...anyone remember my tyrade on doing enough as it is in Drive-Thru, only to be given Steam Sidework to go along with it?
Well, I walk into work today to talk with Micky (My GM), as well as drop my sister off there for work.
I mention that I'd been told that Drive-Thru does Steam now, asking her if it was true.
"No! Drive-Thru does enough as it is! I'd never add more on."
I was shocked. I explain what Kenny had told me.
"It was Kenny's suggestion to do it. I told Courtney to go agree with it, because I just got done doing it, and Courtney knew I was joking. We laughed. But I said that's what they could do on Second Shift, sure. Not on First Shift."
I'm happy.
She also said there was a manger's meeting today...about guess what? Sidework. XD
She said she'd mention it to Kenny that if that's what they want to do on Second Shift, sure, but First Shift won't do that. Drive-Thru deals with enough as it is, and they don't need any more work.
My arguments exactly. ^_^
I should've known better than to believe Micky would do something like that. I didn't believe it at first, but when all these witnesses kept saying "yeah, she did..." Heh.
