Is there anyone the triplets can meet up with so they can do more than just wave their blades (and bombs) about screaming "REVEEEEEEEEEEEENGE!!!"? Aww, why can't they just do that? D= One word: Clichéd. XD

But then they would need other characters to interact with besides themselves...

... I have totally been there and observing this the whole time. Yes. >____> Post will come tomorrow once I've finished the essay I'm supposed to be doing. Until then, assume I'm hanging out with everyone outside the spaceport and showed up with Jina.

All right, question: The ticket(s) to Spacefleet were never explicitly ordered. Merpo turned it over to Hunty to specify how many tickets were needed--because even I'm not quite sure if the whole pirate crew is going, or just Cyborg, or Cyborg and a few pirates here and there, or what. To save time and move things along a bit, do we just want to retcon things and assume that the proper number of tickets were purchased for a convenient departure time? That seems like the best course of action to me, since it would be a bit odd to have the whole RP menagerie cluster back into the spaceport yet again.
Apologies if this posts multiple times, the NTWF is being strangely spazzy for me.

Apologies if this posts multiple times, the NTWF is being strangely spazzy for me. Well, the catch there is, we can't very well order the tickets until we know who and how many of us are going, and we won't know that until we get things talked out with Cyborg... but then again, we can easily go your route and assume that we already did, yes, because let's face it, Hunty wouldn't take Cy's no for an answer anyway xD Then again, the RP menagerie would, to my understanding, have to cluster back into the spaceport anyway, otherwise how would we get on the ship? >>; So we could just buy the tickets when we get things talked out with Cy. Which shouldn't take more than one or two posts, once I get online tomorrow, about to hit the hay here. Long story short, it can go both ways. We've been a tad linear here anyway, nothing wrong with a little skippage on inevitable-and-kinda-boring bits.

I suppose if that's the case, ordering tickets can be done as a one-liner for Merpo, so it won't really slow anything down. However, am I the only person who thinks that denizens of Tabloid Town just miiiiight notice big ol' shiny flying ships shooting up from the slums into the sky at regular intervals? I imagine that the ships depart/arrive from somewhere a good way outside of Tabloid Town, where they're less likely to be noticed. And while you could have a Secret Passageway TM leading from the ticket booth/spaceport to the actual launch site, it seems like it'd be far more practical just to have people walk from the one to the other on the surface. ...I admit, I didn't think of this when I was writing the location for the spaceport. Eh, let's just chalk it up to poor planning--clearly, better technology does not yield better civil engineering. *Resists going off on a side-side-tangent about Roman engineers* Either way, there are a few things I wanted Merpo to do before the pirates go off to Spacefleet, so a second detour might help in that regard.

Four words: Cloaking technology and holograms. Oh yeah, do we have any sort of teleporters? Holograms are a good point. As for cloaking, I didn't want to mention it because I don't think we've ever decided if cloaking technology is an easily-accessible commodity for Spacefleet, or something that's more difficult and expensive. If it's expensive, I'm sure the 'Fleet would rather use a cheaper, low-tech solution for mid-sized passenger vessels making short trips to and from the NTWF. Fraze's suit doesn't really count in this regard, because that isn't Spacefleet technology. Zari's ship can also cloak--but again, I'm not sure if that's Spacefleet tech or Illhvren tech. It'd certainly make the whole thing easier to have the ships entering and leaving the spaceport, though--so if there isn't any objection to it by the other 'Fleeters, I'm all for it.

Sorry I haven't been posting as of late. Things have gotten really busy this week. They're due to settle down a bit once the weekend arrives.

I have no idea what's going on, but I probably should roleplay at least a little bit here.
Karen's kinda like a repairer person, but she can also be a mechanic kinda person, so she could probably build cheap cloaking stuff, maybe.
...This is probably useless, but just saying.

This is actually more of a long-term problem of logistics that we're talking about, though. The Tabloid Town Spaceport has, presumably, been around a long time, though this is the first time it's ever shown up in an RP. We're kind of trying to figure out on the fly what kind of security measures are at the Spaceport--but again, whatever it is, it's probably been around for years. I'm not sure if that makes sense or not.

I'm not sure if that makes sense or not. Sorry that I haven't had much input as of yet... I'd say, if it's supposed to be "year-old high-tech", probably holograms would be your best bet. If Spacefleet had teleporters, they probably would have used them in GW2. As for cloaking, I agree with Fraze that it's unclear of if the 'Fleet actually has that technology, and if it does, I would imagine it'd be expensive or have some other major tactical downside, again coming to the conclusion that if it was good and mass producable, it would have seen some action in GW2.
