Okay, there have been some dern nasty vibes floating around this forum and the NT community in general.
So, I can't save the world - but really, these vibes are just getting a teensy bit annoying. So, let's get some nice warm fuzzy feelings floating around, okay? Say something nice about someone and be...happy. Thank someone without thinking of the other things they do that bug you. And the world won't be a perfect place, but maybe it'll lessen the hints of animosity in this forum.
I get to start. Bwaha.
I want to thank Josh for not being such an accessible staff member, but an incredibly fun, encouraging and entertaining person. Josh rocks.
And Karma, for sharing those not so PG jokes and comments with me and for being my fellow dominatrix monkey.
And Megz, for being eternally cheerful.
And Al, because, dangit, he's Al. And for being one of the coolest people I've met online.
And Leb, whom I admire for sticking to her opinions even when no one else agrees.
And Sara, for being intelligent and perceptive. (and Ember and many other forum members here=).)
And Tdyans, Shidi, Aus and Scriptfox for bringing this forum to all of us and especially Tdyans for founding the stellar NTAG.
And to every other forum member, because it will take far too long for me to list them all - for bringing something special and unique to this community in your own way. You all rock my tiny neopian world.

I, too, would like to send out my best wishes to everyone here.
I have met so many new friends in this forum, and it'd be impossible to single out anyone in particular, as I think all of you are a great bunch of people.
Although it's true we all have differing views on things, that is what makes us all unique and special. THAT is something I enjoy seeing, and I respect that.
May each and every one of you have a Wonderful Seasons, and may the New Year bring you joy and happiness.

I honestly can't name all the wonderful people I've met on this board. It's so enjoyable to come and have a (realitivly) sane conversation with people I admire (and not have l33t spoken every other word...).
Everyone here is just wonderful. Kind, creative, and fun. I hope everyone has a Happy Holiday and a Happy New Year!
..and I hope that no one gets run over by a reindder, walking home on Christmas eve...

*can't find an oscar, but gives Ember an umbrella instead* It's not as prestigious, but a bit more useful. In any case, my speech sounded corny (which is yummy  ) In any case, the NT community is great, no matter what corny speechs I write. Edit : In any case, I use the phrase "In any case" a lot |

I guess it's my turn to say something nice, heh? Not that it's hard to find something nice to say about you, you wonderful people  I'd like to thank you all for tolerating me, my second-language-writing, my rambles, my opinions, and actually listening to me without judging me based on anything other than the things I write here. I kind of see this forum as my "sanctuary", when I want to just chat to someone, or talk nonsense, or when I'm feeling a bit down, all I have to do is come here and read a few meeps and insanity posts to cheer up and eventually, rotflmao because of some utterly hillarious post. The community we've got here is wonderful and precioussss... I don't want to name anyone, because I'm afraid I'd forget someone; besides, you know you're all in my "thank you" list, for one reason or another - I love you all, you're all stars. However, I must direct a special thank you at tdyans for creating NTAG, and shidi for creating this forum. So, thank you! Happy new year everyone! |
