My word, but I am feeling VERY controversial lately. No one around me who doesn't share my views

Well, this one was certainly pulled out of the hat. Or lack thereof ^-^;;;

So, your calls on... nudism?

I'm not trying to start another Pornography thread, I'm just saying, do you think it should be allowed? Particularly teenage nudist camps.

I give a resounding NO. Adult nudist camps I say are a kind of pronography (maybe not for all, but for many), and teenage nudist camps are wrong. Just wrong - teenagers... in... no. Not right.

So, as I find another topic to debate, your calls?

Adult nudist camps are fine and dandy. Teenage camps, only if they are above the age of consent. I find nothing wrong with the human body. Besides, these are *camps* they're naked with other people who are cool with nudity. It's not like they're walking down Main Street in the out and out.

(I would like to add that most photos I've seen having to do with Nudist colonies are about the *least* erotic things I have ever seen. Floppy, saggy nudists playing polo or tennis.)

I don't see how it's any differant than something like a public bath. Yes, it's co-ed but I don' think that matters. It's non-sexual nudity. (Yes, such a thing exists.)

Uhh... fine, adults, go be naked.

Teenage ones... only with their consent. And by consent, I don't mean "Getting the gist of a contract". I mean knowing what they can and can't do to you/with you. No loopholes. We don't want any sick porno freaks sneaking photos.

But, I don't know why you'd want to be a part of a teenage nude camp.

I can't see the problem with nudism at any age really. Old and young are free to take there clothes off and let it all hang out. I'm so rude.

Yeah, whatever people want to do that doesn't harm others. As long as it's not in public, obviously. No saggy nudists in our streets (Too cold here anyway.)

And for teenagers? Well, there's no laws against getting naked anyway. You could have five teenagers stripped in a room quite happily together, so I guess putting it in a camp isn't much different.
I doubt how many teenagers actually do go to camps though

It's because you see nudity as something sexual. People who attend nudist colonies generally don't. They see it as the human body, it's what we are born with, why cover it? To them, it has nothing to do with sex, so there is no reason it would be wrong, and thats something that people have trouble getting across.

Personally, I just think it must be darn cold.

It's not about sex at all. Nudists believe that by shedding your clothes, you shed all your inhibitions and preconceptions of people, you lose all self-consciousness, and it is therefore easier to trust and interact with them.

It's quite a different experience to see a person in a business suit, then in shorts and a T-shirt, and finally buck naked, and it's proven that a person changes with each outfit. Naked with a group of naked people, you're just as vulnerable as everyone else.

As I understand, nudists are very open, happy, free people. As long as they're happy, I'm happy.

Teen nudist camps? That's kinda...weird. o0 But whatever floats your boat. If it's some kind of a pr0n thing, then no, but if it's just hanging out with friends naked then why not? Lol. Personally, I find nudity the least sexually arousing thing in the world. *shudders* But it certainly is funny!

Consider: I lived with my family. Both parents. An older brother. A sister. Rarely did I have the house to myself.

I am now in college with a community bathroom.

So no.

I've had days where I woke up and didn't feel like showering, but never not getting dressed after a shower....

Well I live with seven People! Mommy, Daddy, 3 Sisters, and a Brother...and a dog, ferret, hamsters and bird.

Still dunneh care. I mean, it's jut a body. It's only attractive/gross/sexual/not a big deal if you make it out to be. Nudity doesn't bother me a bit. Sex is a completely different story, but if people just wanna hang out together nekkid It doesn't bother me. XD

Dude, I've seen that. Had me rolling in tears in my pal's dorm for hours. College is awesome.
