I think the limit should be two. One on the Guild side, one on the opponents side. Much more than that would get chaotic, in my opinion. Anyway, I'll keep track of this thread, but I'm not sure if I'll join in or not. It'll depend on what the general trend of plot is, as well as the people. I think the limit should be atleast three, because that was the limit last year. Personally I would like four. One for each guild, yes? And as far as the limits go, it doesn't matter if they're made or not, in the end. Once the roleplay really gets started, people will likely forget about them. If people know how much they can handle, then they can figure out how many characters they're able to properly use.

Meaning yes I plan to have Esme return.

Personally, I think two PCs per forumer is fine. Handling three or four is too much trouble, and is inviting godmods. It's easy to slip significant information among multiple characters far away from each other if they're only controlled by one person.

Also, all the dead people from GW3 can participate, though rather indirectly. I'll be roleplaying as someone who can communicate through the dead, so anyone with plans for the likes of Leste can still affect those of the living if things go well. Communication with the dead, eh? :3 So you mean Leste could send a message to Jerny about how she loves him so and still wishes to be with him forever and ever *CUTLASS'd* *cough* Aaanyways. I think we shouldn't set up restrictions so much as guidelines. Rescrictions are just... restricting, but guidelines are more like "if you go past this, you better know what you're getting yourself into."

Now what? >_> [glow=red,2,300]Congrats, you're now a mage. ^_^ Find another mage and prod her with a wand until she turns into something cute and fluffy. Cy, no offence, but all your characters felt more like extensions of Cyborg. There were times when it didn't feel like you had four PCs, it felt more like you had one PC and a bunch of minions who happened to have names tacked on to the side. On the other hand, does this make for a double-standard? After all, the Spacefleet literally do have minions. XD OK. Marines then. On the other hand, like true minions, they tended to act as a unit and get confused and just sit there when they didn't have orders. NPCs don't try to be rebels or heroes. On the other hand, I'm running out of hands. The fact is that you'd probably be a stronger RPer if you stuck to Cyborg and maybe Midknight. Just a suggestion. [/glow]

[/glow] Well you see, at most I would have 4 characters, but spoiler here, I was planning on killing off Esme quick, if I use her. I would of course have the two brothers, oooh brother vs brother, and as per request of Mix, I would be taking over Rose for her. Besides, I like the character of Rose. And as for the 1 pc, 3 minions, my opinion differs.

To my remembering, the underplanning issue was about the actual in-progress planning. Since none of the plans for GW2 actually got used when the show got started, planning would've been of no use there anyway, and my syntax skills are really failing tonight, do bear with me. The underplanning issue surfaced only when we sortof ran into dead ends with our ongoing plotlines. But we sorted them out and carried the RP to a big shiny successful end, did we not? So I wouldn't worry too much.
About PCs: there actually shouldn't be a need to set any limits. I mean, we should all know our limits, right? Don't create more charas than you can handle, because it'll come back to bite you when you have to write uber-long posts to reply to everything that's happening to all your charas, and when people stop taking your charas seriously because you don't have enough time and devotion to make them all three-dimensional and believable enough. Simple as that.

GWIII?
Ooh, I think I know what Nature's role is! XDDDDDDD
I'm planning that in GWIII, Nature - still slightly scarred by the events of GWII - knows of the war and tries to participate in peace activism . . . only to end up fighting in the war herself. >_> Also, I think I'll also try to add some of Nature's history, from the bring a circus Zafara to being the Neopian Freezemancer. Haaa. X3

We can always have an idea as an initiative, but because this is a roleplay with lots of characters, the result - and even the progress - can vary. You can always collaborate with one another, but don't expect your character to have "this ending".
