Right, so I decided to be crazy and make a running summary of events in the Guild Wars! It's still pretty long, but not quite as long as eighteen-odd pages (and that's just right now), so. Probably there are some things in here you can ignore/skim.... but I like being complete. I may or may not eventually put up a basic skeleton plot summary with the bare-bones of events (messages are sent, Shinobi goes as representative for the Knights, etc.)
This will be updated at random intervals, i.e. whenever I have the time and/or a lot has happened. The date and time (NST) of update-ation will be noted.
All forumers will have their allegiance, as far as I know, noted after their name on their first appearance.

Fj0rd (ninja) sends messages to all of the guilds other than ninjas, asking them to come to Tabloid Town. Shinobi (Knight/ninja) finds the message sent to the Knights and tells them not to come. Tirilia (Knight), the only other one of the Knights who knew, goes to the King to inform him of the situation.
Meanwhile, the pirates and the mages had arrived at Tabloid Town. Fj0rd joins them there, and asks where the Knights were. Ikkin (Knight/pirate/mage) had sent Sev to check, who reported back that Shinobi had told them to stay there, as he, Shinobi, would go himself. Fj0rd insists upon waiting until the Knights get there as well to share her purpose.
Shinobi arrives, bringing the greetings of the Knights. Tirilia, growing impatient, travels to Tabloid Town and conceals herself. Fj0rd asks Shinobi why he didn't bring the rest of the Knights. Shadow (mage?) steals a small bag from Shinobi's belt. Tirilia notes this, but does not act.
Ikkin finds Shinobi's manner suspicious, and asks him why he came without the other Knights. She sends Sev to warn the other Knights, and also accuses Shinobi of being a ninja. Shadow, giving support to Ikkin's accusations, asks Shinobi why as well, and asks him if he is betraying the ninja.
Tirilia comes out of hiding then to refute the accusations towards Shinobi. Shadow challenges her to a duel, and Ikkin attempts to stop it. It escalates, and Shadow and Tirilia both go into forms where they are unable to die. Fj0rd and Kat (pirate/mage/Knight) intervene, asking for peace until Shinobi explains himself, and they back down.
Zari (Knight) and her cat (ninja) travel to Tabloid Town, telling the other Knights that there will be a dragon waiting for them on the castle's grounds if they wish to go too. Sev arrives to tell them of Ikkin's suspicions, and the Knights move towards departure.
Shinobi, back at Tabloid Town, attempts to clear the air by stating that he is a Knight, has no idea why Fj0rd called them there, and that he is not allied with the ninjas. He then asks Fj0rd to continue her explanation. Fj0rd does not, instead telling him that they had an agreement, and insinuates that he no longer has any honor. Ikkin agrees, and asks Shinobi what he had planned.
Kit (Knight?) arrives in Tabloid Town, meanwhile, and finds the corpse of a ninja near the gathering.
Shinobi makes a belligerent statement and then summons a horde of shadow ninjas before disappearing. The combined pirates, mages, and ninja (as well as the few Knights who arrived) begin to battle them, and find that one good hit dissolves them.
Amidst the confusion, Ikkin finds Fj0rd and asks her why she brought them all here in the first place. Fj0rd replies that ninjas have been vanishing lately. They both go back into battle.
Kit finds the magical traces of Shinobi's disappearance and follows them to confront his fellow Knight in another corner of Tabloid Town. Shadow puts a protective spell on Ikkin, telling it her it won't last long, and then throws herself into the battle. Tirilia causes the undead to help fight the shadow ninjas. Shadow puts another protective spell on Tirilia and tells her to get out as well, and then sacrifices herself for the good of the whole.
Ikkin asks Sev to take her to Shinobi, which he does.
Tirilia manages to overcome the mass of shadow ninjas, only to have more appear. Shadow regenerates near Fj0rd and tells her where she can find Shinobi. Fj0rd follows this information and teleports to where Ikkin, Kit, and Shinobi are.
Some other Knights attempt to follow, but Shadow dissuades them.
Ikkin pins Shinobi to a wall with a blast of air. Shinobi disappears, using one of his talents to become unable to sense, and hits Ikkin. Fj0rd arrives and tells him he's a coward, and Ikkin summons Sev to blast the area with phoenix fire.
Tirilia, meanwhile, summons a massive water creature which freezes the shadow ninja, making them easy to overcome.
Kit summons a demon to recover Shinobi from within the wall of flames created by Sev, but Shinobi is already dead, as Shadow informs him. Tirilia, with the shadow ninjas defeated, comes to join the group and hears the tail end of Shadow's speech. Many other pirates and mages take the opportunity as well, and the Knights choose that moment to arrive.
