Didn't Lon Chaney give a young and not-yet-famous Boris Karloff the greatest advice he ever heard "To suceed [in the entertainment buisness] find something you can do that nobody else can do as well as you do it" (I may be off in the wording, but that's the gist of it).
Also, at school people were talking about how gold didn't earn money (Edit : Lol - I meant golf not gold), then someone mentioned Tiger Woods, and then someone replied
What hcan I don that nobody else can do? Conquer my emotions, lead my life, and I think that's most of it.

You're all going to think I'm insane, but if I'm really in a good mood, I can predict the future. Only the very near future, like something within an hour or so, but it still freaks people out all the time. Today, for example, I was listening to a few cd's with a friend of mine, and we had the discs on shuffle. He said, "I suddenly have the hankering to hear 'The Real Slim Shady' by Eminem", and I said, "I think it's gonna play November Rain." The playing song ended, and the next song that played was November Rain. Another example (this one's actually pretty funny when you watch me do it) is when my brother does this little bracket thingy on his pro-wrestling video game. The game randomly decides the outcome of each two-person match, and so every time he does it, he calls me over to "bet" on who wins the match. Out of like 4 times of doing the bracket (there are 32 matches per bracket) I've made the wrong call only 5 or 6 times. Luck, you say? It was hilarious when, at my karate school, I pointed my finger at a friend of mine and whispered to myself, "Smite!", and my friend tripped and fell. I do not lie, ask my family (who are now freaked out that I'll put a spell on them or something.) I also spin the bo really really fast. I'm considered the "bo master" at my karate school. So, yeah, I think I'm pretty unique.

I also have the ability to remember things that no one else remembers... which usually makes everyone else think that I just imagined it. And I have a few strange obsessive-compulsive-type traits...

I have the amazing ability to scream like a five-year-old girl and run whenever I catch sight of a bee! I hate bees! I've never been stung before, but....
I also have a photographic memory. Kind of. When studying for a U.S. History Exam, I can remember exactly where the information was on the page, but I don't remember what it was! Some special skill, huh?

Some special skill, huh? Oh dude, that is me. It happens to me every single non essay test. I know what page of my notes it is on, I know the paragraphs it's surrounded by, I know which stick figured doodle it is next to - I just cannot, for the life of me, remember what it is.

II also have a photographic memory. Kind of. When studying for a U.S. History Exam, I can remember exactly where the information was on the page, but I don't remember what it was! Some special skill, huh? I have that nasty habit! I can remember almost exactly where I saw something, IF it hadn't been moved since. I have a photographic memory, but sometimes I forget to load the film, it gets overexposed, or underdeveloped... --- As for something special? Well, I have a "feeling" for computers, and can fix them pretty good. When I work on a sick computer, it's almost like I can hear it telling me what is wrong with it. Yes, I know that's strange, but I can't put it in any other terms that anyone would understand.

Yes, I know that's strange, but I can't put it in any other terms that anyone would understand. My dad would envy you. When we built Ragwind things actually went smoothly, but for Bluesign (Bluesign is now dead - yes, I know, it's odd having a dead computer, but not more odd than naming them) Bluemouth Sr. and Bluemouth Jr. there would always be something going wrong! My dad loves the idea of a Mac as everything would work instantly, however he likes having an exact set of features, and the only way to ensure you get everything is to mail-order the parts and assemble them yourslef. Not to mention it's cheaper. *sighs* Ah yes, the memories of a childhood of putting in computer parts back in the days when I had smaller (and nimbler) fingers than my dad....

Not really. Most people think I'm some kind of magician (including my boss), and I get pestered all the time about fixing everybody's home computer and the like. I mean, if YOU worked on computers for 10 hours a day, and went home and fussed over them on the weekends and holidays (and some weeknights), do I REALLY want to see if I can get somebody's 286-12, with 1MB of memory and 20MB hard disk to run Windows XP? NOT ON YOUR LIFE! That thing barely speaks DOS 5. For those who have NO IDEA what I said above, ignore me. For those that do, yes, it's a hoot. Seriously, there is no magic in computers, other than the magic smoke that one SHOULD NOT allow to escape from the hardware. If you do, it doesn't work right. I do NOT wear robes or pointy hats. I DO NOT ride a broom (although some of the customers think I do). I like to think of myself as that simple country doctor, except my patients are made of plastic, metal, and silicon (please spin your CD-ROM and cough), or perhaps Agatha Chrisitie (The hard disk killed the computer, with a bad sector, in the Operating system. If you don't get this, get a Clue... ). Nothing special here, folks. It's easy for anyone, or so I think. I have no special mad skills, as far as I know.

I have the amazing ability to scream like a five-year-old girl and run whenever I catch sight of a bee! I hate bees! I've never been stung before, but.... Yep, that is totally me. Let's see...I do have some neat talents. For example, I can sense when a monitor is still on. Of course, I think some other people can do that. I can hum exceptionally well. Video game music, to be precise. If you asked me to hum the theme from the first Surface level on Goldeneye, I could hum it almost perfectly. I can also write in my own little style and my handwriting is a lot better than the handwriting of some of my peers. I can play the game Civilization II like a pro. (Hee hee hee) If I think of any more, I'll add them.

NOT ON YOUR LIFE! That thing barely speaks DOS 5. That person is a nutter. You can get 20MB or more of storage on the INTERNET (which is more expensive) for FREE! That's also why my dad likes selecting his own parts. The last time he got a pre-assembled computer - quite a few years ago - he astounded the employees with his demands. He wanted a 1 GB hard drive and some over stuff which was pretty new back then, As a result DirectSwitch (or DiSwitch for short) cost $2,000 in U.S. currency. I think Bluemouth Jr, the latest computer, cost less than $800 dollars in total and is waaaaay better than DiSwitch. 'Course we also have an Atari computer which is older than I am and it still works, though it's enjoying a happy retirement in the closet The last time we used it I think it was right after DiSwitch died and we needed a second terminal for some basic purposed, and we used a serial cable to hook it up to Bluesign. However it stank - it was text only and the only remotely fun game which could be played was Adventure, and it couldn't get on the internet. I like it much beter now - there are two decent computers, Ragwind and Bluemouth Jr. (I'm on Bluemouth right now)

That person is a nutter. You can get 20MB or more of storage on the INTERNET (which is more expensive) for FREE! Back when 286 machines were new, a 20MB hard drive was PREMIUM. So was VGA video and a 3.5" 1.44MB Floppy. Mice were optional and usually unneeded. Modems were the only way to get online (BBS, no Internet, as such), and 2400baud was screaming. We're talking mid-1980's. My first computer only had a 10MB Hard Disk.
