Varoun sighed. "See? You've already used up a lot just by creating that diversion. The rest of the bottles are with me, but we're saving them for later, when we actually ambush those freaks. Leave the next part to me."
He drew his longbow and nocked an arrow. Facing west, he shot it, and it landed in the ground. The second arrow landed on the other side. To anyone, it would have looked like Varoun was trying to aim for the Manor and failing miserably.
That is, till the arrows started glowing a brilliant emerald green. Cracks started fanning out from the arrows, headed for Mage Manor and rocking its foundation.
"Just a little something more. Then we'll have our action."

Hi there. It's been ages since we last met. You've become too much of a goody-goody now, am I right? Now, before that stupid little calf does anything rash, let me handle this...
No, Sivré. I can handle things on my own, thank you very much. Leave me alone.
It's just like you to be so stubborn, Bob. Now, if you will let go and let me take control...like you did when that idiot fox tried to...
"NO!"
The Leader blinked. He looked around his office, and nearly jumped at the sight of Marthae bearing the unconscious form of Cat Assassin. He turned to see Cylak, obviously agitated by the sight of her comrade.
"Hello, Marthae. Thank you for bringing our guest to see us. But...did you really have to rough him up so much?" Turning to Cylak and her souls, the Leader said, "Stand down, youngling. I will take care of him. Sit him down in that chair next to her, Marthae, and please stay and help me. Cylak, would you feel better if she assisted me in reviving your friend?"
You've gone soft, Bob. I can't believe you.
Don't call me Bob, Siv-Siv. Wait and see. I don't need you anymore.
* * *
Kat gasped. Her shield had kept the spell from harming them, but it disappeared, and she could see the two Mageri more clearly, not without electricity and a shield distracting her. Before she could react, she gasped; lightning arced over their heads, forming something like a cage...or perhaps a magical arena.
But she caught on to Celestial's tactic. Hopefully once they agitated the Mageri, they would act irrationally, and the Mageri's loss would be their gain.
"It took you this long to catch up to us?" Kat asked, rolling her eyes. "Wow, your headquarters really need a makeover. And by that, I mean I actually thought you could do better than this."
* * *
"I heard something over here!"
"What? Where - "
Before Castor could finish, Pollux had dragged him and turned a corner. There, they saw Dymien and Lireo - that fearsome duo - facing the two illegals who had escaped.
"Mr. Dymien! Miss Lireo!" Pollux cried out.

This is not good.Suddenly, the manor started shaking. Nature lost her balance and fell flat on her face. The quakes continued on. "What the--" She tried standing up again, but the shaking foundation of the Manor made her fall once again. She felt the windows giving way and actually breaking, their fragments scattering all over her. One sharp shard of glass scratched the Zafara's cheek, making her scream in agony. (It was a sort-of known fact that Nature had the second-lowest threshold for pain of all the Mages of the Manor.) Tears threatened to fall from the Freezemancer's eyes because of the stinging pain. Why must this keep happening to us?===*=== "... Regna, merge into me. I want you to kill that girl who dragged Cat Assassin in without any hint of concern." Narra-brown eyes blinked blankly at the cow girl then quickly changed to horrified eyes once what the cow girl requested from her soul friend sank in. "What?! Oh dear, why would you want to hurt an old lady like me?" Marthae gasped in a mock-motherly tone. "I didn't hurt your friend! When your friend came to visit you, a big evil monster came and attacked him really hard! A-and I saved him! Yes, I saved him!" She said all this with a quick, apprehensive tone laced with fear - she absolutely did NOT want to die yet, especially at the hands of a seemingly powerful illegal. "Stand down, youngling. I will take care of him. Sit him down in that chair next to her, Marthae, and please stay and help me. Cylak, would you feel better if she assisted me in reviving your friend?"'"O-oh yes! Yes, I can heal your friend!" Marthae quickly gushed, giving a nervous smile at the illegal cow person. "I have all sorts of magical potions that can help heal the wound that horrible monster gave to him." She gulped after this, hoping the illegal would be naive enough to beleive her claims. Besides, the wound behind the cat ninja's neck did look like a monster's attack. At least, in Marthae's opinion. ===*=== "Wow, your headquarters really need a makeover. And by that, I mean I actually thought you could do better than this."Lireo gave the two illegals a scoff. "Since when did we actually care about our headquarters?" She asked them, her gaze never wavering from them at all. She snapped again, and this time two pillars of electricity came forth. She winked at the incantator, who quickly understood the signal and nodded. Dymien started singing unfamiliar words and as he did, the pillars of lightning got stronger and more powerful. Once his chanting ended, Lireo flashed a sadistic grin at the two illegals and zapped them with the charged lightning, making them whither in pain. "Mr. Dymien! Miss Lireo!"Half concentrated at the battle, Dymien held up his hand at the guard. "Not now, Pollux!" he cried. "We're busy!" ===*=== Another cloaked figure suddenly appeared from behind Char and Varoun and took off her hood. She looked young, about sixteen, with dirty-blonde hair styled in a weird way with neon green and pink highlights, circus make-up all over face and bright, violet eyes. "Hey, you two!" she called their attention in her overhappy, high-pitched voice. "Why didn't you let me join your fun?" ((If you're asking, the new girl's an ex-circus trapeze artist named Eleanor. ^_^)) ===*===
i hate it when the bad guys score points.
