CCR: Instincts by Nimras - Okay, so he's safe. YAY! I really liked the ending, where Mareian almost admits she thinks Jeran is cute. *snicker*
However, it ended sort of abruptly for me. Maybe it is because I am used to your series being 12-parters. But overall, I liked the different direction this CCR took. I'm looking forward to seeing if that little Ganuthor is going to be character in the upcoming CCR series. ^_^

At the AstroVilla: Part Nine by kemppotatoe
Hee! Nice way to bring it all back around to the original disappearance of the owner.
It does seem a little odd to me that LeMaer was convinced so quickly by Cypher and Luther, but not by Ursula in the weeks before. Though I suppose the gradual wearing down by Ursula’s nagging could have helped with that.
All in all though, I liked this series. *grin* It’s nice to have a good mystery. ^^
You allude to there being more Cypher stories in store… will Luther be there too?

I guess I should start my reviews. As always, with comics Comics:Darkest Corner: Dig-dig-digging! by dark_elfaThe art and the joke behind the cmoic is lovely. It's really nice and clear which for me is probably the most important thing in a comic. The only concrit I have is that perhaps the "idea by mzkimmi, drawn by dark_elfa" could have been placed somewhere else on the comic. Where it is somewhat detracts from the comic. Hot Stocks! by gliderames and xpropugnatorA wonderfully detailed comic. I've always question that Chia's stock advice and you captured that idea really well in your comic. I particularly like the last two panels which were able to include both a white weewoo sitting upon a stack of newspapers and a pair of meepits. What I like most, however, is the amount you've gone to with the comic. All of the backgrounds and shading is amazing and this must have taken you ages. Especially if, as I'm assuming, it was done in Paint. Excellent. Chingo! by fuzzy_muuA nice idea. Somewhat ironic though that the comic came out the week the new gamesroom did. A nice concept and good art. The only thing I'm not sure about is the question marks being in fushia. I'm sure that they're meant to stand out but the colour just seems not quite right for the comic. Dream On #2 by autoc007 and tristessA nice idea with good, clean artwork. The like the colouring style as it really makes it all seem "dreamy." Keep up the great work both of you. Meow? by edddibgazThis is probably my favourite comic of the week. Very original and the artwork is lovely as well as clear. The layout is nice and I can't help but feel sorry for the poor little meowclops. Lovely facial expressions on the meowclops. I'd give him the doughnut. -- I would love any criticism/reviews on my comic "I wish I may, I wish I might..."

I am butchered busy this week...and until forever, it appears... But, I like reviewing!
Comics:
Darkest Corner: Dig-dig-digging! by dark_elfa The artwork is wonderful...but the joke flies over my head, unfortunately.
I wish I may, I wish I might... by squire_genevieve LOL! This was a funny joke. The art is quite interesting, but I think the dialogue could have been done better.
Hot Stocks! by gliderames and xpropugnator I don't know if I should sit back, stunned and wide-eyed, or laugh, but either way, this was a pretty great comic. The artwork looks painstakingly detailed; it's amazing.
Chingo! by fuzzy_muu I... I don't get it... >.< The art is pretty nice, though.
Dream On #2 by autoc007 and tristess *smiling* This was a hilarious comic. The artwork, so cool and calming, and then the snowbunny chasing after the carrot chia! Hilarious!
Meow? by edddibgaz Poor Clopsey. *tear* I loved this comic. It was great. The art was wonderful, and the joke incredible. It was great.

