OOC: Is it just me or are a lot of people hiding in trees? IC: Enna looked over and saw the cutest little baby ever, crawling along the forest floor. She took a deep breath; surely this baby wasn't meant to be alone. Smiling, she quietly walked over to the baby and lifted her up in her arms. OOC: Lol, I was thinking the same thing IC: The baby felt someone lift her up. It was a big thing breathing in her face. There was this funny thing, pointy and kinda big in the middle of her face and The Baby found it pretty funny. She raised her hand and hit it. Ah, that was fun! She did it again, now also drooling on the holder's arm.

She calmed herself down by saying that her parent's would probably be on their way, looking for her...she could take care of a baby for a day. Smiling, she rocked the baby gently in her arms. "You need a name," she said quietly. "I'll call you...Yavi." OOC: If you don't want her to have a name, the baby can just spit up on Enna.

{She looks like a regular elf, by the way... Not a 'creature'...} ((By the description you gave, I couldn't tell. I'm only describing her as a creature because people usually don't have wings sticking out of their backs. ))

Lyaera landed suddenly in a clump of bushes. Green surrounded her on every side, and her robe was drenched with blood in many spots. Not because of her landing, however, but because moments before, she had been trying to save her realm. She shuddered, and waved her hand in an odd motion. The air became coloured in the sweep of her fingers, as if there was a coloured mist being sprayed into the air. The odd symbol was complete, and it stretched larger, and then opened up as almost a gateway to another realm. She shuddered, and was able to see what had happened to her only moments before. However, the gate suddenly sealed itself. Lyarea grimaced; this realm must be completely alternate to her own. She frowned, and drew another symbol in the air. All the shrubbery and plantlife surround her parted, and she stepped out. Her arm was bleeding heavily. She walked into a clearing, and saw a baby and a few other people. She groaned, and turned to one of them. "Excuse me, but where am I?"

The young guard shivered. There was something... unearthly going on. She turned her gaze from those on the path onto another figure. Rhei's eyes widened. Had... that person just parted the bushes by using some form of magic?
((Sorry... I probably won't be on all weekend from this point in time. Too much homework...))

The woman talked, and the baby, not quite understanding the words, pat her hard on the nose. Then she spit on her face and giggled. OOC: The Baby is just the Baby... =P But you can call her Yavi, just don't expect her to answer your call...

OOC: The Baby is just the Baby... =P But you can call her Yavi, just don't expect her to answer your call... OOC: Oh, okay. Forget I named her, I wasn't sure. And also, it seems kinda weird ot call her 'the woman' when she's 14... . Just wondering about that... "OW!" Enna whispered in an aggrivated voice. She stared evilly at the baby for a while, but soon started walking around through the trees, just staring at the tiny life in her hands as if in a trance. A few minutes later she looked up and realized she had no clue where she was. There was a waterfall to the right pouring into a large shallow lake that glimmered in the sunlight. Far to the left she could see the outlines of what looked like homes...could it be a village...?

Rhei had watched the girl with the baby in her arms wander off... in the direction of the village! What if... what if she were to come there? It was her duty, as well as that winged person, to watch for any intruders in this section. If they both failed at that, then they might both be given the silent treatment for who knows how long.
The guard rested her hand on the wooden conch by her side. If she blew it now, then she'd draw attention to herself. No. Stimoi's location is far more important than my own, she thought.
Rhei brought the conch to her lips, placed her fingers on certain holes, and blew....

Curious, she slowly walked toward it...she saw someone only a few years older than herself playing into a wooden instrument and staring right at her. "Hello..." Enna said quietly, staring at the stranger in a daze.

Enna said quietly, staring at the stranger in a daze. ((Erm... The wooden conch isn't really a musical instrument...)) The loud, deep note echoed through the forest and gave warning to Stimoi. The village was sure to hear it, as it wasn't that far from where Rhei perched. She let the conch drop to her side on it's strap. That guard of Stimoi jumped down from the tree, rustling a few leaves and landing with a soft thud. Rhei looked at the younger girl and said in a hushed voice, "Hello, good day, w'at ever you say." She was carefull to take in every movement of the girl, as she didn't trust her. The guard gazed upon the baby in her arms as well. ((Remember: Those of Stimoi roll their 'r's if speaking the common tongue.))

Enna gulped as the woman surveyed her. She seemed so intimidating and fierce, and definitely didn't want Enna there. She looked at the baby for a long time, too... "Excuse me," Enna said in a croaky voice, extremely nervous. "Do you...do you happen to know who this baby's parents are? I--I just--I just found her crawling through the forest, and I figured her mother or father had to be somewhere around here...is that a village in the distance? She might live there..."

Rhei looked at the baby, then at the girl again. "I know not w'ere the babe's parents may be. A village in the distance, you say? All my life I've lived in t'ese parts, and I've never seen a village. You must be 'allucinating." So she was lying for the most part. It was necissary to protect Stimoi; if lying was part of the job, so be it.

I was imagining a wooden flute thing . And could you split up the link...? The page is streeeeeeeeeetchiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing. Enna stared at her, confused. Surely that was a village. "Are you sure? They look like homes over there. If you've lived here your whole life then you must know what it is. And...could you help me find her parents, too? I'm only 14 and I don't know where she belongs...or where I belong for that matter..." She looked at the ground and sighed, waiting for the woman's reply.
