*glances at battledome* 235?! Sooo... we're supposed to use a shell on the boat ship or something? Hmm... I guess I gotta go check that out. *goes to do so*

I'm not going to be able to beat those petpetpets anytime soon. >_> And I think the shell is used to cut the vines. If that's not it, then it probably hols something in place, or acts like a button.

I like the idea of using the shells to cut the vines. ^_^ Hmm, maybe they'll bring it up in the next plot chapter (it can't be completely over yet, whatever the case ends up being>.>).
This is the most frustrating battledome opponent I've ever faced. xD Now that I have a labbie with several years' worth of stat training and enough prize neopoints to equip her decently, I'm able to survive a lot longer and deal a lot more damage than I have in any other war. But this opponent happens to be just outside my level. ^^; The first time I fought the Horde, we were both down to 14 HP on the last round. It was a draw, but the next attempt was a complete loss. I'm pretty sure I can beat it, but I don't know how many times I'll have to try.

I managed to beat it once, not sure if I can manage that again though I have no idea what the shell was for, it didn't give any description like the other items. I would think if it was for cutting, we could have just used the jaw bone like we did before. Maybe it's a joke of some kind, since a shell is pretty useless, and probably did nothing >.> <.< *points at link down in siggy*

...this had better be a joke. And not a joke ending.
Way too short. ._.

...this had better be a joke. And not a joke ending. Way too short. ._. My guess is we'll return to it after the Altador Cup (which I assume is starting tomorrow and running through the month of June), as Komori (I think?) suggested.

In 'Coming Soon' it says "A Mysterious Voyage Continues". Still, kind of weird.

"Waves can't hold them back forever" Sure he's a madman, but that's some pretty bad foreshadowing. Giant petpetpets traveling to the main part of Neopia? I'm worried.
And the altador cup really is coming back? I thought that was just a rumor.

That was short... surprised me we got a second comic at all this week, but just one page is a bit short... That sure wasn't much time for the big petpetpets, guess I'll just have to be happy with 6 wins and not be so cheap as to just use healing springs with big opponents again. XP

I say they start it up after Altador Cup too. =3 It just fits too perfectly that they "ended" the plot so quickly, and on the last day of the month too.
Y'know, I was reading Lord of the Flies today as part of a novel study, and I realized that Mad Tongue Murphy's journal reminds me of that story in a painful way. xD 'S good though; I quite liked Lord of the Flies and I quite like this plot. I hope we get to see more of it.

Maybe the story'll be like the Lost Desert plot one, when we thought we'd defeated the Qasalan curse but then Razul appeared.
I think they'll start it up again after the Altador Cup--are we having the AC for sure?

According to this article, it is. "Neopets is also bringing back the successful Altador Cup global gaming event throughout the month of June. Launching June 1, the second annual site wide tournament brings the global community together to choose one of sixteen teams and compete for the ultimate Yooyuball championship, a fantasy sport loosely based on a hybrid of soccer and lacrosse. Players will earn virtual trophies and prizes."