are you sure they even scored anything?
yeah, pretty much.

Seeing Cylak react in the same way he usually do, Regna smirked in front of the Leader and all the Mageri inside. "Heh. You're already messing up the trust with young Cylak, and we didn't do anything yet," he spoke with his sight stretching as far towards Marthae also. "Well then, keep it up Leader", the wolf hissed on the last word.
Cylak was more forgiving, however. Like an explosion of emotions, she screamed and started running around the room as fast as she could, shouting out numbers in order. "One! Two! Three! Four! Five!"
A moment later...
"27... 28... 29..."
Cylak stumbled on the floor, realizing that she had tired herself out. It was a good thing for her, however; she'd always use that method to relieve herself of any anger that she wished to remove. She was careful not to inflict fatigue upon herself, but knew that for a couple of minutes she would not be able to do anything.
"... Please make Cat Assassin feel better. You don't know what he went through to save me," Cylak pleaded.
------------------------------
"Awww! Don't be a killjoy, Varoun! Give me the bottles!"
Char turned around and jumped at the sight of a girl. "Oh, it's just you, Eleanor," the pyromaniac rolled his eyes upon seeing who the girl was. "We don't need girls around here. You might as well go back to the Leader and... do girly stuff," he spoke with much sexism as he mocked her by starting to move his hips from side to side while flaunting his hands up in the air.
"Argh. Since you're probably here, you might want to try out that thing you've been talking about the whole week. You know, your... new special powers?"

A covert thumbs up was given to Kat for antagonising their captors but cleary it did no good. The two mages were unmoved by their insults. Two pillars of electricity rose up, flanking them from both sides. Celestial gasped as she realised what they were going to do. She needed to trance now if she was ever going to.
The two pillars hit but Celestial was already in the air summoning the dragons. Electricity crackled through her body but she did not feel the pain. She was lost in the summons that would allow them both to be free.
Celestial was getting used to the feeling of flying above the unreal mountains. The wind beneath her feet carried her towards the usual spot, right in the middle of the valley. Sparks danced beneath her feet and spiralled up to encase her in the cocoon, as usual. There were so many sparks in the cocoon that they seemed to shimmer with different colours, some which were not even found in the rainbow.
Round and round they went, closing in around Celestial but she did not react, only waiting for them to make their move. They did; without so much as a warning they joined into a stream of light and dived right into her heart. Celestial gasped in pain. This was not normal.
But then again, her body was in a current of electricity, experiencing pain like no other. Of course the ritual in her mind would not be normal. But that did not spot the pain of the souls of dragons rushing right into her heart like a rapid.
As quickly as it began, it was over. Celestial now had to go back.
The eyes of a hundred dragons snapped open with Celestial's. The pain hit them but there were so many to feel it that it did not make any impact. She looked up at the Mageri with swirling eyes that shifted so fast that you would get a headache from looking at them too much.
"You should not have done that to us fools!" Celestial spoke, backed by the dragons. She opened her arms and grasped the electric current. It began to ebb away into her hand as she absorbed the energy from the pillars. Lighting flew across her fingers making her look like a demon that had emerged out of the two pillars.
