... The Invisible Guild is a villains' guild. xD; More or less. I mean, you don't get much more villainous than trying to kill off everyone except you, really. Fiddle with it a bit, change some details, and voila, Council of Darkness!

*Grin* I was wondering how long it would take for someone to reference that. An Omniscient Council of Vagueness wouldn't really work as a guild, for very obvious reasons. The Omniscient Council of Vagueness never really acts, it just sits there being vague and omniscient. Not enough for a guild.

I must start referencing an Omniscient Council of Vagueness in fantasy parodies now. Anyway, to be on-topic, I like the current balance of guilds, but one that may be more steampunk-oriented could be an Explorer's Guild, with adventures into the uncharted borders of the NTWF... those borders that are on land, at least, since the pirates do have some of the same business over water. Comments? Keep in mind that this is just musing; as I said, I'm happy with the current guild balance.

[glow=red,2,300]I dunno, I kinda like the NTWF unmapped. Means we can godmode land masses where necessary. ^_^ [/glow]

Something that occurred to me that I find kinda interesting: there are six guilds and six Neopets magical elements. Though I'm not sure what guild might be associated with which element, especially if you want an 'opposites' theme with each part. For example, the Pirates seem obviously associated with water, but I don't see much reason that the Ninja would be associated with fire (aside from Kiddo, who's not the whole ninja guild, and is inactive anyway). Ninja would more likely be dark, but why would Pirates be light?
It might work a bit better with the TCG advantages circle… Ninja <-> Pirates <-> Mercenaries <-> Knights <-> Mages/Spacefleet <-> Spacefleet/Mages <-> Ninja