The Knights demand an explanation, which Ikkin provides. Shadow gives more fuel to the fire by insulting the honor of the Knights as a whole. Tirilia insults her in reply, calling her a common thief for stealing the bag from Shinobi's belt earlier.
Fj0rd asks why Tirilia is so angry--is it that the contents would incriminate her, too?--and Shadow replies to Tirilia with further insults, ending in throwing daggers. Tirilia dodges and says that the Knights are not at fault.
Fj0rd asks Shadow to give her the bag she took from Shinobi so that it can be proven what it is once and for all, and Shadow reluctantly acquiesces.
Pyro (Knight) challenges Shadow to a duel over Shadow's words. Shadow refuses, but threatens her anyway, and Pyro attempts to kill her.
Ikkin insinuates that the Knights who do not have other allegiances are in on the plan with Shinobi, and sends Sev to summon all of the pirates, mages, and ninja who are not yet there. Kit responds to this by sending his own phoenix after Sev to stop him, and angrily refuting Ikkin's statements, asking why no one has questioned Fj0rd's motives. Ikkin replies that she has asked Fj0rd why, and repeats the answer, but prepares for a battle.
Shadow, meanwhile, incapacitates Pyro for long enough to prick her with a poisoned dagger.
As it turns out, Shinobi was not burned in the fire; after he teleported, he replaced himself with a shadow-ninja double. He is now actually in the War Room of the Knights, and attempts to strangle the King, Wolf (Knight... obviously). Shade (Knight) is alerted and travels by magic to the location.
Sev gets to the Ninja HQ for long enough to alert them, and then Kit's phoenix catches up with him. Sev teleports to the Knights Guild, hoping to shake him off, and sees Shinobi and Wolf. Kit's phoenix follows Sev in, and they fight just outside the Guild.
Some others also relocate to the Knights Guild, notably Kat. Tirilia tells Kit that the pirates, mages and ninja are not worth their time, and tells him that they should return to the castle so they are not attacked.
Ikkin and Kit duel with words over the matter of their phoenixes (phoeni?) fighting. Neither of the phoenixes manages to gain the upper hand, however. Kit accuses Ikkin of killing Shinobi without reason, as he does not yet know of Shinobi's duplicity (a word here meaning 'there's two of him'). Ikkin replies that she would rather see one enemy dead than many of her friends.
Tirilia makes many sensible statements, but the others are too angry to listen. Pyro, weakened by Shadow's poisoned dagger, tells Tirilia that they ought to go back to the castle to regroup. Ikkin, angered further by Tirilia's speech, shoots fire at the her.
Wolf, King of the Knights, manages to shake Shinobi off and challenges him to a duel. Kat pleads with them not to fight. Emma (another Knight) arrives at the War Table room as well. Wolf asks Shinobi to explain himself, but keeps his sword up.
Fj0rd, who assumes herself forgotten, sneaks away with the pouch Shadow stole from Shinobi's belt and then later gave to her. She opens it and finds a piece of paper with writing on it.
The Mages, spurred by simultaneous action by Scar (mage) and Shadow, pull back to their manor. Ikkin sends an optional teleport to all other mages, and all pirates and ninja, to join them there. Keng (pirate) accepts the teleport, but arrives unconscious, as she won't be online for a few days.
In the Knights' castle, Kat and others attempt to stop Wolf and Shinobi from duelling. Wolf knocks Shinobi out and escapes with him into a secret passageway where the two can duel it out in private, and in the process of doing so, collapses the War Room of the Knights. The Knights are able to escape before it collapses fully, however.
Tirilia is sent as a messenger to Mages Manor to tell them what happened with Shinobi and Wolf. She invites the mages, pirates, and ninja to join them at the castle, and urges them to stay in pairs, at the least, as Shinobi might try to attack people who are walking alone. She then goes back to the Knights' castle and... doesn't do anything for a few days because she can't be on either.
Zari (Knight) comes to Mages Manor to reinforce Tirilia's message, along with Zaha (ninja). Ikkin accepts their offer of peace, and says that most likely they will join in the fight against Shino. She then notices Fj0rd and asks her opinion on the matter.
Wolf and Shinobi are still fighting. Wolf thinks about the previous owners of the Knights' castle.
Kit remembers about the ninja corpse he found, and returns to it. He notices the dead body of a Knight nearby and figures out that the ninja killed the knight, and then another Knight came along and killed the ninja. Kit decides to tell the other Knights, as he thinks the ninja have been hunting down Knights.
