Ooooooh yay! A non-furry roleplay! Can I use a character from a book I'm working on?
Name: Fife Race: Half Forest Elf, half Sprite Unique Abilities: Shapeshifter ^.^ Age: Uhm ... it's a multiple of 100. But she looks 20. Lives: Edenwood Forest, Keilcomagrove Appearance: Huge brown eyes; greenish-coloured tunic with brown trousers, yellow belt & brown moccasins; long, silver cloak; brown hair with one stripe of gold, which she sometimes plaits; overly-pointed ears. Story: She's a bit of a mystery overall. Being half-Sprite, she has been shunned and kicked out of society for countless years and now no-one ever sees the 'caring side' of her. Her shapeshifting ability remains a secret for quite a long time. Companions: Rincham, the cynical leopard; Aren Zephyren the Elf; Blaine Weiss the half-Elf, half-human; Sally Chesterton the foot-high orange dragon ^.^ Quote: "Our's is a distant relationship: he can't come within 5 feet of me."

I like half-elves. Elves are nice because they are mostly druids (nature peoples)

OK, Here's my profile: Name: Jade Phoenix Race: Elf Gender:Female Age: Not given. Class: Scout. Some magical abilities (in training). Good with sword & bow. Seasoned veteran of the Elmdarm Forest Patrol. Description: Stands 1.7m (5.7"), red hair, just past shoulder length, hazel eyes (they tend to shift color from green to golden brown, depending on mood). See piccy on left. History: Served several years in the Forest Patrol before deciding to do her own thing. She is somewhat a renegade from a fairly affluent family. Her family wanted her to marry into another influential family, but she joined the Elmdarm Forest Patrol, instead. She retired from active service after many years and was conferred the title "Lady" and the rank of Scoutmistress (1st order) for her contribution to Elmdarm by the King, himself. Although granted a holding and pension, Jade prefers to live frugally and wander, seeking to discover new and different sights. She also determined to try and develop her latent magical ability, which is pretty unreliable, to say the least.

Name: Celestia (Tia)
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Age: Thirteen.
Description: She’s about five-foot-five, has short brown hair, blue-green eyes, and isn’t particularly beautiful or particularly ugly.
Powers: None.
Companions: A gray cat, Shadow, that her father gave her has stuck with her; she also has a small, tame snake named Emerald (a gift from her younger brother) that she has found rather useful for frightening away most of those who would bother her.
History: Her father is a rich, traveling merchant. Her grandfather used to be a rich, traveling merchant. Her great-grandfather used to be a rich, traveling merchant. She can recount the line of rich, traveling merchants back at least seven generations, not counting her younger brother, who is destined (according to their father) to become a rich, traveling merchant. So, since he got stuck with the family business, she decided to take advantage of her luck in being born female and travel the known world.
However, the bodyguards and driver her father hired along with a carriage so she could travel deserted them when her governess fell sick and died; they had been paid in advance, so what did they care if Tia was trapped in a foreign country wit no way home and barely enough money to pay postage on a letter home asking for help? The little rich brat needed to be taught a lesson, anyway.
Tia *was* a little rich brat. She isn’t such a brat anymore, but her temper is still explosive and she’s still accustomed to getting her way. Some friends of her father’s gave her enough money to make her way home; they had fallen on hard times and that was all they could do for her. (Tia does intend to pay them back as soon as she gets home and has access to her fortune again.) All she has to do is make her way across several small countries to get home. Surely it can’t be that hard....
