Cleaning the Clutter

So, my mom took it upon herself to clean my room for me. This made me royally angry. However, it also inspired me to clean up my room for myself and throw away things that I really don't want (and am quite ashamed I ever owned; for example: Subbed DBZ tapes. Blech!). The biggest thing I have cleaned so far is a HUGE pile of old sketches stuffed into my computer desk drawer. The pictures dated back all the way to summer of 2001. I couldn't believe the junk I saved. Half of the images were crudilicious crap that I must have not realized would be much easier thrown away than squeezed into the drawer. I ended up saving only about 14 out of around 75-100 papers (talk about your wasted trees! ), of which were recent inkings and prescanned Pup Lucks, which were all conveniently in one place. ;D The drawer looks nice now, and I can't wait to put things I REALLY want into it (which, of course, will be thrown away once again come 2 years).

Nothing special, really, but I find cleaning a room to be a big stress-reliever, and it always makes me feel happy, satisfied, and refreshed when I'm done. Anyone else feel that way after cleaning your room, or am I just weird?

Heh. I tend to feel the same way. Most of them I'm like, Do I know this room? XD It's so clean, it kind of creeps me out.

I feel good when I've finished the job, but the cleaning itself is just so tedious and I hate it.

I need to clean my room badly. I just lost one very very beautiful drawing - small, but still I was very proud of it... I think it's somewhere inside this junk heap I call a room. *looks at her table* *wilts* It's gonna take me three days to clean my room - and then my mom will have a heart attack.

Tis an unusual thing for my room to be clean but I actually sort of like to have a clean room

EDIT: Hey, nothing's wrong with DBZ (Unless if it's dubbed then it sucks)

When I get done cleaning my room, I do kinda feel refreshed . . . but methinks I feel more like taking a nap :o) after all, cleaning is a lot of work! lol
