My series was left out this week because (I'm guessing) the Fyora Day collab I have...*grumble*
Any reviews for my collab would be appreciated, though. ^_^

I will definitely be reviewing Fyora-themed stuff tomorrow morning if we don't go kayaking. Yay for the Fyora issue. EDIT: Wait, that was unclear. I mean I'll be reviewing stuff tomorrow, whether or not it is Fyora-themed. There we go! ^^

Smelly Nelly - Nina LOL! I love your Smelly Nelly's, and i loved this one. I loved how everything rhymed and the ending! Art was nice and pleasant. Another great comic! The Happiest Quiggle - Nut Lol, this was a great comic, nice art! Looking forward to more! Little Orby #7 - Tashni IMO, you've had some better comics, but this was good too. I have an article in the article section: Top Fyora Collectibles, any reviews would be very appreciated Fyora Day Soup by Linnipooh lol, this was too funny. I often wonder why the soup faerie serves dung soup. I think she is a little tweaked, myself Fyora Day Truths by Ginz and Goosh Something about Fyora using her light faerie toilet just cracks me up *lol* A Thousand Years by Hunty and Dan Wow, this is a great story. I really liked how you broke up the story and I especially enjoyed the way Fyora's emotions were portrayed, very well written. I didn't know you could place an image in the middle of a story like that, but it was well placed. ssjelitegirl, you did an excellent job making the picture and the words fit together.

No kayaking for me today. It rained all night and early morning so I'm stuck inside on a tornado watch. Fun. But hey -- time to review! [glow=red,2,300]Fyora's Dream Vacation[/glow] by: Kat and Dim Seeing as this is an article collab between two forumers, I already know that's it's going to be funny. Ah-HA! I was right. It was definitely comical! Let me start by saying I like your choice of title for a Fyora-themed interview. Instead of something such as "An Interview With Fyora" (which would have been fine), you chose to explore a different side of Fyora: what she wants personally rather than what she wants for the city of Faerieland. Insightful! This was well-written and had a nice flow. I wish it was a little bit more lengthy, but I guess to keep it on topic of vacations and dreams it was fine. I guess maybe I was expecting a little more mischief in the interview, especially since the interview was in the Hidden Tower, what with all the shinies and expensives and magics, but that's okay. It was very focused! Good job, you guys. Fyora would be proud. [glow=blue,2,300]Top Fyora Collectibles[/glow] by: ngc_5128 Okay, you got me. I absolutely love these types of article with the pictures and descriptions. I must say -- the layout of the article is very easy on the eyes: simple, yet organized. Great! I really like how descriptive you were when writing the summaries about the items. I also like how you brought in Faerieland references as well. Oh, and I just love this line: There are plenty of things to admire Queen Fyora for: her beauty, her poise, and her intelligence. Oh yeah, she also rules Faerieland in her spare time." Lol! ;D You had a nice introduction and I think it would have been cool to see a more defined conclusion to the article, but I really have nothing else to nitpick. Nice job! bbl...

Thanks, JL, I appreciate it! Eh, I'm not much of a Faerieland person either, but it seemed to work for the story.

I guess this is a good sign...as I haven't written an article in ages. XD[/shadow]

Goosh, a few notes--You have the wrong link for "Of Faerieland and Flying." The correct one is: www.neopets.com/ntimes/index.phtml?section=336850&issue=294Also, as NGC said, s/he has an article in this issue, "Top Fyora Collectibles." The link is: www.neopets.com/ntimes/index.phtml?section=337355&issue=294And a comic, "Razzle Dazzle - Episode XII" by khestrel, is missing from your list. The link is: www.neopets.com/ntimes/index.phtml?section=338718&issue=294Little Orby by TashniIt's been a long time since the last Little Orby, hasn't it? The art seemed a little different than before, but I still liked it. The pinks and purples were very bright on my computer though, and I couldn't quite make out what Orby had in his hands. But, still, the "maybe too much magic" bit was funny. The Happiest Quiggle by NutJhudora looks SCARY after she's been in the kitchen! But...um...the only thing she has in her kitchen is an oven. And technology doesn't exist in Neopia. >.< lol. The ending was the greatest part, "I changed my mind." I cracked up laughing when I read that. Fyora Day Soup by LinnipoohThis was funny...but the dung really didn't make much sense to me because all of the Soup Faerie's soups don't have dung in them. The art was really smooth, but the wide-eyed and big-mouthed faces kinda creeped me out a bit. Fyora Day Truths by Ginz and GooshIs Fyora eating a LOLLIPOP while she's standing next to her Light Faerie Toilet?! And since when did fridges exist in Neopia? Anyways, that was quite funny. Fyora almost looked like Avril Lavigne at the end, which made it even funnier for me. Smelly Nelly by NinaThis was just wonderful! I really liked Fyora's expressions and poses as she listened to the Kacheek's flattery (which was really well-written, I think). Her expression in the penultimate panel, however, was self-explanatory a punishment was coming, so that last panel felt a bit anticlimactic to me. Still, this was very funny. Razzle Dazzle - Episode XII by khestrelI really liked this comic. I still admire your art style a lot, and I like how this isn't about comedy first, but about telling a story first, and then what comedy is there is just added greatness. I'm just rather astonished that a lightbulb was so clearly in the forefront of this comic. I honestly didn't think they could be made so obvious.

Fyora's Dream Vacation by Dimi and Kat That was a pleasant article. I'm very infrequently thrilled by a script of that kind, yet it was still enjoyable to read. A lot of the comedy really didn't tickle me much, but humor is subjective, so it was just me.
I did like your mention of the Faerie Wars. That was nicely done, and it wasn't taken too far so as to not be funny. I also liked the reference to an upcoming plot, but, really, which one of you is going to the dungeons for printing it? lol. Faerieland is the only land without a plot, though, isn't it? I mean, sure, Brightvale and Kreludor/Virtupets haven't really had plots, but the latter was meant to, and the former began as a sub-world of Meridell.
Getting back to the article, though, it was a nice, short read. Not my favorite, but it was still well-written.
Top Fyora Collectibles by NGC From the start, this article had a good tug to read on. Starting it with a question and then taking a moment to elaborate was very nicely done.
The blurbs for each item were entertaining and enjoyable to read, but they at times felt a little bit choppy. The writing for these also sounded quite a bit like an infomercial or item introductions on The Price is Right. This wasn't exactly bad, it just caught my attention.
The end came, however, abruptly, and I think a concluding paragraph or two to wrap it all together would have been a nice addition to this piece. Regardless, this was still a nicely-written article and I enjoyed reading it.

Waiting For Anna: Part Two by Fj0rd This was a nicely written part. A lot of it seemed to just move the story from one event of importance to the next, so its flow didn't feel natural, but rushed. The fact that this was in the present tense also made it feel somewhat awkward.
The end, though, intrigues me. I can't quite figure out what went on because so few words were used, yet it appears that Anna's illusions may have not been mere illusions, but actual magic. I look forward to seeing this continue, as magic as always fascinated me.

Although none of my NT article have one, I always try to write one, but they just don't seem to turn out. I am sure I will get it right eventually. The Price-is-Right style of delivery is what I was aiming for. I tried relying more on humor in my other articles but it didn't fit right with this one. I tried laying on the 'cheese', but not too thick. I hope worked I am a he, by the way

If I do another 'item' style article, I might save her the trouble and do it myself
