crowed with happiness. "I'm really getting the hang of this now!"

[OG Loc]

"Yes," said Thazark mockingly. "Too bad it won't save you." With that, Thazark created a tornado of pure fire and aimed it toward Faustus.