Scar pulls Ikkin aside, back in Mages Manor, and asks her what she's doing--the knights just tried to kill them. Ikkin expresses confusion about what is going on, and the fact that none of it adds up.
Kat casts a spell to enable the Knights to find Kit. Kat, Pyro, and Shade follow the spell. Emma (Knight) decides to remain at the Knights' castle.
Fj0rd says that Shinobi has more powers than he had before, but the same flaws. She states that her intention is to hunt down the killer of the ninja, and that, as such, everyone is suspect. Zari asks what the flaws are, and Zaha defends the Knights, saying that Shinobi hasn't influenced any Knights, as far as she knows. Fj0rd tells Zari that she has to make it worth her while to inform them of Shino's flaws, and tells Zaha that as a ninja, Zaha is above suspicion and may accompany her on her search. Zaha accepts the invitation, and Zari returns to the Knights.
Ikkin says that she doesn't believe the mages or pirates, or even Knights, have anything to do with it, and says that Fj0rd can ask Shadow for confirmation of the mages' honor.
Wolf's... wolf... finds the Knights and asks them where Wolf is. (I said 'wolf' way too many times in that sentence.) Kat asks him to verify his allegiance, and then they'll fill him in. Shade is also wary of the giant wolf.
Kit realizes someone is tracking him (Kat) but cannot identify them. He sits down to wait for them to find him, but is ready for battle.
Shinobi pushes Wolf into a... vortex of darkness... and then follows him, as does Shade's father (?).
Scar gets angry at Fj0rd and tells her that they don't need her advice, and that she can leave if she wants to. Zaha is protective of Fj0rd.
Ikkin asks Shadow if she knows anything that might relate to the disappearances of the ninja. Shadow does not answer, but instead vanishes to confront Kit, whom she believes to hold some clues about her past.
Fj0rd is scornful of Scar, and then disappears to continue her mission. Zaha follows.
Keng awakens and asks what happened. Ikkin gives her the short version. Keng remembers seeing someone in a strange mask, with no magic, who smelled weird. Ikkin believes this to be odd, as one needs an invitation to Mages Manor. From Keng's description, she thinks it sounds like someone is trying to frame the ninja, but she isn't sure.
Shadow finds Kit and asks him to divine how to break her curse. Kit accepts but says it will take a while, and asks her to tea.
--- UPDATED ----
Kit reads Shadow's past in the cards. As it turns out, Shadow was once a thief, and Kit--who was chasing her--cornered her in a potion shop. Shadow threw a potion at him at random, and it turned out to be a love potion. Kit then became obsessed with Shadow, and left her expensive presents, eventually inviting her to live in the castle with the Knights. She accepted but then ran away, and Kit was heartbroken, so he summoned a demon and cursed her.
Meanwhile, Kat and the other Knights are heading towards Kit. Wolf's wolf, Taa-kan, joins them; he gets them to trust him, and they fill him in.
Omni and Keng try to figure out who the stranger was who knocked Keng unconscious, and find a secret passageway in the ceiling. It turns out to be part of a network of tunnels in Mages Manor. They explore this, and theorize about who the attacker must have been that they would know about it.
Shadow, whose curse is now broken, becomes a normal girl and attempts to kill Kit with a poisoned dagger. Kit kills Shadow in something like self-defense, maybe. However, he absorbed enough of her essence in drinking tea (this is a summary, it's not supposed to make sense) so that it counteracted the poison.
Ikkin is following Shadow, and finds Kit holding the dead former Shadow. She gets angry and summons the rest of the mages to her to help her fight Kit. Scar responds to her summons and begins to follow her. Kit, meanwhile, makes a protective pentagon of his Tarot cards and casts a spell on them. When she tries to attack with fire, it bounces off. Kit forms swords.
Salah joins them, on Ikkin's side. She sends a globe of light to blind Kit.
Fortune awakens nearby, but does not yet take a side.
Kat uses a spell to lead her and the rest of the Knights to Kit.
Shinobi has transported himself and the King of the Knights, Wolf, to the "World of Misery". Wolf is unconscious. Shinobi injects something in Wolf's neck, and then speaks with General Barak, who recently invaded the kingdom of the Knights. General Barak and Shino are apparently conspiring against 'their enemies'. He gives Shinobi two weapons, "Malice" and "Misery", a powerful battleaxe and sword.
Kit summons a black mist to protect his eyes from the glare of Salah's light. He summons a giant wolf and its valkyrie rider to fight for him.
Fj0rd has sensed something wrong. She tells Zaha to find the other ninja and bring them after her, and then teleports to where Shadow's dead body is. She takes scope of the situation and then throws a kunai at Kit's back.
