What exactly is an OBGYN? (yes, I am political letter-term-things illiterate... I just found out what the GOP stood for and I may still be wrong XD ) ... *chuckles a little* IDL, it's not a government program. OB-GYNs are, uhm, "female-doctors". Obstatricians and Gynaecologists. ...

Boy, I never had any idea that rhyme was meant to be racial. When I was a kid, we always used the version 'tiger' and we used it for making choices of what kind of cookie we wanted or something. First, I think everyone should be held responsible for themselves and for any actions that harm another. No exceptions to this rule. Also, I noticed people talking about stupid lawsuits. I have no doubts that people sue for the most incredibly stupid reasons. And I agree that the main reason is greed. However, instead of 'blaming' the people who bring the lawsuit, why not add some blame to the attnys, judges and juries? They're the ones who let this kind of garbage go through. A judge can stop or throw out the suit at anytime, but they choose not to. I think that's why we have so many stupid lawsuits now. These greedy people know they can get away with it and no one will challenge them. As stated before, the big companies will just do a pay off to keep it out of court.

Is there a right and wrong? Should people be held responsible for what they did, regardless of background? I say YES. I say DONT sue McDonald's cuz your fat, go to a gym and work your lazy butt off! Do they HONESTLY think suing a fast food chain will make them lose weight? No! They'll go to Burger King or eat HotPockets! As I recently heard in a very funny/serious sketch by some comedian whose name I WILL learn, Society today thinks that we can't change the INTERNAL so by changing the EXTERNAL everything will be ok! In my view, a very dangerous illusion. And as I read in a magazine - it doesn't MATTER the rapist was from a troubled home. It doesn't MATTER she had a really tight, short skirt. It doesn't MATTER she was wicked freakin' hot. It. Doesn't. Matter. He raped her, he pays for it. To paraphrase more from the sketch: Giving Jimmy straps on his shoes won't solve his knot-tying problem. Puttin marshmallows all over the playground won't help his self esteem because he won't skin his knee when he falls. Becuase Jimmy still falls, and he still can't tie shoes. Or you can teach Jimmy to tie his shoes, and help him learn, and give him the confidence to go across the monkeybars even after he skinned his knee and needed a band-aid. And yes, Dunkin Donuts customers, the coffee is hot, and the ice latte is cold. Your call? Heck yeah. The McDonalds coffee case was absolutely bogus, scarring America's badly-beaten reputation. Imagine. Only in America (so far) are people able to sue fast-food chains for not labelling the coffee as "hot". And even so, does labelling it make it hurt less if you spill the dang stuff? NO. Geez, blame yourselves and not the resteraunt, people. Maybe anarchy would be a good thing- no more capitalistim-induced greed.
