I read a few webcomics myself, so I guess I'll join.

Ones that haven't been mentioned yet:
Erf World. Hosted on the same site as OotS. A guy in the real world hates his boring, ordinary, and sucky lifestyle. One day, he incites some friends over to test a new table-top game he invented, when he finds himself sucked into a world where the laws of physics and such are game mechanics, and some things seems like one big joke. …Saying more than that might be risking a bit too much spoiler. There's one page with mild swearing, and a bit of stuff like contemplation of death, but it's pretty PG.

Yosh! I believe Aeri posted this one in Off-Topic. It takes place on Earth, around our time period, just like the real world… until 'the weirding' happens and magic, demons, etc. come back to the world. Kinda manga-style, in fact, I think it's partly a joke toward manga. Includes catgirls, robot-girls, and a talking penguin. PG-13.

Ding! A World of Warcraft comic. It's mostly about the random adventures of a Horde guild on a (I believe) PvP server. Jokes are mostly about the fact that it's a game, and the stuff that are directly related to the fact that it's a game (i.e. disconnections, quest-givers, clipped-graphics, etc.). Some language, but I don't think there's anything that would get past WoW's filters. Still, I'd call it PG-13.

Backward Compatible. Hosted on the same site as Ding! About a group of people who work for a company (I believe it's supposed to be the site it's on) that rates video games. Generally about various games, often talking about some of the latest game trends, what older games are/were like, stuff like that. Probably PG-13, due to some of the stuff (mostly game-content related) that it talks about.

EDIT: Almost forgot the Shivae Studios comics. The ones that currently update at least somewhat-regularly are Akaelae (and sub-comics), Alien Dice (and subcomics), the Shivae! comics, Pure, Abby's Agency, and Café Animé. The rest are either finished, or not updating (at least not regularly) but I believe I've read them all up to the point they're at. It would take me too long to write descriptions of them all. PG-13. Other than Abby's Agency, I don't think there's any language that isn't purely other-world's-culture based (i.e. the Cyantians will say 'Squid!'). Some violence, some blood, some stuff that's… Well, I wouldn't call it 'suggestive' or anything, but I don't think it would be stuff for kids.


And for those interested, I'm planning my own webcomic. It's going to be on PFA's site. I don't have a name for it, yet, but I've got a rough version of the first chapter scripted, I'm about to start on the second. *opens script-writing app* I'm estimating that It'll start in about a month.

I only read 3 webcomics regularly, though. OotS, Timothy Green and Gunnerkrigg Court, all which have been mentioned by others before.

I used to be a huge Inverloch fan, but the ending kind of disappointed me. ^^; I'm not gonna ramble about that now, but if anyone's curious as of why, I can explain. Anyway, I guess it will always have a special place in my heart despite that. Then I tried reading the Phoenix Requiem when it started, but I kept forgetting to check back and then whole months would pass before I remembered again, so yeah, that didn't go so well. XD;;

I also read XKCD ocassionally. As in once a month or so. XD; I also forget. >_>;;

Speaking of webcomics on my site, I've also got one of my own, Aiiro No Kunoichi. It's only got six pages up at the moment (plus one bonus one I did a while back), but uhh. Hopefully that'll change soon. XD; *sneakily opens Flash*

Well, by that I meant I expected that people would be surprised that I read webcomics at all. Then again, I'm not popular around here, so who knows?

The number of webcomics I read, including those that I don't read on a regular basis? Oh geez, um... *Counts* 13? Maybe more? ... Even though that's nothing in comparison to some people here, as I see now. ^_^;

I'm kinda curious myself. I think I know which part you're talking about, but correct me if I'm wrong.

The plot twist at the end certainly shocked me, leaving me saying a string of "what"s over and over again, but I wasn't disappointed. Now, if she threw that in at the last minute, it would feel like a cop-out, and I would definitely feel disappointed. But I highly doubt she did.

Ha, that's not very many at all. I have about 68, plus the Shivae Studios comics Omni mentioned earlier.

The ending threw me too, and for a while I kinda rejected it, but after rereading the story I decided it made sense and worked out well. The very subtle allusions to the twist actually inspired me to attempt a similar twist in one of my stories, but I won't say which in case I ever host it on NTWF.

I'm a big webcomic fan. However since I lost my home internet, I've been really lazy at reading them. There are several series that I need to catch up in (and thats months of comics) and others that I'm just barely keeping up with.

There are a few series I totally forgot about to, and I need to hunt down again >.>

XDDDDD Such fourth wall breakage there. I think what amuses me most about this one, though, is the fact that they actually replaced the diamond on the cast page with an "I.O. me" note. Genius.

On a side note, after reading the latest Abel's Story on DMFA, something occurred to me...

It says that Destania was thinking of settling down and having a family with Aniz. And I know the rumors flying about of Edward = Aniz, but as an alternative, maybe she fell for Edward because of how similar he was to Aniz? At least as part of the reason?

Ooh, I want to join. I only read three webcomics regularly, but I'll have to look into some of the ones people here have posted and see if I like them.

The ones I read:

• Questionable Content (if you couldn't guess from the title, definitely at least PG-13. Slice-of-life kind of comic about indie boy Marten, his friends, and his anthropomorphic robot computer.)
  
• xkcd (mentioned already, I know. Also often PG or PG-13.)
  
• Today Nothing Happened (A journal comic about SCAD student Shazzbaa. The writer is in college, but it definitely tends toward the appropriate more than the other two.. I don't think it ever really gets beyond PG.)
