I don't know if this is the right place for it, but... I put down the wrong name by accident when I was signing up, I put in "Puffin" instead of "Sir Woodrum". Force of habit, I suppose. Anyway, if someone could change it to "Sir Woodrum, that'd be great. Sorry for all the inconvenience

Sorry, to not have participated in the rp yet after applying. My finals are just around the corner. I'll get back ASAP when my finals end. So, is there anything in the rp i should know, like what big event is going round?

Well...In the last roleplay, some great shadowy menace attacked, and King Wolf got up and appeal to the panadol god a forest deity to put the Knights to rest. However, when they woke up the next morning they had no recollection of what happened. Several Knights are tying to solve this, mine included.

Other than what Zari said, a bunch of knights have joined the castle, a bunch of cats are on the loose, one rogue maid attacked Kat, and a giant kestrel flew over the city. What any of this means, if anything, is still up for grabs.

Just a bunch of people standing in the castle talking, some of which are introducing themselves, like my character. A good time to join, in my opinion.

A good time to join, if all you want to do is talk. A bad one if you want to get something done, which I suspect Ian does. Unless, of course, you can start off an actual plot. That'd be nice.

A plot you say? From my point of view, first, let's make parties. Instead of everyone jumbled in one, we create groups. They may not be stagnant and interchangeable but for a relevant excuse. Once the groups are done, get a target for each. Let's say, our current mission is to destroy an enemy camp. Party A hits "section A", party B hits "section B" and so on. Well, its not necessary to be hitting enemy camp all the time. Party C members can be spies and relay informations and Party D can remain to defend the castle. You get the picture. This way, we still share the same objective. And third, get a decent plot. That's the biggest issue. =) The problem is our backgrounds differ too much. We have dragons to cats. Also, we dont share the same enemies. Some may be demons/devils while others are only humans. I think we can solve that by creating a battalion consisting of both or recreate a new race from scratch, which i advise against it but I'll leave that to discuss. That is the most i can think of =( I hope they're useful. This is my first time voicing out my opinion on such a big issue XD Forgive me for my noobness.

...Once again, though I really do enjoy this deep discussion, I think it best for serious RP discussion to be kept to the RP OoC thread... Thanks.

I welcome thee to the Knights' Guild!
If thou art a new Knight to the kingdom, feel free to introduce thyself in this thread, whilst not forgetting to state thy name and thy color for the most ease in becoming acquainted with the other Knights.
Soon thereafter, either myself or the White Knight Shino shall grant thee an official title and dub thee a true Knight of Dunburrow.
If thou wishest to enter the kingdom of Dunburrow, thou may do so by following this link to the present roleplay, where further instructions have been given on the matter.
Signed sincerely, Lord Wolf the Green Knight and King of Dunburrow
Post Scriptum: Thou mustn't speak in tongue if thou finds thyself unable or simply unwilling to. THIS THREAD IS FOR SIGN-UPS, INTRODUCTIONS, AND KNIGHTINGS ONLY.If you are an established member already, feel free to introduce yourself once again (though, do know, you will not be re-dubbed or have to choose a new color). When you introduce yourself, don't forget to fill out this form so we can all easily get to know one another. Name: Color: Weapon of choice: The name is the name you wish to go by in the guild. The color is the color knight that you wish to be (more on choosing colors below). Your weapon of choice tells a lot about you and helps establish a "knightly" persona. You can say anything else about yourself in addition to that, but be sure you say at least that much. It would be helpful to provide a few words about yourself, so as a fitting title may be bestowed. This is the Knights' Guild badge; all members may wear it proudly. Designed by Leo.Choosing a ColorEvery knight needs a color. The color we are is a part of our identity, so choose your color wisely. Since many of the primary colors have already been chosen, you may use these pages to discover the many shades and variations of these colors that help brighten and paint our world. I said a while ago I'd work on redoing the welcome thread to more appropriately fit it's present role of sign- up thread, and this is what I've got. Feedback is appreciated. Tell me what you think and if it'll work or not.
You're standing in a city overflowing with bustling merchants and men and women scurrying from here to there. You feel the padded earth beneath you as you walk through the crowds, towards the city's end, to a towering castle millennia old and ages magnificent.
You near its tall and wide oaken doors, gazing up in splendorous awe at the massive avian carved into the heavy wood. The doors are guarded by two silver-clad knights that wave and nod to you as you approach. They draw open the doors and a dark halls greets you beyond; within seconds, you step into the smoky corridor and the doors slide shut behind you.
Torches burn alongside the walls to shed luminance where the sunshine from the high windows far above you cannot fall. You follow the hall deeper into the castle until you come a pair a golden doors. Two maidens stand there, and they bow to you before pushing the doors open and stepping to the sides to allow you to enter.
A golden yellow carpet stretches out before you and your eyes follow it to the seat of a black-hair man holding a sword in his hands. His stone throne is massive and regal, its back rising up and spreading out like the wings of a kestrel, the symbol of his kingdom.
You bow as you approach him, one knee upon the ground with the other raised. You look deep into his eyes for a moment before you turn away and bow your head before him.
"Welcome, wanderer," he says, his voice strong and powerful, "welcome to Dunburrow."... Welcome to the Knights' Guild, where all things sword and sorcery reign. A realm of high fantasy and clashing swords, the Knights Guild is everything you could ever want it to be--we've got great and friendly members, a good roleplay, and more to come. So come on in and join us--unleash the inner Knight in you! To join, simply post with the following and you'll be knighted as soon as possible: - Your name - a few things about yourself to help us provide a fitting title, and - the color you wish to wear as your permanent mantle in the guild. Every Knight has to have a color of their own to show their uniqueness and identity, and every Knight needs a title that conveys to others exactly who he or she is. Your color and title describes YOU--not necessarily your character in our guild roleplay, although this is often the case, but you, the Knight who's a part of our guild, not the you that's a part of our roleplay. Feel free to create your own unique persona for the guild and join in our roleplay with whatever character you wish to play with, whether yourself or not. And if you have a title in mind already, you can use it, too--Knights can have as many titles as they want in addition to the official Knights Guild title they're presented with when Knighted. Since every color stands as a testament to a Knight's individuality, you may not choose a color that has already been chosen by another Knight. To help you choose, then, a list of all members alongside their chosen colors has been provided below, in addition to links to Wikipedia's extensive lists of the shades of many different colors. With just a bit of seeking, I'm sure you'll find the color that's perfect for you. After you've been knighted, be sure to introduce yourself in the Great Hall and join us in our Guild Roleplay. With all due respect, Lord Wolf, Green Knight and King of Dunburrow This is the Knights' Guild badge; all members may wear it proudly. Designed by Leo.

heh, heh, heh....
I do wonder how the Blood Knight describes me as a person, or even my Guild persona. Since Shino first knighted me as (from memory) 'Crimson Knight. You thirst for battle and bloodshed, but you must control yourself.' She's (and me) a PASCIFIST. XD.
