I am positive someone already mentioned Gunnerkrigg Court. By far the best webcomic I've ever read. www.evildivacomics.com/- Evil Diva is a really fun romp through mythologies. It's about a little Devil Girl who is just too darn nice. It was wonderful in the beginning but hit a rough patch when it changed artists. It's gaining speed again and once again earned its place as a must-read. =) www.harkavagrant.com/ I don't think any single comic has influenced me more than Hark! A Vagrant. Kate Beaton is my comedy hero. Watch and awe as she makes history, books, Canada, and more super hilarious! nonadventures.com/ What if WonderWoman was a chain-smoking ditz who didn't give a moneky's butt if the world was saved as long as she catched the next episode of Dancing With the Stars? That, my friends, would be The Non-Adventures of Wonderella

Hey guys, just posting a few more recommended webcomics! Bug - Perhaps the funniest webcomic to date, humour in every panel discussing about everyday life, ponderings and experiences. (Oh and the characters are y'know, bugs.) Comiclysmic [RATED PG Mild Language] - Cute little webcomic on everyday life. Cucumber Quest - A young rabbit Cucumber was about to enrol to the school he had long dreamed to study in, only to receive a letter from his distressed father, Lord Cabbage that he must save the world from the evil Queen Cordelia and her diabolical plan to rule the world (or awaken an ancient evil, maybe both... I dunno...). Except he doesn't see himself as a hero and lets just say that everyone else are nuts. (Authored by Hiimdaisy, contain high traces of her style of humour.) Doctor Cat - Its a cat who is a doctor. Dumbing of Age [Rated T CONTAIN PROFANITIES] - Imagine AU ( Roomies! + Shortpacked! - SciFi ), that about summarizes it. (Authored by the same guy, FYI.) Fontes' Rants [Rated T CONTAIN PROFANITIES] - Its topical. Moképon - Its Pokémon with the protagonist who doesn't give a dang in those friendship anime stuff. Mushroom Go [Rated T] - A lost Toad Go finds himself joining a freelance Koopa Captain Martello and her merry crew of sand pirates aboard The Chainless. Adventure ensues. Spinnerette [Rated T] - What happens when a freak lab accident turned you into a six-armed spider-human hybrid? Become a superhero of course! Join Heather Brown as she starts her new found life as a superhero (if she can). (Contains fanservices.) StupidFox - Its a cute webcomic with a fox. :3 The Fancy Adventures of Jack Cannon [Rated T] - Jack Cannon was just starting out in a public high school as he met a girl only to become involved with a legion of reality warpers known as Hackers. Its almost a good thing that his mother had trained him into self-defence since childhood. This is the Worst Idea You've Ever Had [Rated T] - Elf girl meets elf (?) boy, but not everything was what it looks like... Wayward Sons [Rated T VERY MILD NUDITY] - What if ancient mythologies were resulted by an intergalactic war between two factions of differing views? This.

www.rice-boy.com/ Rated T for violence, and a tiny-winy bit of incest/sexual references. A series of comics set in the world of Overside. It would take me awhile to explain all three stories, but I'd read Riceboy first.

It's probably the most obscure out of the three so far (since the third one is still in the process of completion).

I'm enjoying it so far, but I do like Rice Boy better. Gerund is adorable. x3

Wayward Sons [Rated T VERY MILD NUDITY] - What if ancient mythologies were resulted by an intergalactic war between two factions of differing views? This. I haven't read Wayward Sons in a while, but what I like about it is the blending of three distinct genres(ancient mythology, sci-fi, superheroes) into a coherent story. As for my suggestions this time around... Kiwi Blitz I'd rate this... about high T, low R. Occasional blood/gore and some swearing. It's got mechs, cyborgs, a kid that dresses up as a raccoon, and a girl with pink hair. Fried Chicken and Sushi A semi-autobiographical comic about a black guy moving to Japan. Fuzzy Things A comic about furry little kids with sci-fi elements. The comic, I mean, not the kids. Paul and Kyra/Uh-oh, it's a Dinosaur! A comic about the cutest dinosaur ever and the cartoonist she goes to live with. A few instances of (surprisingly cute) gore and occasional mayhem. That's all for now. Happy hunting, 'all!

May as well plug my own webcomic while I'm thinking about it and this is not dead. XD amysgames.dyndns.org/media/aiiro/Aiiro No Kunoichi is a vaguely superhero-esque comic about a half-Japanese girl named Sanori Minosei, who fights crime as a vigilante ninja warrior known as the "Aiiro No Kunoichi" (or Indigo Ninja). There's also pirates in it because I have no shame. Rated approximately E-10. The art's a lot worse in the first eight pages since I originally started it a few years back while under the impression that it wouldn't have a regular schedule. I have since decided this was stupid, so now it updates every Saturday.

So, I probably should have thought to post this before it's author became a member of the forum, but Adventures of Mitch by @surfersquid is an awesome comic. It's sort of a fantasy adventure parody comic, but it's not like the usual fantasy adventure parody comic. Also, I've recently started reading a comic called Lighter than Heir, Rated R for swearing(much of it in German), violence and death, occasional mature subject matter, possibly some other stuff I can't remember at the moment. Story of a girl who can fly joining the army.

Hey, while this thread is alive, Sporkman is a silly little webcomic that I tend to enjoy. The comic is about the misadventures of a mysterious superhero who has a spork for a head, who... isn't really much of a superhero to begin with. But his nemeses aren't all that spectacular either, so it pretty much evens out. Basically it's got a pretty quirky sense of humor. I'd rate it T for a bit of suggestive stuff throughout. (There's also some swearing in the comments/commentary on occasion, but I think the comic itself is clean?) It updates fairly irregularly, because the guy who draws it also has like three other ongoing webcomics, but it's a pretty fun read. :3 His other webcomics actually take place in the same universe and have a fair bit of crossover with Sporkman events, but tend to be somewhat less family-friendly than I like. XD; Some people here might like them, though, if you want to look them up: Lit Brick is a parody comic that pokes fun at various classic literature, and Mary Elizabeth's Sock is kind of a randomly named, goofy detective comic, with lots of character-based sideplots.

Gunnerkrigg Court- A young teenager transfers to the Gunnerkrigg Court to continue her education, unaware of the ancient division between the school and the forest that lies across the river. It's a fantasy/science fiction web comic that has some rather clever technology/nature relationships and an ongoing plot that's easy to get addicted to. Sandra and Woo- After escaping his abusive owner, a raccoon named Woo finds new comfort in a little girl, Sandra. It's pretty cute most of the time, and while it doesn't have any overarching stories, it has plenty of mini series. I also used to read Commander Kitty, but I have a good feeling it's not updating any time soon.
