Rats! I'm glad you liked Something Has Happened but I screwed up. You see, the width for comics is supposed to be 450 maximum. Ours was 490. Felicia had to redice the image but when an image is reduced, mending has to be done to the broken lines. But there was no ending. Sorry if it looks a little squished...
And the colour was off too! I used custom colours but I guess they didn't work. But I'm happy with it, it was a really great joke Tdyans!

Most people dislike their first short story. I hate my first...and second short story! I'm not good at telling a story with limited room, that's why I prefer writing series. That's why I liked The Cheapos Go To The Golden Dubloon, no plot to squish in... You've got that right... I'm ok with my first, but my second... just... Ugg! I have way more fun typing up the Researchers. I seriously wish the Flames never got in, but I know I've got fans... some people have already told me that they love them. They don't even notice the many errors. @_@ |

Okay, I just had the longest reading session ever... (I read every single short story ASAP so I could do my reviews) --and now I'm ready to review! Sorry if I sound harsh, but I've decided to start giving more constructive critism than just heaping on the praise. Okay, here we go! A Very Aisha Surprise: Yeah... It was cute and everything, but it just didn't seem to have much of a plot. But anyway, it was still pretty well written and worth a read. Boldheart: Last Stand of the Dragon: Good, pretty good, but kind of confusing at times. I am very eager to read the last installment, though. I don't want Dreamoth to die!  BrotherlyLove: Pretty cliched. kind of sappy, but it flew nicely. Worth a read... The Cheese Caper: *Snort* *Cackle* I LOVED it! Delightfully cheesey. I honestly can't really find a fault with it... (And the accent was done just fine, Catriona). Clop, The Untold Story: Well, I WAS pretty proud of it, but I'm still miffed at having to change it from "Darigan's Son" to "Clop". Humph. Database Problems: A tad predictable, but fun to read none the less. I think it should've got a custom picture... Escape: Squee! Zarrel's piccy is being recycled, I feel so proud. ;D Anyway, on to the review. I thought it was pretty good, but it could've used a but of editing. I didn't like it as much as I liked "Dodgy Deal", but it was still a tribute to the author. Confrontation With the Esophagor: Oooh, good job! *Claps* It's quite good, and exciting. I suppose my inly suggestion would to be to work on the secondary characters a bit more, but hey, I guess that's why they're secondary. I liked how the Esophagor was portrayed, though. A Faerie Assignment: Verrrrry well written. You should definitly read it, it's exciting and enticing... Flames: Close Call: Yeah... Anyway, this was pretty good, but a tad um, tedious, at times. Overall, though, it was pretty good, and I would reccomend it. The Legend of Faerieland: *Yawn* I've seen these creation stories enough times. At least it had nice characters... I dunno, worth a read, but not something that I would read over another story, like, say, "The Cheese Caper". The Neorvette: Heehee, a Neorvette! This was an excellent and very original story. Nigel was haliarious, exactly how I would pictured him. Yeah, a couple mistakes here and there, but who cares? The plot was still fresh and fun. Good job, Leb! |

A few short stories I liked this issue: Clop, the Untold Story: Very well-written with good descriptions and a decent plot. I liked it a lot. Database Problems: Well-written, and really makes you wonder what does go on when Neopets is down... The Cheese Caper: Cute! I love it! The Neorvette: Still laughing over this one! Short, but sweet. I loved Nigel's assistant: "Good day, Mr. Chia. THE MARKET COULD CRASH AT ANY MOMENT!" ;D |

The Importance of Good Grammar: Could someone explain this to me? The Terrible Two: LOL! Loved this one! Ragna Krawk: Did NOT love this one. Not even like. Really Confused: OK, ReallyConfused (that's the Meerca's name) looked HILARIOUS all muscular! Plus, it was funny. Great job! Usagihana: This was extremely confusing. Neopian ER: Good joke, but they should have tried to make the joke a little clearer. Shoyru Squadron: Besides the Wocky fighting in the midst of the aliens and Shoyrus (was he even supposed to be there?) great job! And the alien version of Dr. Zappy was a nice touch. iNSERT TITLE HERE: Semi-funny Something Has Happened: Sure, the joke is good but the art sucks! It's terrible! It's horrible! What does tedious mean? I hate that story. Hate, hate, hate, hate... Tedious... It measn that sometimes it tend to get a bit dull and repititive. But that only happened once throughout the whole story. Otherwise, it was quite good. Don't feel bad Teghan! Compared to some of MY earlier stories... ("Scardey Acara", "The Invisble Zafara Plushie"...) --"Flames" deserves a pulitzer! |
