Okay, kiddies..I will show you today how to make...Onigiri. Or, in English... RICE BALLS! (Ya gotta love 'em)=^^= INGREDIENTS: 5 Cups of short-grain rice 5 Cups of water. (oh, where EVER will you find it all..?'^; ) Soak rice for at least l hour in a pot ((it should be pretty BIG. Or else, it'll boil over..I tried 3 cups with long-grain-all we had- and it almost went over the top.^^; )). Cover and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. You may also cook the rice in an electric rice cooker. To make rice balls, use warm rice (refrigerated rice will not stick together). Wet both hands, sprinkle salt in the palms and take a handful of plain, unseasoned rice.(careful:HOT!!!VERY HOT!) Using palms and fingers, press into triangular or cylindrical shaped rice balls .(Triangles are HARD, I tell ya!!><) If you really want to get adventurous, wrap the rice with squares of nori (dried seaweed), roasted sesame seeds, or nori furikake (seasoned seaweed sprinkle). I haven't been able to used any nori yet..T-T Makes:..er, depending on the size of the ball...LOTS! ; And I'm not kidding. Yummy yum yum!^^

6. eat it

It's time to make Easy Mac! You simply buy the Easy Mac at your local store, then you simply follow the directions.
1- Put the noodles in a mircowave safe bowl
2-Add enough water so the noddles are floating but don't drown them.
3-Place bowl full of noodles and water in the microwave for 3 1/2 mins- 4 mins on HIGH
4-Remove from microwave, careful it's hot. Add the cheese and enjoy!
I LOVE EASY MAC! AND EASY MAC LOVES ME TOO!

Teow's Spicy Citrus Salmon
Ingredients
1/2 lb. Salmon, cubed (because you're too lazy to wait for it to cook whole) 1/4 cup Mountain Dew 1/2 tablespoon McCormic's Szechuan Spice Mix 1 teaspoon McCormic's Chinese 5 Spices Salt and Pepper
Okay, Turn your burner on to high and throw on a frying pan. Toss your cubes fish in, sprinkle on the spices. Use as much salt and/or pepper as you see fit. Toss it around a bit, untill you've just seered the outside. Then add the Mountain Dew. Cook it untill it's done, ie the inside is the same colour as the outside.
Dump it on a plate and enjoy!
Edit: How did this recipe come to be? Well, salmon portions were on sale, so I was eating that for the second or third night in a row. I decided to play around a bit. I noticed that the Mountain Dew had gone flat, and the rest as they say is history.
It's not necisary to use McCormick, that's just what was there. By all means, use Spice Time if that's what's in your cupboard.

~Tropical drink~
Ingrediants: An Orange (just one) Milk (may contain milk products XD) Sunny Delight Lemon and Lime (or some other fruit drink besides orange) A pair of scissors (you'll see why)
Method:
Pour a majority of the chosen juice into the glass. Then, put some milk in (not right to the top!) Get the orange. Peel it. take one away, and cut it in the middle with the scissors (not all the way though) put it to the side. squeeze as much orange desired intot he glass. Stir. Add the cut orange by putting it on the side of the glass. Tada! You now have a tropical fruit drink.

Simple Homemade Pizza: (I have this for breakfast every morning) Ingredients: Bread (any type, though I stray close to white) Cheese (any type again, but I use mozerella) Pizza/Tomato Sauce Steps: 1. Spread the sauce over a piece of bread. 2. Spread shredded cheese over the bread/sauce. 3. Put in a toaster for 2 minutes, or microwave for one. Really simple, isn't it? Thak you for the recipe, Teghan! I have this whenever I'm at home alone and need some lunch. It's absolutely numptious!

Jacket Potato
Take a normal baked potato, the slimmer the better. Plump ones won't work very well. Put a slit in the top going long-ways. Make it as deep as you can get it without cutting through the bottom of the potato skin.
Now, stuff the cavity the slit made with just about anythin you want. For me, the perfect recipe is lots and lots of shredded cheddar, with just a tiny dollop of sour cream on top.
Eat it like you would a taco.
Enjoy!