*has once again been not reviewing lately* Not my fault x.x Had papers to write last week and couldn't even catch up with missed DBGT episodes on Youtube. Dorm days seem to pass so slowly and yet I seem to get nothing done. And I'm still trying to figure out why I'm always making those excuses here...
One way or another, comments on the fourth part of my series are muchly appreciated ^^ I'm really happy with how this week's illustration turned out, might I add. The most time-consuming one of them all. And Nim, that idea of making last chapters of the series bold is really good, we should do that every week =3
So, the comics. Yus, comics always get the most reviews but as it's really late right now, I won't dive into stories just yet.
Darkest Corner: Dig-dig-digging! I remember seeing that somewhere around here a while ago (curse ye, work review threads). I love this one ^^ Great joke, great art, and Bruno looks just the same as in the plot.
I wish I may, I wish I might... Nice one ^^ The star's a bit too 2D though. Could've used some shading and, well, depth. And if the Grundo knows that wishing upon a star shouldn't be taken literally, why are they sitting on that star? Still, a pretty good comic.
Hot Stocks! Took me a while and reading the comic at least three times to get the point properly x.x The speech boxes crossing the lines of panels make it kinda hard to understand which box belongs to which panel. Plus the boxes are generally at the bottom of the panels, thus making them look like they belong to the panel below. The art is nice, though - so many shiny little details @.@ And the shading...! And the cute little Weewoo in the last panel xD Took me a while to realize that the pink meepits were actually slippers but it's a nice touch.
Chingo! Ouch, poor Cybunny x3 The background, as in the green part, looks out of perspective, too diagonal compared to the Cybunny's pose, and the same goes to the puzzle. And the art is nice but it looks kinda bland, could use if not shading then at least something additional to the background. Gotta say that the joke is great, though ^^
Dream On #2 Oh the pretty art *stares at the comic* And the joke is good ^^ The only thing I can complain about is the grass in the first panel. It would've looked more natural if it had completely hidden the lower lines of the Chia's feet and back. Grass just is like that. Otherwise it's an awesome comic, and I love how the dream bubble forms the entire second panel ^^
Meow Thassright, why discriminate all the other feline petpets? x3 Good joke, and great art. The details on the background are amazing. The only thing that struck me as odd was the fact that the meowclops has no shadow o__o Then again, it is a witch's cat... and maybe the doughnut in the first panel could've been more dynamic, basically it looks like it's balancing on the staff. *is nitpicky* One way or another, well done ^^

Articles:
Queen Fyora's Guide to Status Symbols by dan4884 From the start, I knew I was going to like this article. The brief note that Fyora would not disclose the location of the Hidden Tower was wonderful, especially since it's easier to find someone who does know its location than someone who doesn't. And then her comment for the not-rich Neopians to leave? Priceless. Pun intended.
I would continue to comment...and comment...and point out everything that I found hilarious, but there's simply too much of it. And I can't even pull the typo card to give a longer review, as this was written flawlessly and there weren't any. ^_^
So...the most more I can say is that this was wonderful. I love how you took what many people see as a noble, caring figure and turned her into something snobby, arrogant, and self-centered. Role-reversals are hilarious, and not only was this that, it was also written wonderfully well, and humorous things are hard to write well, but you succeeded quite clearly here. Great job.
100 Excuses Not To Clean Your Room by petfriendamy phoebehalliwell4155?! And here I was...thinking I would be without Charmed until Monday morning. Guess I was wrong.
This was an interesting concept and you made it work out nicely. All of the excuses were funny, though only a handful made me burst out laughing, especially the one about Jellyworld and TNT coming (the note at the end was also quite funny). I'm just saddened to not see my favorite excuse: "You don't understand!" lol This was great; seriously, it was.

The Provider by playmobil_is_my_life Who is playmobil_is_my_life, exactly? The name doesn't ring a bell in my memory of who goes by what here and on Neopets...perhaps there should be a directory someplace... ANYWAYS, moving on...
This was a simple story, but a profound one. It was incredibly well-written and incredibly easy and enjoyable to read. It had perfect flow. It had a lovely plot. The characters and their actions were incredibly realistic. This is definitely one of the best stories I have read in the Neopian Times. Great job, really. I would have loved to see more of Shenkuu, but none of that was needed and the story was perfect as it was. Honestly, this was a perfect story.

I'll do some reviews later, but... hey! You forgot my comic, "Digging into Randomness". Can I get some reviews?

Digging Into Randomness by pokemon_lunatic and princton_fan I didn't find the joke of this that funny, but it was a nice comic. The art was really great, though the Faerie Grundo had so much detail, it took me a moment to realise that it was flying, not being thrown back...still, though, good job.

The Princess Letters by myfallenrevival4 This was a nice story. I am not greatly fond of it, but it was written quite well. I think the note at the beginning was a bit unnecessary, and the death of Coltzan could have been dealt with much better (though, seeing as this is Neopets, perhaps it could not have been). Overall, this was a well-written, easy-to-read, and enjoyable story.
