There's a fine line when it comes to nudity.
There are those who are happy without clothes, and dedicate a piece of private land to enjoy that freedom. And then there's people who just can't wait to get there, and go out 'in the flesh' so to speak, in everyday public places.
I don't have anything really to say, that speaks against it. I'll just supply a fair warning to the latter types of nudists that may feel inclined to wander into my yard: Unless you want to become my target, I suggest you move along. *loads shotgun* Your move...

It's only attractive/gross/sexual/not a big deal if you make it out to be. Nudity doesn't bother me a bit. Sex is a completely different story, but if people just wanna hang out together nekkid It doesn't bother me. XD But you didn't see it. ;p Lol@typos. *strips and runs nekkid around thread* Wheee! *nosegusher* Gah...pure thoughts. Pure thoughts. Pure thoughts...

I believe nudity should be kept private. A lot of people (myself included) are not comfortable with it and I'd be highly offended if someone decided to just strip and flaunt it regardless.
Kind of like the girls down the hall last year... the ones with.... pictures.... all over their doors. They knew it made us uncomfortable and that we hated having to see that. However, if those pictures were moved to the inside of the door, everything would have been fine.
So if you have no problem with walking about nude, fine and dandy, just do it somewhere where I don't have to see it. If that's your house or a private stretch of land, well and good.
I once read a science fiction story about everyone having to go around nude.... I think it was Heinlien. Good story.
Oh and Stal - want a real nosebleed?
Rachel once forgot to close the door behind her one morning. I had JUST dropped my towel from getting back from the shower and so I was completely nekkid with the door wide open. And there was a tour group outside.
Strangely, freshman enrollment was at an all-time high this year...

I could probably make about half the forum's brains explode with all the stuff I've heard from hanging around with Rachel and her trombone friends. Pervs, the lot. Or pm me. I'm curious.

LOL, I just can't wait to see the faces of the really really fanatical Islamic people here if someone went strolling around the streets buck naked. I mean, in some states the girls cover up almost everything and line up in girl/guy lines at the supermarkets.... *thinks* But then, in the more rural areas, they don't wear anything. Kids run around buck nekkid all the time, and my church once had this missionary thing to bring some supplies to them - they brought the women bras. But most of those women didn't want to give up their topless state so they wore those bras around their waist and used the cups to keep nuts in. Honest! I used to run around my house naked - when I was about six that is Now I don't. I can just see the look on my maid's face if she comes in to clean my room. And my mom would kill me. The only time I go naked in the house anymore is when I'm in the middle of a shower, no one's around, and I suddenly realize there's no towel in the bathroom. X.x

X.x We've had someone in the dorms do that once... she ran down the hall squealing "don't look don't look!" And we've had the poor soul that locked herself out of her room down in the lobby in nothing but a towel before, asking for a lockout key. Now THAT is embarrassing.

I once read a science fiction story about everyone having to go around nude.... I think it was Heinlien. Good story. In the Riverworld series (five books) by Philip Jose Farmer, everyone on Earth wakes up on a riverbank -- everyone, past, present, and future) -- naked. At first there is a great panic (hey, you thought you were dead, and now no one has clothes!), but gradually everyone gets used to it. But later in the series everyone gets clothes, so don't think, "Ew, TAA is a perv! He's reading about naked people!" That really isn't true. The Riverworld series is commentary on humanity in general in the vein of science fiction, and if you can't get past the minor theme of nakedness you shouldn't read the book series. Part of the commentary deals with how we look and what we'll do to look good for other people. That among many other topics of human nature. I recommend the series to anyone who likes science fiction.

*eyes on Dox the whole time he's talking* Oh gawd, I think I started something... Now why the heck didn't I ever think of that? o0 I can understand that. It's not like I go walking my dog around my block nekkid. (Though that WOULD have interesting reactions) And it's not like I'm some sort of Nude-enthusiast. Sometimes you just wanna be nekkid X3 I usually just hang around my house...or moon my friends. Mooning is an American pasttime. *salutes* Can I have some too?
