OK, here's another three riddles, two of them related to how many pages a novel is...
11) You walk into a room and you see Sally and Danny dead on the floor. There is no way that anyone could have broken into the room. You look for blood, but see none. All you see are a table and chairs, a few bits of broken glass, and a small puddle of water. Who are Sally and Danny and how did they die?
(this riddle I got from a website, but I'll only credit the website when this riddle is solved as it also has the soulution)
12) Matilda has read an entire 272 page book (meaning every single word). Hermione also read all 343 pages of the same book word-for-word. Eventually they become pen pals and when they discuss this book they learn they have read the exact same material. Explain this phenomenon.
13)The unabriged novel Gulliver's Travels is availible to the public in a format where it is only one page long. How did this happen?

Yay! I win! I think I've heard the first one, Sara, so I'll leave that one. As for the second one...er...Hermione read a different version? I don't know. Here's my next riddle: Money is just above my reach I can barely stay out of the emergency room (it's right below me) Room #3 is to the left of me. Room 5 is to the right of me with a 5 percent interest rate What am I?

I modified the message to include a third riddle (why do I love editing my own messages so much?) Be sure to see it Peachifuit.

ooh remembered more
Whoever makes it, tells it not. Whoever takes it, knows it not. And whoever knows it, wants it not. What is it?
A man wants to escape from one country to another. His only method of escape is a bridge that is 1 mile long. It will take him fifteen minutes to cross the bridge. The guards at either end of the bridge are ordered to shoot people fleeing their country, and turn people away hoping to enter their country. The guards take a minute break every 10 minutes. What can the man do to escape without dying?
hopefully i told this right

Oh! Err...the book is...eh...one of those audio versions on a CD where they stick the disc in a little book-thingy with the plastic page! Okay...I have no clue. Your riddles are hard, Sara!

However I'm not getting the spark when I get a riddle right, so I assume this is the wrong answer.

Graciious Peachi I made both riddle # 12 and # 13 right now, so they are original Sara riddles But they are both solvable, I assure you. Oh and by the way, you were right about Riddle #12 - they read different editions of the book (hardback vs. paperback).

is it a reallly really REALLY big page? Actually, it is. However it's not unreasonably big, and there is more to the riddle than that! In fact, I could start reading it in less than a minute in the one-page version/

ooh remembered more Whoever makes it, tells it not. Whoever takes it, knows it not. And whoever knows it, wants it not. What is it? A lie? I mean, it would be kind of pointless to tell someone "Oh, I'm lying to you" so you don't tell it. If you take a lie seriously, you don't know it's a lie. And who likes it when they know someone is lying to you?

What can the man do to escape without dying? hopefully i told this right He should make sure, within that crucial minute, he gets on the bridge and gets out of sight for the next ten minutes. It's not that hard, after all, the bridge is a mile wide, and the guards are ONLY at the ends. Besides, all of the mile-wide bridges I'm familiar with have plenty of loactions to hide for a short time.

my god. i'm horrible at telling riddles. you can shorten the bridge so the guards can see all across.. or you can say that the guards have really good vision and there's no objects to hide behind, under, on top of, around. okay, so anyways the guards can see across

In that case, I give up on the guards/bridge riddle.
