Smudgeoffudge: O.O Wow. Weird. I'm thinking the villain of this is someone new (40%), the jubjub (50%) or the lutari (10%). I think he's probably just going to be the one that messes things up (you know, there's always that character who makes the mistake that sends everyone plunging into an adventure...or there is in my book, anyway. 'Book' being figurative.) I really doubt it's the professor or his daughter, though I suppose she's a possibility... Well... if this movie IS like King Kong (for a second there I almost wrote Hong Kong xP) then the REAL villian would be the Lutari.

Name : Rocknithe4b Species : Lupe Agility : 25 (GREAT (25)) Attack Strength : 64 (AWESOME (64)) Defence Strength : 7 (below average) Current hp: 105 / 105 Level : 3
BattleDome Scores Played: 23 Won : 10 Lost : 8 Drawn : 5 Score : 806 Withdraws Made : 0 Withdraws Received : 0
That's my BD pet. I won't bother trying to hug him. I've seen what Lupes can do. >__> Buut yeah, your pet doesn't need to be on a high level. Just preferably high HP and good items will do.

You don't even need that much of HP. ^_^ My pet has 20HP and he's been doing well. And thanks to whoever it was who said the monster didn't attack after 3 turns. Now that his (monster) HP has increased, I'd been trying to think of an easier strategy to beat him.

Um....where was Werther in the latest comic? Or did I miss him?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found him. Good thing, too. I thought the artists were getting lazy and left him out....

Heh, I couldn't find him for a while either. Poor Rourke, they are mean to him! Roxton especially; the Prof. and Lilian both kind of have this starry-eyed absent-minded academic thing going. (Even Roxton is getting frazzled. *g*) Although I confess... I kinda hope she takes down the bug herself (or in equal measure) instead of just being rescued. And speaking of taking down the bug....

Most awesome timing of a random event ever.

Dang, this thing is getting tough! I've defeated it about 35 times now, and it's able to get Lirasella down into the blue (around 153/204 HP). I'm still thankful that it doesn't make her ill, though. *still has nightmares of buying Onion Balm as a result of Murky Swamp Water*

XD This bug gets boring to defeat when you use the same attacks again and again. Any suggestions?

The combination of Psellias Fighting Fan (3 air, 3 light, 3 physical) and Ramtors Spellbook (5 light, 5 dark) and a Fierce Attack is enough to take the monster down in 2-3 turns right now, and Lirasella is almost up to 50 wins. Psellias Fighting Fan costs about 170k (that's how much I got mine for, anyways) and I believe Ramtors Spellbook should be around 500k. It's not cheap, but still, it gets the job done. If you are going to buy weapons, buy them now. As any BDer will tell you, when war strikes, weapon prices skyrocket. I guarantee you those items will be way more expensive in the coming days. You can see it happening even today; this morning, Psellias Fighting Fans were worth about 100k.

XXDD I'm trying to get some tips from the BDers and found some good items at around that price. Only, none of the sellers seem to be online now. *le sigh*

If you don't already have the burrow ability, it is nice for blocking most of the attacks (just keep blessing with earth faeries until you get it). :3 As far as weapons go, Psellia's fighting fan and golden compass (3 fire, 3 light, 3 air, blocks 2.6 dark) are nice.

Yeah, I've been a Battledome Chatter for like four years now, and I've seen things skyrocket insanely around wartime. I just sold a Honey Potion for just over a million. Yesterday they were 800k =P. Perhaps I could have waited even longer to get more o-o.
