Leslie sighed, exasperated. "Kada, a little help here!" she shouted. "Flash the pattern again. It just might be enough. Maybe I can destroy Vanayara with help from my element."
A sphere of pure, white light appears in her outstretched hand, bouncing tentatively. Leslie's eyes widen as her lips part and a beautiful melody flows out in a voice not her own. Leslie was tempted to panick, feeling another spirit gain control of her body, but something tells her that help is near. Vivien is singing through me, she realizes, but why? How will this help?

"Alright. You win Vanayara," Hannah said.
"YES! I SHALL RULE THE WORLD WITH ALL MY..."
Then, Vanayara heard the music.
"GAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!! NO! MY STRENGTH IS WEAKENING!... HAHA! Vanayara, you may be powerful, but at least I have a friend at all, who would rather see me alive in this body than with your evil attitude taking mine. Sorry Vanayara."
Vanayara's spirit started to slink away.

Leslie sighs with relief, watching Hannah re-inhabit her own body. "What should we do now? Perhaps another Test is coming?"
Norina dusts off her silver-satin gown carefully, wiping off dust left over from the now-broken cage. "I'm not supposed to be involved in your Tests," she grumbled. "I'm the teacher! But instead, my childhood rival from Fae materializes out of nowhere and tries to destroy me! Really, magic these days!"
Leslie was not listening, sensing an impending doom. "Darkness..." she murmured, "Destroyer's Song."

Hannah's body returned to her normal self.
"I don't think that was a test. No test of light would ever let the one fall into darkness, unless they were testing Leslie."

Norina looked distracted. "You mean the Test of Valysa and Vanayara? Perhaps they were testing both of you. That reminds me, where did you go when you were destroyed? That is the one thing the Fae will never know. We are immortal, unless destroyed by magical power." The fae averted her gaze, not knowing what to expect.
A blinding flash, than an utter darkness interrupted her thoughts. It was as if every light in the world, from the orbiting satellites to the tiny fireflies, had been stifled by the terrible shadow. Black upon black- no hints of sunlight could peer at them from the tiny gaps in the shadow's grasp. A bleak melody that rang with hidden tragedy and impending doom played inside everyone's minds. Leslie sighed. "Is this the Destroyer's Song? What sort of Tests are these?"
Norina shook her head, not ready for words. "It isn't," she replied at last.

"Wait! The magic piece of hair, the warning, no! My dreams has come true once more, and this is one of the top 3 nightmares!"
Hannah pulled up a carrot from the ground and snapped a bit off. She ate it. It was a magic carrot, so the seeing in the dark did not take very long to work.

"You can see me!" Leslie seemed surprised to realize that in the darkness. "Quick, give me one of the carrots before the darkness stifles them!"

IC: A meteor strikes a tree and it immediately catches on fire, although it is not ordinary fire. It spreads and one bit lines up and flies into Hannah's right index finger. She gasped.
"The dark fire!"

OCC: Too true, I did. Otherwise, the result would have been... horrific.
IC: Norina continues chewing delicately, as if she had not noticed the flames. "Interesting," she remarked. "The carrots did not have magical properties before. Did you do this, Hannah?"
Leslie pokes her, exasperated. "What about the dark fire?" she demanded.
"Oh!" the fae gasped. "The Dark Fire! It comes with the Destroyer's Song. This is no test. Someone is trying to destroy us- someone with powerful magic!"

"First, no, I did not do that to the carrot. That was part of the dream. Something is about to approach us from the dark fire, and... it also weakens my magic!"
Hannah stepped to the side, trying to avoid the dark fire from entering her finger, but it follows her, as if it had a mind of its own.

IC: Kada looks up and see's the dark fire coming towrds Hannah and Norina, he thinks to himself "Just when we thought it was over, more dark magic"

Leslie frowns, trying to hide her apprehension. "Maybe I can fight it with water?" she asks hopefully.
Norina nods. "Try it. This is no Test, so we must assemble our strengths and combat it together. Who could possibly want to destroy us?" The fae sighs. "I have many enemies in the magical kingdom, but most of them are in exile. I have no way to trace the origin of the Destroyer's Song."
Leslie summons a spout of water from the lake- she is too tired to create substance on her own. A pair of red-rimmed eyes peer at her from the bottom of the glassy black surface. The girl shivers. "I saw someone in the water. Someone with red eyes."
Norina opens her mouth to speak, but an eerie laughter interrupts her.
