At a VERY populated Runescape forum, I have my refer link in my signiture, and FINNALY, one person signed up and I got my 3rd refer. I feel like it was worth it to have it posted for a month. Too bad they didn't PM me their new username.

I only have one referal. I've actually refered a LOT more people, but I either simply gave them the URL and not my own referal URL, or they were inconsiderate enough to just type in "neopets.com" when I had given them a slip of paper showing the url that would credit my username and explained why I would like them to sign up that way.
