Quick question: At the start of the round, must second player who plays his starting Active Ally be permitted to do damage already? It's a bit unfair to know your opponent's Active Ally and quickly attack on the same turn.

Either way it wouldn't matter; if they couldn't attack then the first player would have the advantage the second player has now; so you might as well use the quicker option

Given that the second player has Ally cards of different types and the assumption that he has enough Energy cards to supply either of them, he would then have the pleasure of avoiding the use of Ally cards with disadvantages over the first player's Active Ally (first turn, remember?) and/or using an Ally card that will have the elemental advantage over the first player's Active Ally. Though this can be negated if the order of playing is done through coin toss.

When a Basic Forumer card is "powered-up", will it still retain its damage and status effect besides the Energy and Equipment cards attached to the card?

Question 1: Do you draw again after your first turn? As in, after you draw your deck and place two cards down (active and bench), do you draw once more?
Question 2: Do you toss a coin to determine whether a Paralyze status will take affect? The rules say that more than a 50% chance of hitting is not permitted.

I'm not sure, but I think no one can draw for their first turn. That'll be like 8 cards at the start. 2. The rules only mention that a paralyzed enemy cannot hit all the time, not the chance when a paralysis is hit on a target.

Then you put down Ally and Bench. that equals 5. Can you draw once more (bringing your total to 6)? This was done in one of my matches and I wasn't sure if it was right, but it seemed to make sense because in addition to placing down a benched ally and an active ally, you can also play 1 energy, which brings your total number of cards down to 4. But I'm not looking to change the rules, just to clarify ^_^

One more question:
When an ally gets KO'd and you have to replace it with one from the bench, does that count as "deployment"? Can you put another on your bench during the same turn?
...and one more:
Can we make a list of questions and answers? ^_^; Searching through pages makes my head spin.

But I'm not looking to change the rules, just to clarify ^_^ As I've said, the rules never mentioned anything about the first-turn draw. I assume that the seven cards each player draws from the deck already counts as the first-turn draws. When your Active Fighter gets KO'd, you'll have to "deploy" one of your Benched Fighters as the new Active Fighter. Unless a Benched Fighter is already placed before the KO can even happen (trust me, it CAN happen), you are free to put one Fighter to the Bench. 2. Rider really needs to update the tutorial with all these questions taken in mind. :3

It seems like you're contradicting yourself. Can I bench an ally from my hand during the same turn that I need to replace a KO'd ally with an already-benched ally? Yes or no? Chances are I'm such a poor card player that any exceptions will go over my head.

If you have a KO'd Fighter, you have to pick a Benched to replace it (and if you have no Benched Fighters, you lose). BUT, you can still Summon a Fighter and Retreat a Fighter and any other things you would normally be allowed to do on that turn, if you so wish.

Jina explained that better. The Fighter from the Bench substituting the KO'd Active Fighter does not count towards the "one-Fighter-per-turn" rule, as the rule only pertains to playing Fighters from the hand.

I'm not sure, but I think no one can draw for their first turn. That'll be like 8 cards at the start. Really? Because the way I'm reading it, things go like this: (1.) Both players draw their initial hand. (2.) The first player begins their turn. The rules say that the first thing each player does upon beginning their turn is draw a card, and it doesn't mention changing this for the first turn.
