((XD Yeah, lots of small furry critters... I don't have any, but I can turn into one, so it's all good. j;) ))
"Perhaps we better get going and take that ship before our little friends decide to kill each other or something. It'll be a lot easier to take the ship with them than without them." She sighed, then started creating her storm. Perhaps if she started creating the distraction, Cap'n Rider would give the order to attack, and the Meepit and Gathow would leave each other alone.

Rider's eyes followed waves created by the infant storm. "It looks like we're about ready," she said. "Huntress, can your Meepits get thier hands on a rope ladder we can use to board the ship? If so, we'll use that. If not, we might have to commandeer some rope..."

((Furry sidekicks be useful *wise nod* Gives us a chance to interact with someone in the post. We can't really godmode with others, eh?))
"Not a problem," Huntress grinned, turning around. "I'll have to get goin' one way or another, when I'm aboard before ye guys strike, I'll have a better chance to prepare an attack from the inside. That, or put somethin' in their soup... which is infact the same thing. Tell ye what... once you get there, go to the prow and knock thrice against the planks. Thay have good ears, thay'll hear ye. But don't wait too long, we don't know if the authorities have hear o' this whole thing yet. These kinda places always have too many ears." She checked if the pouch was still where she had left it - you'll never know about pickpockets - and left the inn.

"Well, it's no to bad a plan I'll give ye that." commented Keng to no one impaticular but mostly to Rider. "In the mean time, I think I'll be going for a short stroll along the docks."
and so she commenced to take a short stroll rather close to the docks where she struck up a conversation about the weather with one of the white ship's hands.

"Since ye are all going to get the ship now, I'd be off to get some food." said Amy, grinning cheerfully.
She hadn't stole for so long, it was like an addiction to her - like her hobby. She walked outside, and failed to find a sack to put the food in, so she'd have to make do with the almost empty real pouch. Amy casually strolled around the market, doing what she did best, and ended up with mainly bread and a few bottles of water too. "Eh. Not much." she muttered, as she walked back to the inn, "Hope the others won't mind."

Komori had just finished pulling her handsaw from the rubble of her cannonballed workshop when she spotted Amy heading back for the inn.
"Hoy, Amy, was it?" she called from amongst the broken beams and remnants of brick. "Ye think ye can lend me a hand here? I got most of me good tools," she gestured towards a leather rucksack, "And I figured I'd try and find some of th' provisions I had stored away. I know I had a crateful of salted pork and a sack of flour in me cupboard, but I think it's under there." She pointed to an area of the building that had been the most damaged, and was nothing more than a heap of heavy wooden beams and stones.

Rider, Ikkin, and the rest of the attackers drifted to the ship in Kat's barge.
Knock, knock, knock...
"You feelin' apprehensive about this yet?" she asked everyone.

The night was silent, unless you counted the splashing of the waves against the keel and the whisper of the salty ocean wind in the reefed sails - now accompanied by several whispers emerging from the deck high above the attackers' heads.
"Alright, where's that stupid ladder? Did Bloody Mary eat it again?" "It's right here. And keep it down!" "Okay, okay. Gimme that other one too." "What for?" "Look how many there are! How d'you think they'll attack when they have to climb it one by one? Gimme that stupid ladder already!" "Stop being so mean!" "Oh, zip it..."
Two dark bundles of ropes fell down from the reiling and rolled out to become two rope ladders. A pair of tiny beady eyes looked down from the railing.
"You're the ones, eh? Move it now. 'Bout time to turn that old bucket of termites into something decent!"

The ice-weasels waited in the darkness behind Rider and the rest. They had been given their instruction- listen to Rider, do whatever is necessary, report back to Zylaa as soon as the ship was taken. The weasel herself huddled next to a nearby dock- within eyesight, but not close enough to arouse suspicion. The pirates had threatened her to make sure she wouldn't reveal their plans, and her lips were sealed. Figuratively, of course.

((...Have you noticed that most of us have small furry creature armies or sidekicks?)) [shadow=purple,left,300](I would add my Devilpuss army, but I think I'll call 'em off for now. XD)[/shadow] Taking a deep breath and muttering several chosen spellwords under her breath. Kat bowed her head and clasped her hands against her chest, as though clutching an invisible ball. Violet fire laced from her fingers, entwining themselves around her hands like small, powerful serpents before jumping into the winds that Ikkin had created. Now violent purple lightning flashed, and thunder crashed along with the winds. "I could stir the waters up for ye," she added with a wink. "But o'course, I could be overdoing it."

"Ye, it's Amy. 'Course I could give ye a hand." she said cheerfully, before taking a look over to where the others were standing. Amy also blinked and admired Kat's powerful magic before heading over towards the cupboard Komori had pointed too.
Settling down her bags, she moved aside some wooden beams with difficulty, brushed away some stones, and then pulled open the door. The girl spied the food Komori had been talking about. "So... are we going to be taking this aboard?" Amy questioned, hauling the pork out (also brushing some salt of that had fallen on her aswell) and pulled the flour out, taking care not to poke holes in the thin material with her long nails.

"I don't be wantin' ye ter sink the beaut," Rider said with a smile. Such awesome power in those unnatural clouds. It made her insides seize up as she scaled the ladder. In the riggings of the white ship, orders were barked back and forth. Sails rolled up in a tangled confusion. On the deck, a couple of cannons were tied up so they wouldn't roll away. About half a dozen men, maybe a few more. A bolt of violet lightning illuminated the scene, flashing off Rider's crimson cape. A man spotted her and raised the alarm. "Intruders! Intruders on the ship!" [glow=red,2,300]((The White Weewoo was originally supposed to be partly painted white, but I guess I like the idea of an entirely white ship better. XD Nix the fact that it reminds me vaguely of Moby Dick. Feel free to control the NPCs; I told you that battle would be an informal thing.))[/glow]

[shadow=purple,left,300](We-ell, why else would it be called the White Weewoo? XD)[/shadow]
Kat stepped forward and saw Rider on the ladder, and a man pointing at the red-caped pirate. She pointed discreetly and directed a flash of violet lightning towards the one who had spotted Rider.
Unfortunately, she missed and cursed under her breath as she tried again. This time, it singed the guy's hair, and the wench tried to focus and not laugh as he screamed like a girl and ran around, fanning the purple flames that burst onto his head. It wasn't a good diversion, but it was a diversion nonetheless.

[glow=red,2,300]((Because I said so. XD))[/glow]
One man took a bucket of soapy deck-swabbing water and doused the flaming man. Two on deck started attacking while another three in the riggings climbed down.

Something small and chubby dashed through the air, landing on Cap'n Rider's shoulder. It was another one of the dark blue meepits.
"Well, ell-lo," she stated. "Captain Rider, I presume? Nice... Bob finally managed to come up with a good description. I'm Justice, pleasedtomeetcha. Now, we have about ten guards in the prow and a few dozens back in the stern. There are more but those are hopeless sissies and should surrender without any struggle. D'you want to meet the ship's current captain once you're at it? To proclaim the official hijacking of the White Weewoo and such."
"Justice here is a hopeless bureaucrat," another meepit explained grimly, galloping by.