Finally, all the enery of the pillars was absorbed into Celestial and she became stronger and powerful. A single glare was all that was directed at the Mageri before she got to work on the cage surrounding them.
The Mageri had gained a new, more powerful enemy.
((IDDQD has been entered and accepted. x3))
As soon as the fire hit, Overlord wasted no time getting out of the Manor. He needed to get to grips with what happened and find whoever did this. It was always better to know your enemy before actually fighting them.
He took off around the Manor, looking and listening for people he did not recognise as anybody from either Ninjas or Mages. He found them. Two men and a woman were talking although it was not clear if they started a fire or not. Relying on them thinking he was just a normal Weewoo, Overlord flew onto the nearest tree and listened to their conversation, trying to get to know them.
</lame attempt to get Overlord back into the action>

The Leader stretched out a hand toward Cylak. "Yes, we will do what we can to make him feel better. Now come on, get up. Don't worry."
To Marthae he gave a telepathic message. Revive him. When he awakens, get ready to restrain him. This one looks like a fighter.
He sighed. Should he have let Sivré run things? Was it a good idea to give the stage to his tougher alter-ego, the product of constantly repressing his emotions when he was an outcast as a child? But he wanted to try non-violent means of dealing with Cylak and her friends, and those other illegals at the NTWF. As much as possible, he didn't want to waste time fighting them. Hopefully they would heed his words and join him...then he wouldn't have to resort to drastic measures.
You're still the naive little boy you were, living with those foxes, Sivré whispered silkily. Even if you are now the strongest of the Mageri, their master, their overlord...no, you've still got a long way to go...
Shaking his head, the Leader willed Sivré to shut up, which he did.
At least he listened. But soon, there would come a time when Sivré would take matters into his own hands.
* * *
"Wow, magical duel!" Castor couldn't help remarking. "We could get hit by a stray lightning bolt or something, so maybe we should sit back and watch."
While the guards did just that, Lireo cast a lightning spell again. Kat dropped to her knees, gritting her teeth and trying not to scream. Caught off-guard, she couldn't think of a spell to cast. Glancing beside her, she could see Celestial absorbing the pillars of lightning, and knew that she had thought of something.
Gripping her staff, Kat pointed to the nearest side of the lightning dome. Purple energy flowed into the lightning, gradually turning them into violet icicles.
* * *
Varoun jumped. Whipping around, he said, "Eleanor, do NOT sneak up on us like that! And Char, quit fooling around. Fine, you can take the bottles from my belt. Just be sure you have another spell up your sleeve once those cowards actually get out of their precious Manor to face us."
He turned back to Mage Manor and taunted, "Come out and fight us, fools! Are you so chicken that you don't want to leave, even with all the fire and earthquakes all around you? Are you feeling...lucky today?"

"Come out and fight us, fools! Are you so chicken that you don't want to leave, even with all the fire and earthquakes all around you? Are you feeling...lucky today?"Nature sighed melancholy as she heard the Mageri's taunts outside. "Oy vey, I hate these freaks," the Freezemancer muttered to herself as she tried to get up. Strumming her sitar, she created a snowball in her hand and forced herself to look up the window again. "Hi guys!" Nature flashed a fake smile at the Mageri outside before hurling the snowball at a redhead's face. It hit with dead-flat accuracy. Nature immediately ducked after throwing the snowball, seeing as it was safer to not look at the hit Mageri and laugh at his face. That would've been suicide, especially with his pyromaniac friend around. ===*=== Revive him. When he awakens, get ready to restrain him. This one looks like a fighter.Yes sir, Marthae telepathically replied before "tending" to the fallen cat ninja. Taking a gold-colored potion from her pocket, the black-haired clairvoyant dropped one small drop of it into the illegal's mouth. She was relieved to have this potion with