My first draw ever. Yep. I know this isn't the best art but I'm glad I made it. I will, hopefully, buy a tablet soon so I can draw something decent xD I'd love a review, although.

Been waaaay too long since I was last here. Was planning to add a bit more shading and effects, but I can't quite shake the feeling that it's probably as complete now as it ever should be. Does that make sense?

That's a great picture! If you feel it's complete as it is, then you should leave it like that. It has a very clean bright look, I think it works. She looks like she's really enjoying herself playing her guitar. ^_^

Sup, me again, WIP this time. I've wanted to draw something like this for ages, so I went ahead and did it. Maybe I should split it into four so I can have a go at 4* the prizes?

Chomzloh, have I ever mentioned I love your art? I really like the relaxed, breezy atmosphere in your Christmas Zafara pic, and how naturally her arms are positioned and the pleasing arrangement of blowing feathers and hair. And that is an awesome sketch of the NQII heroes! I really like your thin, careful lineart and particularly the attitudes you've given each of them. Rohane looks completely confident, like he's challenging the viewer; Mipsy looks confident as well, but almost sly, as if daring us; Talinia gives off an air of strong, silent capability, and Velm looks completely calm and serious. I really like the way you've portrayed their characters in the expressions and attitudes you've given them. I think Talinia in particular looks really cool, but I really like Mipsy's pose; the way she's leaning back feels very natural. -- Also, I forgot to say this back when it was relevant, but congratulations Jadentearz for getting in! I was really happy when I saw your picture in the gallery! It's funny; I like the Tuskaninny's expression. xD EDIT: Oh maaan I am so glad I submitted this in time! I started drawing it at around 9 AM NST and I was thinking there was no way I'd be able to finish it before the Chocolate Ball gallery went up. Sent it at around 11 AM, checked back at around noon and it was in the gallery. I think that's the closest I've ever cut it with the AG, haha!

My first decent draw ever made with a tablet. Entered it, but I'm not sure about it getting in... Let's hope for the best. Any constructive criticism would be good.

Caylista, congratulations on getting in the AG! I remember seeing you post that Bori pic here, and I always loved the detailed rendering job you did on it!

I saw your NQII picture in the AG today, Chomzloh. I'm glad it got in because it totally deserved to! It looks awesome. =D I love all the detail you put into it and how well you captured everyone's personalities!

Thanks for all the congratulations, everyone! I'm actually STILL not all that happy with the NQII pic yet, so expect to see a new, improved version going up sometime in the future. Also, I decided my guitar-playing Zafara pic deserved a little more care... (WIP) Could someone tell me how to recolour the lineart on Photoshop 7? I remember doing it before; something about tweaking the brush settings if I'm not wrong, but I can't for the life of me remember how.
