Don't know when someone will decide to do something like PUT THE FIRE OUT!(( The usual problems of an RP with a girl like me, who doesn't take the time to read everything. How about...)) ((*ish finally back*)) Jade had extiguished the flames on her side of the lake, but there was still some fire in the distance. Without a word, she ran for the shore, and dove in the water. She started swimming of her fastest, not getting tired at all. She knew the spirits of the sea were with her. She got to the middle of the lake, and soon after, go to the other side. She stood to the side of the lake, catching her breath for a few minutes. Then, she walked towards the flaming forest, and muttered a few words. She created another tunnel of water, and fired it at a group of flames. She noticed a tree in particular, which was a going to fall, almost half consumed by the flames. She fired a tide at it, engulfing the fire. She ran towards it, and looked up, recognising Clay. "Clay! What are you doing up there?" she asked. ((In my wierdo mind, the tree Clay is in is on the other side of the lake. Sorry if it's not that way though.)) *Ahem*

{*Hundreds of cricket-like mootixes swarm around Speck*
Okay, since no one's done anything with Markten, it's time to take matters into my own hands.}
I smelled smoke. Thick, smothering smoke that could swallow up the air around it, and ruin my spells. Opening my eyes slightly, I looked down. I was up on a flat disc of air magic, quite solid, if uncomfortable. I was about twice as high up as the top of the tallest trees, so I could easily see what was going on down there.
The forest was on fire.
Without thinking, I jumped off my disc of magic and spread my wings, which had strengthened since last time I had attempted to fly. I was holding out pretty good this time.
Hovering about three feet above the forest-an unburnt section, and not in the smoke-I sent some magic over to the lake, air magic with a bit of water magic, just enough water to make a bowl similar to the disc I had been on earlier, but this time it could hold water. Bringing it over the burning sections of the forest {What remains after Misslynx put it out, anyway} I made the weaving in between the water magic threads wider, letting the water fall down to the flames.

Nokua looked at the flames, which were a bit smaller now. What could she do to help? Twirling around her staff wouldn't really do much... and she didn't really know any magic (having relied on herbs, medicines, and pills to get her out of tight spots). Actually, the only magic she had was to aid in making the medicines. If... I use anything that could help put this fire out, then I'd surely run out of it fast. This fire is spreading too quickly. Nokua looked around the cabin, and walked around it, before finding a bucket outside. She grabbed the bucket and immediately ran to the lake. Obrai saw Nokua run off. Apparently, there was only one bucket. His powers couldn't do much in this situation, really. He looked around the forest and saw something...something that looked like it was falling... Running toward the falling body, he started concentrating on his powers. A ball of energy started to surround the body that was falling, and slowly carried it away from the fire and onto the ground.

((I think it's pretty much the same...*stomps a cricket*))
Not getting an answer, Jade looked around, not knowing what to do. Then, a ball of energy came flying at Clay, putting him to the ground((is that the falling thing?)). She looked back at where the ball of energy came from, and saw the boy whom her sister had healed. She smiled mildly, and continued extinguishing the flames.
Nadia looked at the boy with a little girl on his back. "The girl you're carrying," she said. "I think it would be safer if she stayed inside, at least until we've put the flames out."

Obrai turned to look at Nadia. "Yes. Someone will have to look after her, though." After jogging over to Nadia, he set Eny on the ground in front of her.
Nokua hauled the bucket of water she now had over to the nearest flames and dumped the water on it.

Brandon decided to tae up on the offer of watching the girl.
"I'm Brandon, guardian of the Nature Gem. And you are...?" he began as he approached her.

"No time for presentations. With such danger around, it's safer to just watch over her. Now lift her, and hurry up and go inside!" she exclaimed. She couldn't stay calm in such stress.