her. It would revive the cat person, yes, but it would also weaken him a bit so that he wouldn't be able to fight back much. If he was strong, he would probably kill her (either literally or figuratively) and he would tell the cow illegal the whole truth, and obviously the Mageri didn't want that. ===*=== The purple mage was turning the lightning into icicles and the dragon mage was absorbing the lightning attacks. To a normal person, they would probably worry about this, but Dymien and Lireo weren't disturbed. In fact, they were quite amused by the attempts of the two illegals to overcome them. "Well, well, well," Lireo remarked with a smirk. "This certainly will look interesting." She turned to the incantator and tilted her head at him. "Will you do the honors, Dymien?," she requested him coyly. Dymien gave out a small chuckle and bowed. "My pleasure, Lireo," he replied. with that, he stepped forward to the two illegals and turned to the purple mage. "I do hope you know basic chemistry," he told her coolly before covering his mouth and singing something indistinct to the two illegals. Suddenly, a ball of fire materialized and zoomed around the cage of lightning, burning down the icicles and returning them to it's electrical state. After that, he turned to the dragon mage. "I do also know what would happen if I use this certain element on your electrified self." With that, he covered his mouth again and sang, suddenly to have a huge water ball come from nowhere and hit the electrified dragon mage with all it's might. We all know what happens when water and electricity mix, right? ((XDDDDD I'm sorry. Yeah, I know, I 'ship a water-user with a lightning-user, but sometimes, my inner sadist uses science to get her means. XD' Also, water+lightning attacks cause 50% damage to Sora, which is why I like Demyx/Larxene even more. )) ===*=== "Oh, it's just you, Eleanor. We don't need girls around here. You might as well go back to the Leader and... do girly stuff."At this, Eleanor crossed her arms and pouted, her peaceful violet eyes turning sharp as they glared at Char. "You are so unfair, Charry," she whined. "You think boys only get to have all the fun. How 'bout 'Vandra and Liri, huh? They're girls and they're waaaaaay better than you are." She stuck her tongue out at the ex-circus clown, making her look ridiculous with all that circus makeup on. Though she used to be a trapeze artist, she looked more like a clown. "Eleanor, do NOT sneak up on us like that! And Char, quit fooling around. Fine, you can take the bottles from my belt. Just be sure you have another spell up your sleeve once those cowards actually get out of their precious Manor to face us."Eleanor's expression saddened. "You're unfair too, Var," she complained, pouting at him once again. Char gave an exasperated 'Argh', then turned his gaze on the girl. "Since you're probably here, you might want to try out that thing you've been talking about the whole week. You know, your... new special powers?" At this, Eleanor's violet eyes lit up, looking peaceful and excited once again. "Ooh, yay!" She clapped overenthusiastically. "These powers are gonna be soooooo cool, even you won't be able to handle 'em, Charry." With that, she excitedly faced the Manor and followed Varoun's taunts. "Yeah, you guys must be real scaredy-pussies!" She called out to those in the Manor, sticking her tongue at them in a childish manner. She started rubbing her hands as if to conjure her magic when-- SPLAT!The girl blinked to see Varoun's face covered with a ginormous snowball. "Ooh," she sympathized. "That looks painful, Var. Do you think the illegals were having a snowball fight in there?" ===*===
ooh. owned.
you said it.

Before Kat could think of something else besides ice, she saw the water ball coming toward Celestial. She twirled her staff like a baton and sent it back to its caster.
"I'm sure you also know what'll happen next," she said, grinning.
* * *
Varoun wiped snow off his face, gritting his teeth. "Who threw that?" he bellowed to the Manor. "Come out and show your face, cowardly illegal!"
"That looks painful, Var. Do you think the illegals were having a snowball fight in there?"
"It's painful for my ego," he told the girl irritably. "And I think they want to have a snowball fight with us. Well, what are you waiting for? Do something!"

