((I've been playing this character in M/FRP3 for a while now, but I never posted here. So...))

Name: Thaine (pronounced "Thane")

Race: Human

Age: Currently unknown, although some very small lines under his eyes and just a few gray strands in his hair are clues.

Gender: Male

Appearence: Thaine's hair is long and black, though as previously mentioned there are a few gray strands in it. He usually dresses in a simple, brown leather traveller's outfit, though sometimes he has been known to wear nothing but black. His skin is somewhat pale, though not overly so. A white scar starts at his right temple and goes down his cheek all the way to his jaw. He always looks slightly weary, though not in a physical sense as much as he seems tired of life.

Powers/Skills:
Thaine does not have any magic, but makes up for it by being an extremely good swordfighter.

Weapons: Thaine carries a finely made sword with a beautiful design of vines at the hilt. The sword is very sharp and lightweight.

Bio: Thaine's past is largely a mystery, though it seems to have involved some sort of great loss. It seems to involve the sword he carries, and there's something about it and something called a Silowyn flower that brings him painful memories. He always tries to push these memories back whenver they arise.

Although for some reason relating to the past, he chooses not to care about or trust anyone (including himself), he has recently shown the barest hint of trust for the time mage Cheshil, though he hates himself for it. How this new development will affect Thaine remains to be seen.

(I may decide to come in and help, admittedly I don't know what's going on but I'm curious, and it seems a lion companion could be useful... well a cat with inerant magic... should I post and see what you make of it?)

Name: Celestyn

Race: Human

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Appearance: Celestyn has long, very dark brown, almost black, wavy hair; usually tied up in a bun, save for a few loose strands. She has dark blue eyes, which look almost black as well. She wears a simple navy blue, knee-length dress and a black cloak. The cloak almost reaches her ankles, and its hood hides at least her forehead and eyes. She is almost never seen with the hood down. She’s short, barely 5’3”, and very meager.

Bio: Celestyn is a shy, taciturn girl. She has spent most of her teenage years wandering around the world, for reasons still unknown. She has seen a lot of horrible things, causing an extreme case of insomnia, for almost 2 years now. Since she rarely speaks, people have found her to be extremely mysterious and perhaps even cold.

Weapons/Important Items: Celestyn’s weapon is a traditional sword, handcrafted by elves. The hilt is silver and has a unique design. It’s nothing special, but it protects her when she needs it.

Her only other important item is a silver ring, connected to a silver chain necklace. Although it is mostly hidden by her cloak, she always wears it, as it is her only connection to her past.

Powers, Skills, and Abilities:

Midnight – Causes the area to grow dark and lowers visibility.

Mystify – Clouds an opponents mind, causing them to become disoriented for a short period of time.

Barrier – Creates a psychic shield, which looks black, but semi-transparent, which blocks most attacks and magic, but drains Celestyn’s power.

Dimensional Rift – Creates a portal to another dimension.

This doesn't really fit with a medieval/fantasy genre...

[TC - Back From the Dead...]

Name: Naine
Race: Dwarf
Age: 87 (young for a dwarf)
Appearance:...dwarfish. No, seriously; rugged, almost stonelike features surrounded by long, wild red hair, Naine is stocky, but all muscle.
Weapon/s (if any): Cold Fury, a double-headed waraxe that can be enchanted by Naine's fire magic to become Hell Fury, the axeheads ablaze with intense flame.
Magic/s (if any): Fire, some minor healing factors ("You don't get no blood from a rock, after all!"), the ability to turn invisible (Naine's are really a mythological creature which is basically an invisible dwarf that can see through walls and trees, FACT).
Short or Long Bio: Naine has no recollection of his past before falling out of the portal, or even how he came to do so. But every now and then a flash of memory comes to him in the form of mystical dreams that he has trouble translating.
Special items or clothing or anything extra: His armour is as soft as silk to touch, but if struck feels as solid as a rock. Again, he as no idea why.
