You know how you see a lot of people complaining about the neopets staff, how they ignore us and never take our complaints seriously?
Well, I just wrote a letter to support expressing my dissaproval over something and I got a very nice, respectful letter back. Granted, it didn't solve my complaint, but just the fact that their reasoning was explained to me in a way that made me feel like they genuinly cared made the situation much easier to accept.
So I mailed him back (his name is Adrian) thanking him for the reply and I got this in my inbox today: "We do our best to keep people happy we just hope you bear with us as we do get a lot of emails each day. Have fun with neopets!"
Woah. "bear with us"? You kidding!? This was the fastest I've ever gotten an e-mail back from a site like this! It was the most personable ever too! Most of the time it's just some cheap little auto-reply that takes four days to get there and explains nothing. Sure, neopets may have some things we don't like in it, but the way they handled this complaint certainly makes up for that in my book!
