WHAT'S WITH TNT!!! Seriously, that is crazy. Who would like this, and you're right. He'll probably be on the cover of neoflakes soon.
I say, ICK! The Xweetok and the Hissi needs to be worked on a bit more, and they HAVE to give out the april fools pet and the Lutari.

It's a joke, that's the only explanation. TnT's just teaching us not to go digging through picture files and ruin their surprises. That has to be it. The angry pose has potential. Otherwise it looks like another bad attempt at making a cartoony animal video character to try to stand up against spyro, sonic and crash. Kinda like that tazmanian tiger game from way back. It's neck is also way to thin. Though I'll give it that, it does have a neck unlike quite a few other pets. And.. omg... it minorly resembles that weird wolf/giraff cross I drew last year only in a bad video game character type of way. (I'll scan the pics in later)

That thing is... bleargh. Some people said that the Xweetok didn't fit into Neopia. I didn't agree with them about that, but I'd say the same about this thing. It looks a lot more like an April Fools joke than, say, the Sharkaw or the Llamameeah. I'm still hoping that one of those two win the April Fools contest. Or both, considering the fact that they're on a releasing spree. I'd be more likely to get a Sharkaw of my own (especially if they had pwnsome redraws), but I like the Llamameeah on principle. A Polaflint or a Nikondrak (especially a redrawn one) wouldn't be bad, either. But releasing random strange-looking pets over the Lutari and the April Fools Pet(s) isn't funny anymore. |

It looks like a bad '80s cartoon character. I guess I should reserve final judgment until we actually see the pet itself instead of the shopkeepers (which can be pretty terrible-looking sometimes).

*sigh* I really do not want to see that creature in Neopia. No offense to those who like it, but I'm siding with Kengplant on this one. I'm hoping it's just some joke drawing that they put into a site file and someone dug up and posted.
And what on earth is so difficult about putting the Lutari and April Fool's pet into existence? They already have the designs for them. Surely it would be easier to get those done than to make two whole new pets! I still love the Xweetok, of course, but this is kind of ridiculous.

Some people on PPT seem to think that this 'pet' is not only a joke by TNT, but that it might be part of a lead-in to the April Fools pet- they say that this thing is released, but don't let any be created, then, halfway through the day (as in April Fools), they say "Haha fooled you! Here's the real pet!" and actually release the April Fools pet.
It would be a good joke, I'll admit, even if it is a bit cruel.
The PPTers seem to think that it means that the Llamameeah is the real pet, simply because it looks more like that than any of the other choices. I really want the Sharkaw, but Llamameeah is fine, too.
