I don't mean totally recreate the Neopian history or anything, just change a few details. Like, give the water faerie a child, or, have all Neopain creatures created by a tree of life, that type of thing. Because I kind of find it hard to be REALLY original if I have too many limits, but if I could change a few tiny little facts . . .

There doesn't seem to be too much official Neopets history, at least not that I've come across.

A lot of people make up things that happened during Neopia's past. I was thinking of doing something about Fyora's life, actually.  There aren't any strict plotlines, so you can basically do anything you want.. As long as you don't totally warp everything.  |

I agree with you ^_^ Stories are rather fictonal, and you could practically write about anything you want, as long as it doesn't change Neopia too dramatically. |

True! What do you think Karma has been doing with Dr_Death and we have been doing with Doc Zappy? As long as you don't thoroughly destroy the "Official" story, there shouldn't be a problem.
In fact, it the people who submit things to the NT that help make Neopia and Neopets a 3 dimensional world, and breathe a bit of life into the pixels that are displayed on your screen.
I think that Adam & Donna are secretly pleased they have so many people working to make Neopets more popular and fun for free!

I have NO clue what any of you are talking about~ Really? Well, basically, you can change/add most anything you want, as long as you don't totally destroy any set plotlines. For instance, you don't want to make a story about Princess Fernypoo being a Pound Pet and discovering Cheat! through the streets. Does this make sense to you? |
