Xandra turned back to the Red Xweetok.
"You...do...know who I am, right?" she asked. "I know I will have a lot of explaining to do..."

Hunter walked slowly up to Xandra and gave her a hug. Despite all that had happened recently, he had still forged a strong friendship with her before things went south. "It's nice to see you in the flesh again, Xandra. How are things now that you've been re-united with your sister? Do you mind if me and Victor here take a look around your library?"

(OOC: I'm just gonna assume that they were let in to the palace. (: )
Xandra's reaction was, at first, uptight. Then she wrapped her arms around the Lupe. How could she have known...well, anyway, it was good to see him again. She cried into his shoulder for a long time.
"Things are fine," she said finally, now looking at Hunter's face. "And sure, go on in...just be aware that Saery's snowbunny...is..."
She couldn't hold back the second wave of tears. Katriana was gone, but Xandra still never stepped outside the palace...

"Xandra..." Hunter continued giving the Speckled Xweetok a hug. "Stop your crying. It'll be alright, understand?" Hunter broke the embrace and helped clear Xandra's eyes of tears. "Everything's alright. Katriana's gone, and if anyone shows up... I'll make sure they go down." In his mind, however, Hunter wasn't sure if he could face a threat without his friends - No, his family. Tyranno, Vulcan, Fang, Zarkos, Zefyra, Sirocco, and Miraja - Especially Miraja - they were his family. And yet they were all of doing their own things. Miraja was serving as Shenkuu's ambassador to other lands. Tyranno and Vulcan were hunting for treasure in the Great Rift between Goldrun and the Lost Desert. Zarkos was guarding the ruins of Old Maraqua. Sirocco was planning a big heist on Scurvy Island. Zefyra was watching over the creatures that roamed in the forests surrounding Brightvale. Fang was... Well, knowing Fang, he was off pulling some hare-brained scheme to make it rain Greebles over Mystery Island.

"Well...yes," Anthy said blankly. She wasn't sure whether she should be indignant and offended that Xandra thought her ignorant or confused that she was somehow out of the loop. "You're Alyxandra, sister of Kalara. I suppose, unless I'm wrong on that..."

Xandra looked from Hunter to the red Xweetok. She began to speak, a little bit less nervous now that Hunter was here.
"I was also the girl who caused Faerieland to fall," she said very quickly. Then she panted and began to cry again. What must the Xweetok think of her now?
"I was - "
She could not even say it. The tears poured out of her like the waterfalls of Shenkuu. She fell to her knees.
"It...was..."
After that, the only thing that could be heard between sobs were noises that sounded like "cat-ree".

"I think she knows the story, Xandra. No need to suffer over it again." Victor tried to calm the xweetok down, even though very young, he had a tranquil and deep voice. "I came from far away, but Katriana's name reached Terror Mounatin anyways."

How could I have been so stupid?
Tense from steadily rising rage, Anthy pinched her forehead and folded her other arm over her chest, shaking her head all the while and muttering, "Of course. Of course." How could her mind have suddenly gone blank like that, remembering banal regal data while forgetting the current events? Stupid. What an insult, to let that slip her mind. The faeries had done everything for her, and still...this. This this this.
"How dare the faeries not bend over backwards to solve your problems for you," she finally snapped with arms entwined, paws pinching elbows. "How dare they not make everything perfect. How. Dare. They. Clearly the only way to remedy this travesty is to take their home and crash it to the ground." She ground her teeth, now fuming. "You're insulting."
Deciding she'd had enough of this, she turned tail and walked off.

"Wait!" Victor called the red xweetok, he wasn't exactly sure what was happening there, but leaving someone go away upset like that was clearly wrong! "Wait, are you ok?" the eyrie held Anthy's shoulder.
Even though different, Anthy reminded him from Kim, his older sister.

That was it. Xandra had only looked up to see what had happened, and she cried even harder as the Red Xweetok spoke to her in anger.
Then she heard it.
"You're insulting."
Each word struck her like a fiery blast from the hands of Katriana herself.
She screamed. She couldn't help it, but it came out.
"KATRIANA DID THIS TO ME!"
Then she rolled onto the floor and began crying harder.
Saeryennan had heard Xandra scream. Thinking she was in danger, the Cybunny princess rushed downstairs to see what had happened. She instantly put a hand the shaking Xweetok's shoulder.
"Xandra. Xandra!"

"Xandra," Victor looked at the neopet rolling on the floor. "I know what you've been trough was hard, but...you're not making things any better.' He said in a calm tone, there was a part of him who was feeling scared by Xandra's reaction and trauma to the situation. "You must get over it!"

Xandra looked up at Victor. His hand was on the other Xweetok's shoulder.
She was feeling a bit better, so she pulled herself up on Hunter's shoulders, still crying.
"I...I can't get over...five years of being a prisoner..."
Surely the Eyrie should know that?!
"If you must know," she snapped at both the Eyrie and Xweetok, "it was Faeries - well, one Faerie in particular, who caused my 'problems'. I was kidnapped" - she let out another sob - "and...and the Faerie who did it possessed me for five years, just to aid in her horrible tyranny!"
She embraced the Lupe again. She thought it would be common knowledge by now...

"Xandra." Victor said a bit more strictly, he was tired. He was nervous. "You must not keep living in the past, when a prisoner escapes from jail the first thing he does is get rid of the chains. Stop being weak!" He hissed, it sounded like poison, but he couldn't stand the scene anymore. The crying. The suffering over someone who was gone. "I'll...I'll get some air." He sighed and walked off. Victor didn't meant to hurt Xandra's feelings, but his blood was literally boiling and controlling his temper wasn't easy since the magma pool accident.
(Don't mind Victor's cold attitude, he's like that. XD)

"Possession? I certainly haven't heard that before," muttered Anthy under her breath. She continued on her way. Yes, the perpetrator was on her knees crying. Yes, she was going on about imprisonment. How did that change anything? If she believed every person who dropped to the ground with sobs, she would be as naive as a newborn Ixi. A few tears--regret, likely--were not enough to change her mind. Forgive and forget, they say--that was ridiculous. Trying to curry sympathy was no way to deal with sins.
(...Yyyyeah Anthy feels very strongly about this event.)

"Leave. Her. Alone." Hunter had placed his hand on Xandra's shoulder, and glared at Anthy. "Everything she's saying is true. Everything. She was tortured by Katriana for five years of her life. She wasn't even an adult at that point!" Hunter's mentor, Lord Darigan, was a similar case to Xandra; that's why he was able to forgive the Xweetok so quickly.
