Allison As others have said, Pocket Camp isn't really an AC game per se. In my experience AC plays best as a handheld, so the standouts for me have been Wild World (DS) and New Leaf (3DS/2DS) and I usually recommend New Leaf as the entry point. At this point you can get a used 2DS and used copy of NL for about $100 total if you hunt around, but if you don't want to go that far I'd just check out City Folk and see if you're into it first. Yeah actually, seconding New Leaf as a recommended entry point (if affordable). I didn't really get into the series until New Leaf tbh, my understanding is that City Folk is the weakest main series entry. |

Breakingchains : I do need the Bamboo Stool, so I'd be happy to swap my Ironwood Dresser for that.  Also, I have Marina in boxes today. I know that she's very well-liked, so if anyone happens to have an open plot right now and wants her, just let me know before the day ends.
I have a friend that's been holding onto Ankha for me, so I'm going to get her into my town tomorrow.  I had Ankha in my New Leaf town and adored her. But if you go far enough back in this thread, you can see just how upset I was when she moved out without letting me know.  So I'm really, really happy to finally get her back.

By any chance is anybody here looking to have Gloria on their island? She's moving out of my island and will be in boxes tomorrow. So I just thought I'd extend the offer in case she's someone's dreamie, or something. I keep meaning to update my DIY list, but I'm always putting it off... D: But Gloria's departure tomorrow means that I'll be doing a mystery island tour on Sunday. Depending on how long it takes, I may be coming back with a lot of extra DIY, so I'll update it when I'm done. |

Some new changes in the 1.3 update.
Gullivaar only appears if you bought a wetsuit.
Gullivaar and Gulliver can appear on the same week, just not on a day one after another.
Saharah, Kicks, and Leif no longer appear every week. So that's now 9 different NPC's you can get per 5 day week.
If there's a fishing or bug tournament, KK Slider comes on Sunday instead of Friday.

Uhg, they NEED to make Redd a weekly visitor. His semi-randomness was already daunting, and now there's an even larger pool of possible visitors for him to compete with? Bad.