(( Backfire!)) The water ball was going to hit the two fast. Dymien ahd to think quickly. If the water ball hit the cage, that would be dangerous. If it hit Lireo, she would be extremely hurt - and he didn't want THAT to happen. So before the ball could hit the lightning-user, the incantator shielded her - and in the process, got wet. But since he wasn't of lightning, no one got hurt. But it made Lireo fume with rage. "Oh, so that's your little game, is it?," she snarled at the illegals. She focused her energy more, and soon, the lightning-cage became twice as powerful. Seeing that, Dymien sang and formed the water ball again - only this time, it came with wind, and in no time at all, it hit the electrified dragon mage. This was obviously not good. ((Inner Sadist: Bwahahahahahaha! Me: . . . She likes making other people suffer. >_>)) ===*=== "Who threw that? Come out and show your face, cowardly illegal!" Nature wasted no time at this; she jumped up to the window, blew a raspberry at the Mageri and grinned cheekily at them before disappearing again into the safety of the Manor. This really ticked Varoun off, and he turned to Eleanor, who asked him if the illegals were having a snowball fight. "It's painful for my ego, and I think they want to have a snowball fight with us. Well, what are you waiting for? Do something!""Alright already, alright already! Sheesh, Sir Grumps-A-Lot, gimme a break." With that, Eleanor rubbed her hands together again and soon, a sort-of-strong gust of wind formed in her hands. The circus girl threw the wind at the Manor, shaking it a bit more. This caused more of the foundation to go a bit rocky, throwing Nature off balance once again. ===*=== ((Either I like to give challenges or I am a sadist meself without me knowing it. >_> Help me! Also, Ate Kat, let's wait for the others to post first. ^_^))

Char laughed with much glee upon seeing Varoun's face full of snow. "I never knew you'd look MUCH BETTER covered with snow, Varoun," he tried to contain his giggles while saying that. "... You should keep that!" the pyromaniac added before bursting into another short duration of laughter.
Eventually calming down from that mischievous misfit, Char turned towards Eleanor with a comedic expression still present on his face. He watched her rub hands to form a gigantic wind heading straight towards Mage Manor, but instead of getting impressed, he chuckled once more. "That was your spell? Haha! You're just like that big wolf we met weeks ago that tried huffing and puffing us away. Silly him, and silly you!"
----------------------
As soon as the liquid from Marthae's potion entered Cat Assassin's mouth, the cat began to utter moans and groans loud enough for anyone around him to mistake him for having nightmares. The potion did wake him up, but it acted more like a drug rather than a medicinal herb as Cat Assassin immediately felt the side effect of the potion. When he woke up, his energy had been temporarily sealed, disabling him from regenerating any more back.
"Cat Assassin!" Cylak jumped and ran towards the cat, hugging him out of worry. "I'm so sorry for leaving you like that... You had to go through so much trouble just to find me."
"Meh. It's what I do best, and you know that-"
Humans. More blunt-eared humans were around him, instinctively alerting him despite his weakened state. He saw four other translucent figures, and quickly noted that they were all similar to Cylak's forms whenever she wishes a soul to merge with her. Why they were then visible to everyone in the room was out of his question.
Cat Assassin looked at the Leader and, with only one glance at his physical stature, assumed that he was the leader. "So... I guess you've learned about Cylak. I bet you weren't expecting me, though."

All this time the energy from the electricity was being absorbed by her into magic. Kat was helping by turning the electricity into icicles too but Celestial knew that with the dragons by her side, she would be perfectly fine. Even if the Mageri tried something.
They did. The man stepped forward and said something too low for Celestial to hear over the electrical buzz of the pillars. However the icicles of electricity that Kat had created melted as he laughed a fireball at them. Celestial just grinned. More for us they thought. The man aimed a ball of water at her but this only made Celestial grin even more. The fool obviously did not know a dragon's speciality.
"Of course we do. Whether you know the laws of nature though has yet to be seen" she shouted and rose into the air. The energy that she had consumed from the lightning manifested itself into flames that danced on her skin and turned her into a being of fire. This would be more than enough to repell the ball of water that he threw at her.
However, Kat managed to make it go back. Celestial did not let the fire stop, knowing that the Mageri will not take this lying down. He was a water mage, he was going to try something. And by the looks of it, it would not be pretty. Beware those who look like a wet mouse that had crawled out of a lake, they are usually very angry.
The woman screamed at them and in an instant, the cage around them became stronger. Celestial took out the last of the pillars and licked her lips hungrily. More energy for her. However the man shot another ball of water at her but Celestial knew it was coming. In a flash the flames on her body intesified until they glowed white with heat. Celestial was like a star shining bright. The water evaporated before it even touched her. She grinned sadistically as she floated down, the flames still dancing on her body.
"Do you even know what you are up against humans?" she screamed at them and walked to the edge of the cage, as close to the mages as possible. Prowling at the edge like a wild beast, Celestial ananlysed them both. The woman was the more dangerous one, she could easily beat the man with fire.
Lireo had to go.
Celestial screamed and unleashed a firestorm through the bars of the cage, aiming it directly for the woman. Before long she was engulfed by the fire, much to Celestial's horror and the dragon's delight.

