Yeah, it does some really powerful. o-o But I guess since you sacrifice an attack the round before, it allows you to do more damage the next turn. At least, I think that's the reasoning behind it.

The wording is the same in both cases, however. Either you can attack both times or neither. You switch, and then switch again. However, you attacked the second time, but not the first. Your reasoning is faulty, somewhere in that.
