Yay, our favoritest alter ego returns! With a dog. We could use a couple more of 'em, I think. Welcome back, Emma.

Aww, thanks Wolf. It's kind of sad, really, that I'm an alter ego with multiple alter egos. (One of which has an alter ego.) Confused yet?
Dogs are always nice to have around.

Not confused at all. You're simply multifaceted. Like a good diamond.
I like dogs, too. I've got two of my own, and my brother's makes three.

*looking at Wolf's title* Holy crazy wordcount, Batman! I digress >> I will seriously post in the RP soon. Any ideas for some big thing that could get all of our active characters together?

I think we need something that significantly changes the currently easy-paced lifestyle. Who volunteers to let the Elementalists drag them off kicking and screaming? Actually... are the Elementalists even around still? I've been out of it for a while. D:
>.> I've got dibs on working in the stables when I get back. I'm bringing a horse. [/random]

*has a wordcount that almost equals the one in Wolf's title*
Um. The Elementalists are still around, just.. not doing anything.
And one of the lurking new people could do something weird. That'd be nice.

I KNOW!
Some get a pie, some rope, and a broken ladder please and I'll cook you up some trouble.
Nevermind. Nasty things happen when Zari is given broken ladders.

The wordcount in my title has been outdated for the past twenty-four hours. But by this time last year, I was already past 50,000. I, uh, was aiming for a goal of 150,000 words.... It's a long story. Hahaha...ha...ha.
Anyways, as Shade said, the Elementalists are still here, just as inactive as the most of us... I certainly do think the new guild members should join us, though. Not much has gone on despite the length of the roleplay (in fact, nothing has gone on at all...), so I hope they don't feel intimidated to just jump in....
And, uh, I'm thinking of a curse someone might cast on Wolf that could add some more substance to the story. But roleplaying has become hard for me recently because it's been so...eventless. Usually, I write with spontaneity, so I don't think too many pages ahead and just write. With the plot developing as a group, though, it's hard to do that. I've put out some ideas thus far, so I hope you all realise that you can run with them in any direction you'd like to.
All I ask is that you let me control the white lynx/wolf/thing and Jonathan still. I have plans for them. Plans that in some way mirror Liarre's to Kat, but...eh...that's saying too much as it is, soo... lol.

Zari just made a very supicious exit and Zaha got disturbed from her nap, so I'm pretty sure stuff is going to fly very, very soon.
lulz. I shouldn't really be on here, I should be revising.
I also have plans for Holly and Zaha involving water. Lots of water.

I've been toying with the idea of rejoining the roleplay for the past week or so, especially since Shade mentioned my character a while back, but so far haven't been motivated enough to actually come back and help kick it back into proper shape. It's just that the roleplay is so.. dead. It has more rotten meat than a zombie, and the current quality of posts is so low.. I really can't bring myself to rejoin at the moment. I mean, read through the old roleplay. Read through the first few pages of the current roleplay. And then read through the last few pages. It gets discouraging. D: .. Maybe I will, if I have a sudden bout of nostalgia.
It's not just that nothing is happening. It's a lack of quality in general.

I think the lack of quality is due to a lack of things happening. I know when I've made up my last few posts, I did the best I could to write the best I could, but a sheer lack of something to write about made this very difficult.
I've been talking privately with another knight, and she suspects she will be able to return soon. Hopefully, her return will help add some needed life to this roleplay.
Other than this RP, though, I've never roleplayed, so, to those with more experience roleplying, what is usually done when a roleplay slows down and...for lack of a kinder word...dies?

The experienced ones die with it XD The rp got mislead and ended up with a loop that goes round and round thus become pointless. Nothing can be done unless all cooperate to improve it. After all, people need to improve. We have to start somewhere.

Wolf - Is that Ikkin or the Elementalists? Either one would be good, at this point.
Ian - So how would you suggest we go about improving the roleplay?