"I think we should get moving, Hunter-kun." "Right." He said, but Jakie was already walking away. "Wait for me!" He followed Jakie to where a person was throwing flaming bottles through the Manor's window. "Ninety percent of those diagnosed with pyromania are male. I wonder why that is?" "Hey, I take offense to that. I prefer the ICE!" On that last word, Hunter put out the flames with his magic. Jakie was already in the fight, tossing a kunai out the window. It didn't stop the attacking Mageri, if that was what it was, however, as he continued his assault. Hunter heard a scream. Nature was hurt. Hunter was doing all he could to keep the flames from destroying the Manor. Wait! Nature has ice magic too! Nature threw a summoned snowball out the window, but Hunter seriously doubted it did much damage. "Nature! Help me put out these flames! Fighting to protect the Manor is no good if it burns to the ground!" Hunter took a second to shoot some ice shards out the window, hopefully hitting the Mageri.
((Well, I think I caught up to the roleplay... But does anyone know where Mundus and Slothbird are? If Slothbird is in a specific place, then please disregard the second part of this post.))
~~~
Slothbird was still trapped in a net, but the Mageri had simply left it sitting on the ground. Slothbird flew awkwardly with the net, but he went towards a fight with Mageri versus NTWF Mages. Hunter's friends. He noticed that he wasn't the only one watching, the idiot guards he met when he first arrived were watching from the other side. If Slothbird stayed low to the ground, he might not be noticed. Slothbird had no magic of his own, but if the fight got out of hand, he could create a distraction.
"Hey Omni, maybe this is what you're looking for?"
Omni turned to look at PFA, then walked up to the object she gestured to, picking it up. It resembled a microphone, the kind that you see on the deck of a principal's office in those TV shows.
"I hope so. The sooner we get the message out across the manor…"
It was then that the ground shook. Omni ran and braced herself in the doorway until the rumbling subsided. "I don't think that was a natural earthquake. I think I felt some earth magic just then." Feeling a need to hurry, Omni pressed a button on the microphone and took a breath. "Attention! Attention all Mages! Please meet me in the practice room!"
----------
The mysterious character was also caught by surprise when the manor began to shake, losing balance briefly. After waiting for the shaking to stop, there was an unheard, unseen grimace. Those cursed-
"Attention! Attention all Mages! Please meet me in the practice room!"
And that meant there was another problem. If all the Mages gather in one place… Too many eyes watching. I need to find someplace to wait…
And so there was dashing, but no crashing, and occasionally a halt.
"Let's just quit fooling around," Varoun grumbled. He had expected Char and Eleanor to make fun of him getting snowballed. A kunai was tossed out the window, but as it fell, Varoun spoke a single powerful word, and the kunai vanished. The ice shards met the same fate.
Eleanor summoned a bit of wind; at least she was doing something. Char, on the other hand, was jeering at her. Varoun thought for a moment, wondering for a moment what he had done to get saddled with these troublemakers. Still, troublesome as they were, they were of some help. Shifting back to the situation at hand, he thought of what else to do.
The mages weren't coming out.
"Hold fire," he said. "Nothing much is happening. Besides that freak throwing a snowball at me, not to mention the kunai and the ice, they're not doing anything. Let's not waste our magic and see what happens next first."
* * *
Celestial had gone for Lireo. Kat knew that once she was down, their lightning cage would be no more. Forget the stupid thing, it'll go down once the Mageri go down! If it doesn't, then we'll deal with it later, when they're not around to recast it...
She gripped her staff and created an ice storm over Dymien and Lireo. Violet hail mixed with fire began raining down on them from a matching amethyst cloud.
* * *
"Not really," the Leader admitted. "And yes, I have learned quite a bit about Cylak and her friends. If I'm not mistaken, someone tried to track them, and they became more visible. Now, I assume you think I took you here to torture you..."
Torture him! I would like to hear how that cat screeches...
Quiet, Sivré.
"But actually, I have called you here at Cylak's request...and because I would like to ask you a few questions, like what your name is and where you come from."
