Out of curiosity, what lab would be used for something like my network cable?
And Keng, I have a couple ideas for your gravity glove. You could use tractor beam technology. This way you can pull objects toward you, and it could be modified to become a repulsion beam as well. I think you'll be able to fit the generator into the glove without much trouble, though a generator at that size would probably only be able to affect a few small objects, or maybe one small-medium object at a time on its own. You could possibly add a larger, wider repulsion with something like force field technology. As well as making a force field, you could make a pulse that could knock back whatever it runs into before it disperses. ...You'll want to talk to the actual scientists about this, though. XD
((Do you think Cürian and Friedman could help with medical-related projects?))

Actually I was thinking of adding some NPC lab assistants for people to use so sure. As for your networking cable.. hmm... I'll add a lab for more general stuff. Wow we need a lot of these things o.0.
And a tractor beam sounds good. And probably more simple than mine. I'm not overly concerned about large objects. The glove is meant for smaller tasks. If you wanted to move big things something more like the half life gun would be needed.

Umbra: I think the cyborg is right. a Tractor beam would work quire nicely for your purposes.

Ok, yea. I'll change the name of the project then. And... Umbra, I thought you did genetics o.0

DNA? Elaborate. I think I could help, but I need more details, since Amneigers PM wasn't too specific.

Hello, my name is Hikari Hoshikira. I would like to apply for a job in the labs. Here is my resumé. As it will tell you, my specialty is computers and robotics, and I am also experienced in general electronics.

Hello there. You should talk to Human Resources about a job; you can contact them at the Spacefleet Rankings thread. It looks like you have a good shot of getting hired with those specialties, so there shouldn't be any cause for concern.
((Omni, I think you've forgotten to put Hikari into the personas thread.))

((Actually, I was thinking of having her as more of an NPC. So she would go in the NPC thread, not the persona thread. [Though I might want to control her at first, just to set/develop her personality.]))

((Oh. Then in that case I suppose we can consider her hired. >>))
