Just about everyone wants to, but not many actually have the skills. Actually, I don't think that's 100% true. I mean, if I had the skills to become a mini-mod, I'd say most here do. Many people here would make GREAT mini-mods. But, you can't always be completely sure, and, we don't need too many, or else people would think they were disliked if there weren't a mini, and would start thinking of it as a reward, not an extra responsibility. So, we leave it to the Admin to decide who's judgement they think we can all trust. I mean, most people here could be trusted with powers, but, once again, it's not necessary. |