((Edited for reasons. >_> Darn inner sadist.)) The fires summoned by the dragon mage came out of nowhere, and soon Lireo found herself wrapped around in it's tongues. The pain was unbearable. She flinched, expecting that the flames would engulf her and she turn to ashes . . . . . . only to be pulled away from the flames by Dymien in the nick of time. Then the unexpected happened. A purple cloud hovered over the two Mageris, and soon they were bombarded by violet flaming hail. The two tried to shield themselves from the hail, but with no avail. ((Hehe, it rhymes. XDDD)) "Ow!" Dymien exclaimed as a piece of purple hail hit him on the head. "Maybe we should run back!" he yelled to his companion. But Lireo didn't agree at all. "Oh no way, Dymien," Lireo replied with gritted teeth, glaring at the illegals even as a piece of hail hit her too on the head. "I'm not giving up without a fight." She then zapped the floor, hoping the illegals would fall if she did. ((Lookie, the word is italicized. Meaning you can do whatever now. XDDD Hurry before my inner sadist wakes up.)) "You want a brawl? Well, you're having it." ((Hehe, Super Smash Bros. reference. Even if I don't even play the game. XDDD)) ===*=== "That was your spell? Haha! You're just like that big wolf we met weeks ago that tried huffing and puffing us away. Silly him, and silly you!"Eleanor started fuming at the pyromaniac's taunt. "Sh-shut up Char!" she yelled at him, peaceful violet eyes suddenly flashing and tearing up with rage. She was about to rub her hands again to summon a more powerful gust of wind when Varoun stopped her. "Hold fire. Nothing much is happening. Besides that freak throwing a snowball at me, not to mention the kunai and the ice, they're not doing anything. Let's not waste our magic and see what happens next first."Eleanor nodded and waited, but after just a few seconds became restless. She was also aware that Char was probably criticizing her in his mind. "Aww, but I can't wait!" With no hesitation whatsoever, Eleanor rubbed her hands again and was about to cast another wind spell when something stopped her. ((Cue in PFA's kunai. XDDD)) ===*=== "Nature! Help me put out these flames! Fighting to protect the Manor is no good if it burns to the ground!" Nature wasted no time to agree with Hunter. "Yepyep," she replied without her usual enthusiasm. She stood herself up and started strumming her sitar to attack when -- "Attention! Attention all Mages! Please meet me in the practice room!"Nature looked up at the ceiling and immediately recognized the voice. "Lady Omni!" She exclaimed. "C'mon, Hunter, we have to go!" Grabbing the Ice Mage's arm, Nature ran toward the Practice Room with Hunter, announcing, "All mages! All mages! Practice Room! NOW!" As she ran, she caught notice of the four Beatles ice statues in the dining room. "Nice ice statues," she admired them as she ran from the dining room to the Practice Room. She didn't remember who made them, as her recovering from her nightmares most of the time erased her memory of what happened. Once there, the Freezemancer halted, let go of Hunter and breathed in. After that brief rest, she opened the door and went in. "Lady Omni?" ===*=== ((No 'shipping. >_> 0__o))
An earthquake. PFA knew this meant trouble, and the fact that Omni had pointed out that it was magical just made her more sure of that. Could it be that the Mageri were at the Manor?
Omni may have been telling the mages to meet in the training room, but PFA figured there were more important fish to fry at the moment. Namely, she had to make sure the other ninjas and mages were alright.
Besides, she didn't even know where the training room was.
She ran down the hall, noticing the other Zafara mage pass by, dragging the other ice mage behind her. PFA decided she didn't have time to figure out what that was about, and just continued on her way to the kitchen, where the others were.
Come on... I need to find the kitchen, she told herself. The kitchen.
Suddenly, the walls shimmered, reminiscent of ripples on water. Soon, the entire hallway started bending and twisting, forming into an entirely new hallway. The ninja slowed to a stop, watching the whole thing in confusion.
Soon enough, the hallway reformed, but now there was a door in front of her. PFA blinked, vaguely remembering that the Manor had warping magic, and opened the door. Sure enough, she found herself in the kitchen.
Through the window, she saw Jakie throwing kunai at some mysterious cloaked figures.
Well, drat, PFA thought, and promptly she ran off to the front doors, and went outside. She snuck around the building to where the cloaked people were, hoping she could catch them off-guard.
Once the cloaked figures were in sight--and PFA was vaguely certain that she hadn't been seen--the ninja pulled out a kunai, and quickly tossed it at the nearest cloaked figure. If she did this right, the kunai would hit the figure before they could notice it was coming.
